I arrived at the store at 5:30pm this evening i had plenty of money and im expensive cloths but it wasnt enough as i was followed round the store and made to fell uncomfortable by a memeber of staff an older gentleman but ignorant non the less i left without making my purchase and alittle bewildered to what had just happened my friend challanged the staff members and what unfolded was even more bizare...apperntly me and my friend look like thieves and we werent aloud the store number to make a complaint ....then a guy called tim appeared and started to tell my friend we were mad to feal unwelcome because we were not wearing masks and did not have excemption. I for one have COPD and i wont speak on my friends health but a bizzare experience non the less wont be back i got everything i needed at the range

What a pleasure to visit the store today. Spotlessly clean shop; pleasant, helpful staff. The girl who served me today (Gertrude) was so kind and friendly - somehow didn't make the current "lockdown rules" so bad. Thank you.

Love Lakeland products & staff service. Just wondered if the Bright Bloom 5 cloths will be coming into stock again. Loved them, using some of your other ones but really miss these.

I went in to buy a small item but although they thought it was in stock there was none left. The really helpful assistant arranged free delivery for me. Great service.

Went to store before Christmas to you purchase a heated dryer. I was told it was not in stock but would be in store in a few days. I rec received a ca 2 months later telling me that it had arrived. I did purchase a meat mincer while I was there. I'm not sure how you would grind meat as it will not even grind potatoes.

Love Lakeland! Clean friendly well organised store in Belfast. The staff are always helpful. Range of stock is pretty decent too .
