    I had the pleasure of training under Daniel Mardari's guidance at Roar in Kensington. As a complete newcomer to the gym with low confidence, I presented a unique challenge. There were moments when both Daniel and I had concerns about my progress, but he never gave up on me. Daniel's unwavering belief in my potential, coupled with his exceptional support and guidance, yielded astonishing results after just 12 weeks. Daniel's approach is like a breath of fresh air; he has instilled confidence in me within the gym environment. Now, I can confidently step into a gym without feeling nervous, equipped with a clear understanding of what to do. In the future, I will undoubtedly return to Roar and exclusively continue my training with Daniel. I am profoundly grateful for the significant help he has provided. Daniel's expertise and unwavering passion for his work deserve top marks. It's truly inspiring to witness his dedication and commitment. Keep up the excellent work, Daniel!

    Fantastic experience with ROAR. I recently completed the 12 week program and I was really impressed with the staff and the facilities, that are both high quality. Jack Mayo and Tom Paulson were both great throughout the program offering tailored advice on training and nutritional advice. They maintained the right balance between education and motivation to keep me focused on hitting my goals. It was my first time weight training but Jack provided expert coaching to make sure I had the right form and understood the muscle groups targeted in each exercise. He was motivating during the sessions and kept pushing me to achieve more. Tom provided clear and manageable nutritional advice that educated me to ensure that I can continue to work toward my fitness goals. I would recommend ROAR to anyone looking for an holistic high impact training program.

    Best Investment I made this year! I have been going to Roar 10 weeks now and the results are truly transformational. The sessions are top notch. Big thanks to Jordan, Alex and the team who know exactly what to do to help me reach my goals. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great! Everyone is so encouraging and helpful, which really helped me stay motivated throughout. I have had personal trainers before, but have always struggled to reach results. The combination of training and nutrition worked perfectly for me. I highly recommend Roar to anyone who likes to reach transformational goals!

    Firstly, I am extremely satisfied with the personal training sessions. My trainer Danial Madari has proven to be exceptionally knowledgeable, smart, and motivational. I started not knowing much about how to train but now I have much more understanding of how to train smart. I’ve had a few trainers train me, but this man definitely knows what he’s talking about. I thought I knew the basics but I was doing it all wrong. He taught me the proper technique of how to do it properly, the training aspect of it is definitely 5 star. However, I regret to say that my experience with the nutritionist has not been as positive. Despite my expectations, I found their services to be rather useless. I believe there is room for improvement in their approach and effectiveness. The menu they have sent me could have easily been found through a simple online search. As a client seeking personalized and expert advice, I was expecting a more tailored approach that goes beyond readily available information. Especially because I spent 4600 for this service. I most definitely expected more.

    I highly recommend the ROAR transformation programs. I have recently finished my initial 12 weeks, and have signed up for an additional 3 months. Tom Bevan Is an amazing trainer with great attention to details. He has quickly found the training program that works best for me, and I have seen amazing results week in week out. I have an old shoulder injury that limits my shoulder movement, however Tom has worked around this and tweaked my workout routine so that my shoulder wouldn’t hold me back. There’s nothing better than hitting PBs almost every sessions, and I always look forwards to training (even leg day!). James has been my nutritionist through the program. He’s very passionate about nutrition and discusses it in great detail with me as well as with Tom, making sure I get the right fuel to achieve my goals. He’s build out my program at a steady pace, without rushing, which has shown great results to date. Overall, the gym floor is very tidy, well equipped and never crowded. The lockers rooms and showers are also very clean. The staff and trainers are warm and friendly, and they make you feel welcome and at ease. I highly recommend ROAR Kensington!

    Fantastic experience at Roar Kensington, the gym has a great PT concept for weight training. Kai HB is an outstanding personal trainer, he is knowledgable, encouraging and supportive and tailors the sessions to help me to achieve my goals. Delighted with the results I have achieved so far! 10/10 gym the staff are welcoming, the gym is clean and has great equipment!

    I highly recommend ROAR fitness. Having lost confidence and gained a few too any pounds post surgery I needed help and joined ROAR (London city). All the PTs at ROAR are friendly and at the top of their game. I was only meant to be training with Dan B for 8 weeks, but we’ve now be training for over 6 months which I think speaks for it self. He’s always professional, positive, full of knowledge and patient.

