Really good. We booked an appointment for my 12yo daughter to have her ears pierced and are very happy with the shop. From helping and advising us when we visited before deciding where to go, to helping us with the booking (the online system was a bit confusing) and then the actual appointment, the staff were excellent. The venue is clean and light and proper medical processes appeared to be followed well. The lady that did the piercing was great with my daughter and took great care to ensure they were in the right place (including the use of Vernier callipers!) I can't comment from the point of view of being experienced in this sort of thing but highly recommended for 1st timers.

All the staff were lovely from the reception staff to the piercer. Titanium internal threaded jewellery used and not a gun in sight, only needles used. Very clean! Decent amount of attachments options too. Great service and all round, great experience. Very reasonable prices, I would recommend here and it’s worth travelling too .

As soon as I walked in, I was made to feel welcome, and it was evident that hygiene and best practice Was paramount. I wanted to have my ears pierced. I was shown the artist that was doing to do the piercing. She was warm reassuring and again hygiene and best practice was in place after my piercing which was beautifully done. I am currently on holiday and was extremely worried as my piercing had become infected due to swimming in the pool and fiddling with it too much. I messaged titanic piercing parlour and they were so helpful, recommending me what to purchase and how to treat it. Could not recommend enough as the aftercare after getting my piercing was fabulous, they are always just a call and text away and are extremely helpful. Thank you!

Had a few piercings done by Weeze (who is brilliant!) but had my daith done by her yesterday. As always super speedy, professional, and made it as pain-free as possible. Have heard some horror stories on the daith piercing, but it was one of the fastest and least painful piercings I've had. Would highly recommend Titanic team for all your piercing needs!

I came here to have a tragus piercing reviewed that I had done at another shop. It hadn’t felt right and was swollen. Thank goodness for Adele at Titanic 🤩 Adele was so lovely and honest with me and said best thing was to remove it and let it heal. I felt so comfortable and confident in her expertise, I ended up getting a pair of stacked lobe piercings, which I love 💕. It didn’t hurt at all. Facilities were very clean and service was so efficient. I will be returning to have my tragus reviewed and fingers crossed pierced again, but done properly 😀 Thank you 😊

My daughter has been getting her piercings done with Marzena and I can't recommend her enough. She's so considerate, really informative and gets the job done quickly. Her aftercare advice is brilliant. Relaxed atmosphere and lovely studio.

I came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago after my usual piercer unfortunately passed away suddenly (RIP Sarge). He was a very well known and respected piercer for many years and he had done all my piercings for over a decade! Because of this, I was a bit nervous about someone else piercing me. I got a double nostril piercings, the girls (sorry I didn't get your names!) were so welcoming and lovely and the shop was clean and professional. I will definitely be back!

Had the most amazing experience at Titanic Tattoo today! I had some really misplaced and wonky lobe piercings, the lady who pierced me (sorry I didn’t get your name!) was so helpful and talked me through all the options to balance my lobe piercings out! Got my helix done while I was there, the process wasn’t as painful as I thought and the studio was immaculate and clean. The service by all the staff was perfect, couldn’t recommend enough, will be back for more, thank you!!

they were all lovely and friendly; i came in to buy a new septum piercing and they not only helped me decide which was best for my face, but also helped me re-pierce my septum, which i wasn't expecting but really appreciated. from my experience they have a great range of piercings and are confident and efficient at piercing- not to mention reassuringly sterile!! many thanks to those who work there and i definitely recommend :-)

I had a wonderful experience. I was super nervous with my vertical labret lip piercing but as soon as I entered the studio it was chill atmosphere, comfortable and friendly. Then my piercer Weezer, was lively and reassuring, she was super reassuring, speedy!! And also let me chill out for a minute after my piercing because it was an OUCHiE! But yes absolutely lively, always a 5* for this place. Also got a sweetie 🤗

Brilliant service! My wife and I both got our tattoos done. Great detail work, very well priced. The place is over sanitised which is great. We had a brilliant laugh with the staff and other customers, which made the experience a brilliant one rather than a pain.

I had the pleasure of getting pierced by the wonderful Adele. I was super nervous but she has the most calming energy, was so patient with me and reassured me throughout. She explained everything as she pierced me and was super professional and respectful. I had both nipples pierced, she made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. Hoping to book in with her again soon!

Very calm, clean and quick 😌 I've had 5 piercings including body piercings done here and every time, the staff have been really kind and patient, especially as I was nervous. It's clearly kept properly sanitised and the process was quick every time - and they must have done a good job because I've had no trouble in any of them, but they kindly offered to take a look and replace problem jewelry for free. Also the two-for-one prices which include the jewelry make it super affordable!! Would definitely recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I've been a visitor since the beginning and I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings or tattoos. The staff are wonderful and really put you at ease. Had my dermal piercing removed here today after my body started rejecting it. Service performed by Wheeze (sorry if I spelt it wrong) who was very friendly and professional. Receptionist was also very nice. I have been here several times and always leave satisfied. I would recommend.

Great service, booked in easily and very welcoming and kind staff! Piercer explained everything and the whole process, great thoughout my whole time there. Had the piercings in a couple of months with no issues whatsoever! Also came with an aftercare sheet, which is very handy if you're not too sure!

Can't thank the lovely ladies in Titanic enough! Never had an issue with any piercings in the past but I had my tongue pierced yesterday (amazing because she was super speedy and calm doing it) but after about 5 minutes while I was waiting for my mum to have piercings done, I had a funny turn as I think my adrenaline kind of chilled out. I felt shakey, sick and a slight panic attack coming on and the girls in the reception area were amazing specially the red headed lady was incredible!! Offered for me to lay down, got me sugary water and a bag incase I puked. Offered for me to come back and settle down if it got worse again after I left etc. She was so calming, friendly and professional. I've never felt like that after a piercing and did freak out a little what was slightly embarrassing but honestly these lady's were amazing dealing with me feeling like that 🥰 So a HUGE thank you!

So Darryl has done all my tattoos and he is the best. Not only is he a great artist, he is a stand up guy. I was also pierced by Kat and the same goes for her but double. She introduced me to all the staff and they’re all incredible people. Especially Dee. I will go again!

Great staff, nice atmosphere, loads of jewelry on display and works by their different artists displayed neatly on the walls and in their window. I've so far only had the pleasure of working with Ceri on a couple of my and my partners tattoos. Shes great! Not long ago they started offering tattoo removals as well. If you get both a tattoo in a painful spot and decide to get an industrial while you wait you get an instant reputation as crazy but i can't blame them for that.

Made to feel calm and relaxed by staff, very professional and friendly. Loving the new shop, beautiful decor and great atmosphere. Looking forward to getting future tattoos by their artists. Highly recommend.

Went with my Daughter and friend. We all had piercings and it was my daughter's first. Jenna was amazing with her, talked her through every step and let her watch me have mine done, which helped reassure her. Highly recommend, well done on a creating lovely, clean and caring environment.

I’ve been pierced by Adele a few times now and every single time is such a smooth appointment. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed before she even starts marking you up and always talks to you about the steps and when she is about to start. After piercing, she makes sure that you are okay and you are happy with the piercing and talks through the aftercare. Every piercing I’ve had from her has healed very nicely and looking forward to going back.

I’ve been here numerous times to get tattoos and piercings and have been with my girlfriend and the experience is always a solid 10/10. all the staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable in the process. Can see myself coming here for as long as the formidable future can see!!!! <3
