Fantastic all round experience. Had a recurring sports injury which lasted for 2 years. Robb gave me a thorough assessment and explained the rehabilitation plan clearly and gave me realistic expectations. The plan was given worked really well and I've recovered quicker than expected. Robb was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and couldn't have asked for more from a physio. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

I contacted the Physio Clinic Glasgow after suffering knee pain for around 8/9 months. After a consultation appointment Robb provided a clear plan on how we were going to work together to overcome the pain and get back to pain free exercising. Robb also explained the reasoning behind doing the exercises which provided a deeper education as to why my injury had occurred and what we could do to heal it and prevent it in the future. The plan provided clear instruction on exercises. Robb was upfront, honest and transparent throughout the treatment with regards to timescales and results. I would 100% recommend The Physio Clinic Glasgow for physio treatment.

Around 6 months ago I had a 12cm quad tear. I completed rehab with another clinic, however I was allowed to play football before I was ready. No strength tests were completed on my legs. I was experiencing pain whilst attempting to play so I went to Robb for a second opinion on the issue. He tested my quads and proved my right was 25% weaker than my left. Robb gave me a detailed plan to follow. Now, after 3/4 weeks of following his guidance, I am back playing football with no pain. Can’t recommend Robb enough. Very knowledgable and a great guy. Thanks again!

Cannot recommend The Physio Clinic Glasgow enough. I have struggled with back pain for several years but eventually I have found someone who has helped! During my initial consultation I felt that Robb really listened to my complaints and fully understood the issues I was struggling with. He kept daily exercises short and manageable, we also added in twice weekly exercises that did take a bit longer to complete, but again, manageable. We arranged monthly check ins to assess any progress and to alter exercises. I am now definitely moving a lot easier and my back pain has eased massively, so things are looking positive. If you are looking for good physios then 100% give them a call!

Robb was brilliant with me throughout my physio, rehabbing me from an ACL repair back into playing football again. This was my 3rd operation and Robb was so patient with me throughout, definitely the best physio experience I’ve ever had. Can’t thank him enough, I feel confident again and am trying new sports thanks to Robb.

Great experience! I came to Arran with knee pain which prevented me from running and walking upstairs. After one session with Arran, I saw major improvements in knee strength and a decrease in pain. He is very informative, explaining in detail why I am completing different exercises and what outcome they will have. Arran mends my rehab plans to my own wants and need. Would recommend to anyone struggling with knee pain! Thank You Arran.

I had a rugby accident a few years back and I have had loads of different treatment, such as osteopaths and chiropractors, however the pain remained. I saw many positive reviews at this establishment and thought I would give it a go. I have been seeing Robb over the course of a few months and it is the first time in the last few years I have experienced no pain. It was a slow process but I didn’t expect it to happen overnight, Robb was transparent with me and gave me realistic expectations. I have followed the program given by Robb and for the first time I have made progress. I strongly recommend Robb and his team to anyone who is in the same position as I was in or if you are just looking to seek advice. Robb has been very patient and supportive throughout my journey and I have felt comfortable and safe to express any concerns I’ve had or any questions. Highly recommended!

I’m training for a half marathon and started getting bad knee pain which was preventing any progression in distance. Went to see Robb and after an assessment he talked me through the problem and what was causing it, and the reassurance he gave me regarding the timescales I had really helped too. I followed my rehab plan for a month with some more help from Robb, and revisited to get it revised and updated. Pleased to say I’m now 2 months past my first visit, have almost no pain during or after running and my training is back on track and much improved. Couldn’t recommend the Physio Clinic more! 👏🏻

I've been to so many physio because of my job (actor), and this one is easily the best one. Makes you work hard for it and get a more permanent results (or temporary results then a permanent one depending on your situation) than a quick fix or a tape. Takes time to explain the injury as well so I am aware, and was happy to speak to my PT. They have a lovely mini gym to go through your exercises. After half a year of them I am already seeing so much progress! Arran is amazing. Safe environment. So highly recommended. Thank you!