    4 weeks in and I am so happy with my progress so far! Alex gave me an introduction at the beginning which was already very motivational. Jack is a great nutritionist and always happy to help with any of my questions. He is very honest and rational about the nutrition needed to achieve my goals. But of course my biggest compliment goes to Tyler, my PT!! He has been simply incredible. He constantly motivates me, pushes me, but also makes sure I am doing the exercises properly with the right weights. He knows exactly how to tackle the right areas with the right exercises. Always explains amazingly whenever I have a question about a certain exercise. 4 weeks in and -2.5kg so far - feeling stronger, healthier and more confident. Can’t wait to complete my 12 weeks and already looking forward to extending! Update: Amazing continued progress at Roar with Tyler! Dropped 5kg in total so far and I have another month left. Tyler’s approach resumes to be very consistent- pushes me to train harder. He clearly knows my own limits better than I do as I always surprise myself with Tyler’s help! I really can’t wait for the final results, but also to extend the program and work on fine-tuning. :) Also special thanks to the most amazing Valeria who was my cover for one week. Another amazing trainer at Roar.

    I highly recommend Roar Fitness. I have been going there for a year now and they have completely transformed my fitness and my outlook. I was a very nervous beginner, having not really done any weights before and not having any idea what to do. I had undergone major surgery on several occassions and had 25+ stays in hospital in the previous 8 years, so my fitness had really taken a downturn and was non existent. Roar have not only restored that but given me the confidence to do exercises I never thought would be possible. Don't get me wrong my level is still nowhere near what some people are doing but this is my journey and it is important not to compare yourself with others. I have made a huge improvement. I still have a long way to go but Roar have given me the confidence and knowledge to continue. I promise you will not be disappointed if you sign up. I have had a couple of trainers and all the staff are very knowledgeable. My current trainer is Florence and she is brilliant, having been going to Roar for a year now all the staff are really friendly and encouraging.

    Training at Roar has been an incredible experience. It's my second time back training with Roar since having kids and I'm enjoying it even more the second time round. James, my PT, is exceptional. I have a lot of old injuries which at the start affected my confidence but James (who is a stickler for good form and is an incredibly experienced PT) has given me the confidence to carry on with a challenging training schedule without any of my old injuries resurfacing, which is quite miraculous. The sessions are hard work but always fun and I'm feeling the strongest I've been in ages. Alex, who deals with my nutrition, is an excellent support and is always on hand to offer guidance with food/meals and always provides an overall morale boost. Furthermore, what's also great about the Roar experience is that whenever James has been on leave, I've been trained by some of the other PTs (Alex B, Alex S and Jack) and they've all been absolutely brilliant. I think they're going to struggle to get rid of me!

    ROAR has been a great experience for me. The weight based work outs give visible results really quickly, which is very motivating as you feel better almost immediately - and stronger. Everyone at ROAR has made the process a joy, and is always so nice and encouraging when I come to the gym - even if I don't feel like it when I arrive - I get into the sessions really quickly. I joined up a little reluctantly, as I worried I was unfit and wouldn't be able to do the routines. Whilst I've done personal training before, I have never done a weight based training. I had no need to worry as Florence my PT has been brilliant at explaining all the techniques and moves from the beginning. She has really encouraged me, and every week she works hard to push me to the next level. I really look forward to our sessions - she is so professional, and at the very top of her game - but she is also lovely and understanding, especially if I can't always get it right first time. ROAR was recommended to me by three friends - and I'm so glad I took their recommendation.

    I signed up with Roar after years of trying various other training / nutrition programs and getting no results, which left me feeling like my goals weren't achievable. I couldn't be more delighted to share that with Roar, I started seeing results instantly. I couldn't feel luckier to have gotten to work with Daniel on training and Alex on nutrition. Alex always provides feedback when I have questions and has been able to help me understand / tailor the nutrition plan to suit my sensitive digestion. I also had paralysis around scale weight, a large obstacle, which he has helped me to overcome. Training with Daniel has been physically and mentally transformative. When we started, I had some physical challenges, which are thankfully behind me now. He understood exactly what was going on and how to adjust the training without disrupting my progress. He pushes me in the most positive way, which has been fundamental to building both mental and physical strength. The gym itself is a great space. Always spotless with a relaxing reception area and super helpful front of house team. All in all, the experience has been truly exceptional and I genuinely look forward to every session!

