Staff very pleasant, unfortunately cant say the same regarding the manager, how he spoke to me as a customer, goodness knows how he speaks to the staff members !!!!

From my past experience the shop floor staff and friendly, helpful and pleasant also the supervisor. The actually manager of the shop/club is very rude, arrogant and is a very unpleasant man to customers. I would suggest a course of speaking and relating to the pupil would be very beneficial for this man and the customers also his staff. Not happy at all with his comment referring to myself at all.

A place where you can buy Liverpool sports merchandise and memorabilias.

Possibly the worst customer service you'll ever get, used to be a great place to shop , not anymore, can't even bring a shirt in to get a print on , your sent to the Everton shop! Really gone to the dogs big time

Pains me to say it but my son loves the store and in fairness the new spring training gear we purchased for him is very smart

I love this store! The staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to help. I go in here regularly and I always get great help. I adore how the staff is welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in and always make you feel like family.

Neat and modern store. Busy and bit tight for space, bigger retail unit needed. Staff are friendly and helpful though. But make sure your wallets topped up as it ain't the cheapest.

I was visiting Belfast and just had to call in, thought it was a bit on the small side

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Been a regular shopper and acquired numerous vouchers when purchasing home tshirt s and other items. Tried using one voucher to be told you can't as the silver has been scratched. Rediculous, why put silver on the voucher which resembles a scratch card if then in small print it says then not to scratch.,. Bambozling. Will be buying everything online now where it's straightforward.
