Really good experience here, right from booking my appointment over the phone. The receptionist is lovely and the waiting area is very comfortable. Joanna gave me a warm welcome and I really liked her relaxed, yet professional, manner. I felt very well looked after!

What a fabulous professional medical clinic Nothing too much trouble and call backs always as promised. A breath of fresh air to speak to someone within a few rings of the phone and have a face to face with a caring doctor almost immediately! Dr Modesta Kavu was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and dealt with my issue with the utmost professionalism and reassurance. After taking my baby to have his tongue tie released I cannot recommend the service that is provided by the midwives at Stonegate medical enough! They were so professional, knowledgeable and informative. They provided all the information and advice that we had been lacking prior to the appointment. The procedure itself was so quick and my baby was feeding straight after without any discomfort. I had such confidence in the midwives after the consultation prior to the procedure that any stress about the procedure was alleviated. The follow up care was fantastic, it provided an opportunity to ask any questions I had been too stressed to ask before and also to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge the midwives at Stonegate have. The service all round was not only professional but warm, supportive and caring. I cannot thank them enough.

We took our 10 month old daughter to have her tongue checked. We knew prior to the appointment they would be unable to treat anything they found but we were looking for advice. The team were incredibly, welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate with their care/advice. After thorough discussion we gained guidance where to seek further advice. This advice supported us in finding another service able to perform the release. Our daughter is now a much happier little lady. Thankyou so much for your help.

The doctor whom I saw was friendly, fair ( she didn't charge me when she was unable to remove the wax in one of my ears ) and persistent - the next time I came it was clear it was really difficult, but she stuck at it with good humour.

Disgusted with the lack of understanding and rudeness, On Monday at 11am i had booked a pcr test for Wednesday, as i should have been flying out on Saturday, i was by no means explained that if anything happened i would need to cancel within 48 hours, around 9am on Tuesday i had an email stating due to new restrictions i would NOT be able to fly. when i called up i was told i would lose £100 from my £200 as there was a policy that i was only informed with a sneaky email! disgusted, on that note even if you wanted to push it to a later date still you would lose £100, really not the service expected as i had told them id like to either push the date.

I needed a 'fit to work' medical for an overseas job, including some blood work. I tried the large private hospitals in York, simply because I've used them before for similar, but this time their customer service people either didn't read my query properly, or didn't respond to me at all. After Googling for alternatives, I found Stonegate Medical Clinic's website; they dealt with my query within hours, and booked me an appointment for the same week. I mentioned, when booking, that I'm terrible with blood tests (my veins don't like them), and the receptionist kindly informed the doctor about this, and gave me an extra-long appointment. On the day, the doctor was warm and friendly; she put me at ease (as much as possible, given I have 'white coat syndrome'), and she managed to get some blood out of me. The results were received quickly. I will remember the clinic for next time. Thank you to everyone at Stonegate Medical Clinic!

I saw Dr Buk-Filak for a coil fitting. The procedure was unsuccessful due to my anatomy but the situation was handled very professionally and I can happily recommend Stonegate Medical Clinic. All staff that I came into contact with were very friendly and you are put at ease during your appointment.

I took my daughter to the clinic last week for her tongue tie. I cannot believe the difference in her after just one week! Bottles are so much easier, she has less wind and she’s just overall not struggling anymore. I can’t thank the midwives enough! If I could afford private for myself I’d definitely come here. Visited the clinic today for completion of forms enabling my son fit to take part in Camp Thailand. All staff were excellent at getting this request through at short notice, professional & kind plus my son has now acted on their advice & started packing. Thank you again I was very impressed

A highly professional and efficient service. I was able to book an appointment the next day. The doctor was excellent and followed up on everything required very promptly. The manager and reception staff were all helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I needed an appointment quickly and was struggling to get one with my local GP. I decided to book in with Stonegate and was able to see a doctor the following day... The doctor was lovely and sorted me out quickly. The whole experience was great and would recommend Stonegate Medical to anyone.

This was the second time I had used the services of Stonegate Medical and again completely satisfied with the treatment received. I am partially deaf and it has never been an issue to communicate via email. The office management are so very friendly and Dr Buk-Filak is so very friendly and understanding and was nice to speak about my race which she was signing my medical form for....it didnt feel like a 'right lets get you in and kick you out'. I will definitely recommend and also be using their services when needed in the future. Thank you. :)

Would NOT recommend, nothing but problems. After discovering something concerning on a full health check, the doctor FORGOT to refer me, after ringing up to check to see when I would hear something the doctor apologised and said she forgot to refer me, she would do it straight away and I would hear something within 2 weeks, I didn’t. They never got in touch it was always me chasing up and ringing, sometimes they didn’t ring back they emailed. Long story short I went in May and have only just got an appointment through. My partner and daughter have also had bad experiences with the rude receptionist. My first experience with Stonegate and probably my last.

Great service - an appointment was available the next day. It's a great location for me and the premises are lovely. There is a relaxing waiting area and a friendly and professional receptionist. Dr Kavu was great, she put me at my ease and quickly diagnosed the issue and addressed my concerns.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. I instantly felt at ease talking about my health, even though I usually feel vulnerable talking to a doctor. Every kindness was expended to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you for the great service.