    I'm having an excellent experience at Roar. Firstly, Jack P.'s nutrition advice has been a game-changer, leading to weight loss, a healthier diet, and a better understanding of my past mistakes. The recipe book provided makes it all the more manageable. Secondly, my personal training sessions, led by Daniel M. have been fantastic. He's not only professional but also has boosted my confidence, helping me build strength and endurance. His knowledge, patience and clear teaching have been instrumental in improving my technique. The gym is well-maintained, never too crowded, and Daniel's well-planned, efficient workouts have accelerated my progress beyond what I could achieve on my own. I genuinely look forward to each session because they leave me feeling better with more energy. Lastly, the whole team at Roar creates a friendly, supportive and positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Roar to anyone looking for a supportive fitness journey.

    Probably the best boutique fitness studio in London. Lovely location, waiting area and trainers. Exclusive feeling, not crowded, good quality equipment and plenty of space. Efficient 45 minute workouts to get you sweaty and to hit all muscle groups. Free teas, coffee and apple for grabs! Nice changing rooms and reception!

    My 12 week transformation has been a great experience. Alex's nutritional advice, guidance has been insightful and accurate in helping me achieve results. Brook has been an excellent trainer in pushing me to meet to go beyond what I thought was my potential whilst at the same time keeping me engaged with my training to understand what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. I continue to progress in strength and fitness from his training. His training style is perfect for me. As a result I'll be renewing to continue on this fantastic journey with Roar Kensington.

    I can not recommend ROAR high enough, I’ve been training with ROAR for 7 months and it has been a fantastic experience. At ROAR the nuitritionst and personal trainers work together to help you achieve your goals and constantly progress. My trainer, Jordan Bunting, is the BEST. Jordan is the real reason that I keep extending my stay with ROAR. Jordan, whilst encouraging and motivating me, also guides me to constantly push the boundaries further and beyond what I though was possible. I am achieving my weight loss and conditioning goals as well as becoming stronger in a sustainable manner. I can also feel and see that my posture, energy and strength levels are constantly improving, all due to Jordan's expert guidance and measured training plans. All of the trainers at ROAR are great. Whilst each client has their dedicated personal trainer, the overall environment at ROAR is friendly and motivating.

    Coming to the end of my first 12 week block at Roar and will definitely keep going - I'm seeing some great results. The facilities are first class, the atmosphere is very welcoming and all the trainers are very supportive (even the ones you aren't training with are interested in your progress). There's no ego and it's not intimidating - there are people lifting weights for the first time next to experienced lifters - everyone just cracks on, its all very friendly. I've done PT before, but never as structured around specific goals as this - and likewise never with the nutritional plan and focus alongside. When you put those things together properly the results are brilliant - I'd never quite appreciated how important the latter is alongside the training. I've been training with Tom Bevan - he is extremely knowledgeable and happy to talk through the science or the 'why' we are doing what we are doing, he pushes me beyond my limits (usually to failure!), absolutely forces perfect technique and doesn't let me cheat reps - and we keep progressing week on week! He's supportive and knowledgeable on the nutrition plan which Alex has set up and monitored over the last few months. Just like Tom, it has been great working with Alex - he's always responsive and around to answer questions as well as keep me on track - and he has a very straightforward, easy to understand plan - but is quite happy talking through the detail. Tom is a top bloke who is good fun to be around (as is Alex and all the other trainers!) - the good humour, banter with other trainers / clients and energy definitely helps given I train early in the morning! Roar is a premium offer and therefore requires a proper commitment (both time and financially) but the place is so welcoming, the results speak for themselves (and they are real!), and it feels like relative to other 'transformation offers' they are trying to help clients make sustainable changes rather than a one-off impact change over 3 months that you can never keep up on your own. No regrets from me and looking forward to the next block!

    I highly recommend Roar for anyone looking to get back into shape or to maintain their fitness goals. I've been training with Jordan Bunting and he is exceptional. He is super focused, extremely knowledgeable, and will train you hard. I really look forward to my sessions with Jordan because he motivates and challenges me to do my very best on every exercise. If you are looking to achieve results, Jordan Bunting at Roar is your go to trainer.

    I've used personal trainers several times before but never really got the results I wanted. Now having completed a program with Roar, I'm making excellent progress. I'm training with Morgan and can highly recommend him. He knows his stuff, pushes me in the sessions and is keeping me focused on my end goals. He's also great fun to train with. Morgan and Alex have also taught me a lot about my diet and how to improve it. Getting both the training and the diet correct, definitely makes the difference and by doing everything in the right way, the improvements should be sustainable long after I've left Roar. If you're thinking about signing up, I'd say do it today and I'm sure you won't regret it.

