Are you all joking? Are all these reviews fake? The lifts didn't work. The springs in the mattresses make different sounds depending on where you lay (we had two different rooms with four beds - all the same). One of the couches had been stabbed. The whole ground floor smells like bin juice. I literally don't even know what the 'front desk' was. Please don't stay here. Don't give these people money and let them get away with this. They will eventually go out of business and someone who knows how to run a hotel/serviced apartment will end up doing this location justice.

It is very cool to say there will be no manned reception - staff only appear at the appointed time. The facilities and service have to match the arrangement. To reach a responsible person in an emergency or even for a small clarification or help gets frustrating, especially when one is on the move and nitnhave enough time to reach out and wait for an answer. We had issues with a high tech hoover washing machine and dryer which the maintenance team could not resolve despite his best efforts. We had to take all the wet clothes to another empty apartment.. Same with the case with the house keeping - was selectively done and left half finished. Please check with these things be before booking. Once a week house keeping is not enough for somebody who is going to stay 5 days. Otherwise 5* for location.

I spent a week here in a 1 bedroom flat and I was really counting the days to leave as I just wasn't comfortable, I chose a flat because I wanted to cook, the cooker fan extractor didn't work so this set off the very loud fire alarm which made me cook less and leave all the windows open. The fan in the bathroom also didn't work so the whole flat was stinking any time the number 2 business was done. I called and made a complaint about the kitchen fan and nothing was done about it, so do not expect any services from the "serviced" apartments. The bed was so soft and the mattress worn out so I had back aches all through the days I was there. The carpet in the corridors leading to the flats was completely worn out and looked pretty horrid. I really should give a 1 star but the the location is very good and every restaurant and store you needed was literally minutes away, the heating was very good as well and you dial up as much as you want on tap, only two things I can say were good about my experience. My next trip to Coventry, I will just stay at the Premier Inn which is in the same building block. I came for a relaxing break and I was irritated all the way through, I will not be staying here ever again for sure.

Really impressed with the check in service. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Only one moan and that was that the shower door was completely missing, meaning we couldn't use the shower.

Very good city centre apartments had everything you needed for what you need. Full size appliances if you do want to cook, wash your clothes. Very well laid out. Staff helpful.

Stayed here with some friends and the apartment was clean, tidy, fresh and well kept. Had all the basics you need, a shower and bath although we couldn't work out the hot water but it's so hot we didn't mind. Located well near shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly, polite and really helpful as were the cleaning staff too. Perfect for what we needed.

These apartments are spacious modern, clean and tidy, let down by lack of attention to detail, very poor show on the cutlery front 1 knife and fork for 4 people, no hot water in the morning due to a time clock set to come on st 8am, not much use when you get up at 06.30 and need to get out. Comfort of the beds marginal also, rooms were nice and warm despite foul weather outside. There was a long list of issues at the end of the short stay mainly to do with getting the apartment up and running for 4 people, obviously disappointed for the money. No sure I would stay here again or recommend them.

A very spacious apartment. Could score better if there were more utensils in the kitchen. Stayed only 1 night but would use again when in Coventry. The check in was a bit confusing, waited 15 minutes in the cold for someone to open the front door. However, the lady managing it was friendly and accommodating. Just we got to leave Coventry early because of Dennis.

Lovely and spacious apartment on the 7th floor, beautiful view of Coventry. Very cozy and comfy. Highly recommend it !!!

The apartment itself was quite nice but there was no hot water in the morning for showers.

In the heart of Coventry and near to all essential locations. The apartments on 6th and 7th floor are quite big and have all the amenities. Price is a bit on the higher side. Parking is close to the property i.e. NCP car park. Good for student accommodation as well.
