Welcome to the best pizza place in Brighton. You may realize it quite quickly when you walk in and all you hear is Italians speaking. Sometimes I travel all the way to Brighton just to have a bite of their pizza. Starters and other dishes are also excellent. If you are looking for the authentic Italian experience this is the place, no Dominos or Papa Jones.

Amazing experience!! Most friendly and accommodating staff and the food was devine! Beautifully authentic Italian pizza at its best! Simple , fresh and vibrant in colour! we will definitely be returning. Couldn't recommend more! And the canolo for desert..... well that was an experience on its own! Unbelievable, Worth returning for by itself! One of Brightons best little independent restaurants!

One of the best pizzas we’ve had in the UK in 8 years (and my partner is Italian!). If you’re looking to have a proper pizza in Brighton, don’t hesitate. There was a bit of a queue outside but was 100% worth it.

Visited from London with my friends. Wow. One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Restaurant was completely full but the service was still excellent and efficient. A very high calibre pizza on offer. Will be coming back.

I'll cut to the chase... Nanninella makes some of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Their authentic Italian decor, really friendly staff and an open kitchen gives a real feeling that it's a real treat. My party all thoroughly enjoyed their pizzas while my Calzone was to die for! Can't wait to go back and try more from their menu! Don't forget to book a table as it's only a small restaurant.

Delicious pizza with a wonderful selection of toppings and specialty pizzas. The crust was amazing and cooked perfectly. Nice beer selection. Good service.

What a Brighton gem! My first visit here this evening and it will now be my go to for pizza. The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. Then of course the pizzas… wow, very impressed. Proper ingredients, fresh tasting, crazy quick to cook, a truly traditional Neapolitan pizza.

We stumbled upon Nanninella just trying to find somewhere for dinner on a Friday evening and I’m so glad we did! The staff are so friendly and attentive, and were able to get us a table outside. The pizza here is so so good!! We’re moving to Brighton in July and have already said this will be our go to pizza. With so many options around it’s great to have already found the top hehe! Can’t wait to go back and try out more of the menu including the desserts, which we were too full for this time. We also had two large glasses of red wine with our pizza and the pour was so nice and generous, and the wine itself was delicious. If you’re looking for pizza in Brighton do yourself a favour and just eat here. You won’t regret it!

Buonissimo! We tried the new panini (Italian for sandwich) and we absolutely loved them. They are not only generous in size but also superbly delicious, with only premium Italian ingredients (as Italian it would not be easy to find a sandwich as good as this anywhere in Italy). Price wise is also great for the quality you get. We will absolutely come back!

For sure one of the best pizza places in Brighton for Neapolitan style pizza. It’s way better than the likes of Franco Manca. The dough was soft and fluffy and and the topping was flavourful. They get also a lot of Italien customers so this must show that the pizzas here are good. I never been to Napoli myself but I assume this place here serves fairly authentic Neapolitan style pizza. The only downside is that I have noticed pizza prices have been skyrocketing 😭

Really good Italian pizza. One of the best in Brighton. Lots of different options of pizzas and the arancini is very good ( especially the truffle one!). The tomato sauce on the pizzas is full of flavour but didn't try the white sauce base. Restaurant has upstairs and downstairs but still good to book before as it did get busy. The lemon cocktail was great and I would recommend. As well as the melon shot. The staff are very friendly.

Felt welcoming the moment we walked in. Pizzas are divine. And the olives are the best. Great service. A shame they include service charge as it always implies doubt in getting a tip. We would've tipped them anyway.

Had the pleasure of trying Nanninella for the first time and I couldn't be happier that I did! It's difficult to find quality sandwich place in Brighton and this is a must try. Ingredients are top quality and you get a lot of your buck! Will definitely be coming back for more sandwiches and to try the Pizza as well.

Very tasty and authentic Neapolitan pizza. The Mimosa pizza was incredible and tasted exactly the same as in Napoli. I recommend booking a table as the restaurant is small and fills up quickly.

The food was ok but it’s costly compared to the taste. The taste was not that much good as compared to the price. May be they have good pizza. The size of pizza was ok not bad.

I will forever stand by that Naninella is the best pizza in Brighton, even that I have ever eaten. I have taken countless friends here and will continue to recommend the restaurant as it’s never once let me down! We’ve just had delivery for the first time, not knowing they did it, and it stood that test too. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely and relaxed, with a family run feel. We consistently feel welcome here and the staff are so friendly towards us and our 18 month old son that we continue to eat in as much as possible. I can only recommend that anyone eat here as I know it will be your new favourite restaurant.

The customer service is excellent. The food is amazing. The bread of the pizza is so tasty and the ingredients first quality. The pizzas are big enough. The restaurant itself is very pretty. So highly recommended place in Preston Street

I first visited this place last year with some friends and enjoyed the Diavola pizza very much. I ordered some pinot grigio to go with the pizza and think they serve one of the best wine I've had. It's not fizzy or acidic like most pInot Grigio sold and is not overpowering. The pizza bread is very authentic Napolitano and fluffy at the edges and think in the middle. The taste of just the bread is what makes this place a full 5 star. The tomatoe sauce is made using good quality SanMarzano tomatoes. On my second trip this year I ordered the same pizza and wine and made sure I carried a bottle.home this time. A little steep at £21 but since you can't buy it at any stores and all online options have it for the same or higher price I think it was a good buy. Will definitely visit them on my next Brighton visit. Btw they are located in one of Brighton's most busy street calle Preston Street which is full of restaurants and bars. guatoso et bouno

Staff were brilliant and very accommodating for us. They also looked to be genuinely happy and enjoy the work they do. Top quality pizza and house wine was delicious

Well I'm not an expert about pizza but it was one of the best in town. Dough was really tasty and not soggy. Base is fresh and excellent choices of cheese. Size is really big, I guess it's one of the biggest pizza I had in town. Atmosphere is nice as well all clean and fresh. Service is good and friendly.

Took my father here for lunch. Usually treat ourselves to a VIP but decided to try this place out due to new reviews circulating about best pizzas in Brighton. Well it certainly didn't disappoint, lovely soft base with fresh ingredients and truly you cannot go wrong. The prices are reasonable and I will say this it is certainly a contender for best pizza in Brighton. Would recommend if you want a quick bite in the town center.