Visited Robb at the Physio Clinic Glasgow during the training for my first marathon. I made the common mistake of increasing my distance too fast and got shin splints and IT band pain in my knee. After a couple visits to see Robb and following his advice my shins and knee pain improved massively helping me complete the marathon pain free! Very professional, honest and knowledgeable company, would recommend to anyone! 5*

I've had hip problems for years and visited numerous Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. I've had hip x-rays, followed all sorts of advice on YouTube but the problems persisted. In just three visits to the Physio Clinic I have seen excellent results with Arran. His approach is not just to "fix" the pain but to get to the root of it and work together to reach a solution. I call it "joining the dots!" It's been hard work and there's still a bit of a journey but for the first time I feel really optimistic. His positivity and encouragement enables you to do more than you thought you could.

I worked with Robb over a few months on hip and knee issues I was having. After an initial assessment, Robb put together a comprehensive rehab plan to work on and we met every 4-6 weeks to review progress. From an early stage in the rehab, Robb was upfront about timelines for this type of rehab and foresaw the possibility of referral to orthopaedics for further investigation. When it got to the point that Robb was confident that rehab could only do so much in my case, he did not hesitate to contact my doctor for referral. His level of experience and integrity make him easy to work with and trust. I highly recommend The Physio Clinic and would not hesitate to visit again if needed in the future.

Booked in after having issues with knee pain and being unable to straighten out my leg. Robb was very knowledgeable and we talked through some history and potential causes, what his initial impressions were and outlining an early time-line for recovery. He then ran a couple of tests to identify what the issue was most likely and got me in the adjacent gym for some basic movements and to demonstrate some exercises for rehab, and provided me with a resistance band for the exercises. Checked back in, after a couple of weeks, and having made good progress he updated the exercises to make them more difficult to help further with the recovery. Overall, Robb was professional and clear in his instruction (and even helped ease my worries after Googling what the issue could have been) and I'm very happy with the service provided.

I hugely recommend the Physio Clinic after ripping my left adductor tendon badly. Arran has been fantastic in recommending excercises each week and demostarting how and why they help repair. He has been top class in monitoring progress. Book your appointment with the best team!

I attended the Physio Clinic Glasgow after injuring my foot running. The place had come recommended to me by a friend who was seen by Aaron’s colleague, Rob. So far I have attended two sessions and had a great experience that I’d highly recommend. My experience with Aaron has been excellent. Having been to a physio twice before (once for collarbone break and once for shoulder injury), my experience this time was very different. Aaron took plenty time to thoroughly assess and explain my injury as well as giving me exercises that were manageable for my pain, lifestyle and my overall goal (to get back to impact exercise and to strengthen my ankle). I feel like I have gained knowledge through attending physio in only two sessions and have not felt pressured to have more sessions than needed (I am making progress in my recovery!). Thank you for your care. I would highly recommend the Physio Clinic for anyone needing top class, person centred care from professionals. Highly recommended

I cannot recommend The Physio Clinic enough. I met with Robb first at the end of 2021 with a shoulder injury and I'm really happy with how quickly it has recovered. Robb was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the start and has provided great advice for maintaining shoulder strength going forward. I'd have no hesitation to go back if I have any further physio needs or to recommend him to family and friends.

Really good experience with the Physio Clinic. Arran was incredibly friendly, encouraging and worked well to create a rehab plan with me and enable me to get back to sport as quickly as possible as well as giving exercises to help strengthen muscles and prevent future injury. Thank you very much and would definitely recommend.

I have been working with Robb at The Physio Clinic for a few months now following a back injury. Robb is excellent at what he does and is very knowledgeable and approachable. He provided a rehab exercise plan to follow to help strengthen the muscles and I noticed a big difference by following his guidance. I would highly recommend Robb and The Physio Clinic. Thank you Robb for all your help and guidance.

Met with Arran for advice on neck pain. Full history and assessment taken with no rush; listened to all my complaints and still smiled! Full examination carried out and rehab plan set up and took time to go through these in detail with me. Plan was emailed to me as it’s easy to forget once you leave. Checked at each stage that I was happy with things. A very positive experience and the rehab plan is going well. Would definitely recommend. Local to me and less expensive than city centre physios too! Thank you!