    ROAR has to be the BEST place to train! Everyone is warm and friendly. It is such a wonderful environment with such optimistic energy and a great vibe it's contagious! Everyone has a smile on their faces even as early as 6:30am and that's really early to be so welcoming! I look forward to going to ROAR on my workout days! My trainer James Castle-Mason is exceptional! He is very knowledgeable and always pushes me to my limit and beyond! I would never have imagined that I could get to and exceed personal best in all aspects of training! That is how good James is! James is laser focused on helping me achieve my goals by making every session challenging. I have seen amazing improvements in my training abilities since I started training with him. Quite honestly, I look forward to my workouts........ although if you told James I said so, I would just say NO! James motto of form over quantity is exceptional. He always makes sure my technique is correct and has the patience to teach and correct the technique when it's off. He has in-depth knowledge and always explains why it is necessary to get the technique right not only to avoid injuries but also to ensure that the targeted muscle group is worked on! IF you are looking for a great place to train ROAR is the go to place and IF you are looking for the best of the best James Castle-Mason is the man for the job (as long as my sessions are not affected of course!). Final word - The professionalism and passion at ROAR is second to none!

    I looked at many personal training gyms before deciding to go with Roar in Kensington and it has not disappointed. They do an amazing job of matching you with a trainer and nutritionist that fit your personality and your goals. My trainer, Jordan Bunting, is an absolute legend and has helped me massively. He’s very knowledgeable, challenging and encouraging which has helped me train harder than I have in probably 10yrs. I highly recommend Jordan for anyone who is looking to train hard and see great results. My nutritionist is James Castle-Mason and he’s been amazing in helping me make sure my diet is on point and that I am set up for success. The gym is also top notch. The equipment is new, the gym is spotless and they have good changing rooms and showers. Full five-star experience.

    I was very keen to get back to gym-based training and am so happy I found Roar. It's an incredibly professional and hard working personal training gym. The equipment is excellent and the trainers are very strong. You feel a bit like you are in a club, everyone is very friendly. I began training with Martin who was excellent. His cues are some of the best I've experienced in this field and I quickly overcame some initial nervousness about my bulging disc. When Martin had to leave due to an ongoing injury himself, I started training with Jordan and he has pushed me beyond where I ever thought and I feel incredibly strong. He's an absolutely lovely guy with a great working knowledge of weight training. He even sneaks weights on thus upping the ante time and time again! I'm ending the year on a very high note feeling very strong and thus happy. Very grateful to Roar and keen to keep going.

    Highly recommend the online training program at Roar - I’ve been training with Luke for just over two weeks and am already seeing the results - feeling much stronger, fitter and noticeably leaner. The online program is tailored to your goals and the equipment you have, you get nutritional guidance and targets as well as the fitness program. The plan is well structured and easy to follow. I’ve not felt hungry at all. Weekly check-ins keep you on track and provide any extra support or tailoring needed, the workouts change every couple of works to keep you engaged. I’m really enjoying it and am excited to see how much more progress I can make in the 3 months!

    ROAR Kensington is by far my new favourite place to train. I recently signed up for a 12 week program focused on building muscle with Jordan as my PT, who I can’t recommend highly enough. You can tell Jordan has a lot of passion for what he does, he is friendly, professional, highly motivating and extremely knowledgeable. He continuously pushes you out of your comfort zone to get the best results possible, plus he has the patience of an absolute saint to put up with my constant complaining on leg days. Thank you for making each session both challenging and enjoyable at the same time. Also, thank you to Alex for all of your nutritional guidance and to the whole team at ROAR for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere to train in.

    My experience at Roar has been amazing! My trainer is Sam Fishenden and he has exceeded my expectations in every way. He is very knowledgeable about fitness, has a positive attitude, is very encouraging and is just a really nice guy. He has helped me achieve a level of fitness that I didn’t think was possible. He also goes out of his way to accommodate special requests. When I was going to be out of town for 2 weeks he put together a special travel workout for me that I could do with bands. I would highly recommend Roar and Sam to anyone who wants to get in shape or take their fitness to the next level.

    The atmosphere at Roar is warm, friendly and surprisingly non-intimidating. My trainer, Morgan, is positive, supportive and always pushes me to do more than I think I can. His coaching has done wonders for my confidence and I leave every session with a smile on my face. For the first time in my life, I am comfortable going to a gym and working out on my own and I even actually (kind of) enjoy exercise. My nutritional coach James helped me develop a practical and sustainable approach to my nutrition that didn’t stop me eating out (which I still love to do). Joining ROAR is the best investment I’ve ever made and I would encourage anyone looking to make a positive change in their life to give it a go!
