We tried several times to contact them, after finally getting ahold of someone they kept transferring us to different departments, telling us they’d give us a call back however we made them very clear that it was urgent but still nothing , we had this exact same problem with the service contract for our previous printer absolutely useless, tried to speak to Raman for the past couple days , nothing and I believe a boy called farhan farhad? Both useless wouldn’t recommend! Update: as for the reply to this review we sent several emails that had been opened and ignored for the past couple of days prior and constantly being told we’d get a call back it is now the next week And we still have to wait for our inks to arrive, the only helpful person was manager Paul

Terrible customer service and company. Our phones have been down from our office for 2 days and they don't seem to care. Have a "don't care" attitude towards services they are meant to be providing paying clients with. Use another service provider.