Currently working with Robb as I have pain in my hips/legs. He's took the time to understand what's going on and make a plan. He explains everything every step of the way, what checks he does and why and I find this helpful and appreciate it as well. This is the first time a physio has told me to stop stretching and we are working on strengthening instead. So far there is definitely a difference and an improvement. Looking forward to more progression.

Great experience with the Physio Clinic so far. I have had 2 sessions with Arran and things are already starting to look better. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains things clearly to help you understand what the issue may be (mine being muscle pain in one side of my back). Exercises have been built into my training programme which have been working wonders. Would highly recommend!

I attended sessions with Robb after having persistent issues with my right leg /knee. Robb identified the issue and came up with a rehab plan for me to follow over the coming months. Throughout the plan I felt continuous improvement and Robb ensured that the exercises remained challenging in order to help me progress. Robb was easy to deal with and explained everything clearly throughout, I would happily return for any issues in the future.

If you need a physio in Glasgow and the surrounding area then honestly look no further! After a bad injury a few years ago Robb has done a brilliant job so far In helping me with my rehab and building my strength back up. I was very skeptical at first due to not having the best experience with another physio and coming to dead ends with doctors and specialists. I sort of accepted that I would have pain and weakness in my leg for the rest of my life however from the first session with Robb until now the advice and everything else has been second to none! The strengthening and the stretching exercises that I have been given are working brilliantly so far. The best my leg has ever felt! Very smart clinic and friendly professional advice. Perfect as my appointments can fit around my busy work schedule with me working away. Never any issue getting booked in for an appointment and Robb is happy to work round me with no dramas. Cannot recommend highly enough, cheers guys!

I cannot recommend Robb enough. I worked with Robb at the start of the year due to agonizing pain in my hip/ groin area. I went to Robb seeking answers and help after a previous physio and sports therapist were unable to give me consistent answers and i was making no progress in my recovery preventing me from my sports, and at the worst points just general movements causing pain. During my consultation Robb had clearly identified and explained the cause of my pain - Hip Tendonopathy. He explained how it happened, and how we can improve on it. Robb kept in touch with me throughout my physio which in total was 4 appointments over 5 months. By the 3rd follow up I had literally zero pain and full range of movement again. It has now been 4 months since my last appointment and I have had zero set backs or niggles since. Hopefully I wont get anymore pains or niggles anywhere again, but if I do I would return without a second thought.

I've always found it diffucult to stick to a rehab plan given by Physios as I never see any results and never sure I am doing them correctly and just give up but with the Physio Clinic Glasgow it's different they set out a rehab plan for you. The physios work with you in their gym at each visit, they show you the technique on how to do the exercises to make sure you are doing them correctly, which is important and they also give you the confidence to then do them on your own as you do them you start seeing results fast. Patience is key. I'm a Runner and I have been injured for 2 years I've only started a rehab plan in less than a month with Robb and already I'm back running pain free. I'm still currently rehabbing as a precaution but I'm well on my way back thanks to Robb. *The exercises they give you are very specific to the injury that you have and I believe this has been key to a quick recovery.*

Robb has been absolutely fantastic with me! Always very thorough in the sessions and has had me progression brilliantly. I am always very nervous working around my small injury but he always makes me feel at complete ease to keep progressing and not be afraid to squat!! So honestly big thanks and highly recommend!! (I always do anyway when someone says they have something sore in my work🤣)

Having been injured and out of running for a long time if you told me I would be running again so quickly I would not have believed it. Robb has been absolutely brilliant. After initial assessment, Robb worked with me to create a personal rehab and recovery plan, his explanations and demonstrations have been nothing but clear and concise making it easy to follow and progress quickly. On follow up visits Robb made sure to adjust the plan accordingly to both my progress and the time I had available to make recovery more manageable for me, as someone who is a busy person I appreciated it. Can't recommend the Physio clinic enough, Robb's a class act and the facilities are excellent.
