We had to travel from Birmingham and Adam met us at the station in the car we intended to purchase. This enabled us to see and hear it on the road. When we were back at the garage he went over the whole of the car with us thoroughly including how the various optional extras worked. He also pointed out a couple of possible faults e.g. the state/age of the battery was unknown. We could not fault his professionalism and would have no problem in recommending Adam when buying a car. Also as we are elderly and do not use motorways very often he said to phone him and let him know we had arrived home safely.

A great big thanks to adam at ymp, i dont know much about cars but he was excellent in explaining everything. His professionalism and understanding is amazing. Not a pushy salesman at all! Gave me time to view the car properly and even test drive it. He went above and beyond to ensure i was happy, made the process easy and quick, i didnt have to think twice. Usually not one for leaving reviews and i am skeptical of reviews in general but i can see why ppl come here to buy thier car! Im a nervous wreck when it comes to driving and i am back to driving after a long time off but adam reassured me and made me feel comfortable enough to test drive it. I wasnt expecting to buy a car outright but he honestly instilled so much confidence in me that i bought one the same day i went to view it. He even offered to drop me and my dad off home when he heard i arrived by taxi! He delivered my car to me and explained clearly how to register and insure/ tax it. Knowing i dont know much when it comes to cars, he showed me how to fuel up and checked my tyre air pressures, his friendliness extends beyond his business, as in he is willing to advise me which cars are good even if theyr not bought from his business. Shows genuine concern for all types of peoples needs when it comes to choosing a car, i am not car- literate and he was so patient when i asked alot of questions. Hes an honest man who even explained the pros and cons of certain cars. He didnt make me feel stupid for questioning. Above all, the process has been stressfree and quick. I will definately reccomend him to anyone and everyone, believe the reviews!! Theyr good for a reason and may Allah put barakah in his business and bless him for being who he is in this otherwise selfish world. So happy i found his business by chance but bought car by choice!

I bought a red civic from here over 12 months ago and no longer own it,I upgraded it to a better equipped civic. Nevertheless this guy Adam gave me the confidence to go out and buy civics again as for my last buying experience was catastrophic to say the least. Saw a car on Auto Trader (a stunning Honda Civic) and sent a message requesting more details. Within the hour I had a call and I made an appointment to view the following day. Went to view the car today. The gentleman I saw (I am honestly so terrible with names) was very polite and knowledgable. He showed me everything on the car and we even took it out for a little test drive. It was like chatting to my mate which made it an easier experience. I recently purchased a vehicle and he thoroughly went through all the bits to show me the vehicle, its features, even how to check certain things I wasn't unsure about. Although I didnt end up buying the car, it had a full service history, good MOT and was very clean. When asking questions about the car Adam was very open and let me take a test drive. When it was obvious I knew nothing about cars we were shown how to check a cars history, which turned out to be quite useful. If you're thinking of buying a second hand car for a good price I would definitely recommend Yorkshire Motor Park.

I bought a 59 plate Honda Civic EX. Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went through all of the car details, including MOT advisories, adding that some of them had been fixed prior to me buying. Excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. I forgot my service book and he offered to post it for me. Even blew up the tyres and sent me on my way with a free air pump. Overall a great garage and I definitely recommend for future customers. 10/10.

Nonsense free experience! Rung up on the day about a Citroen ds3 I had seen and Adam at Yorkshire Motor Park was more than happy to arrange a viewing in my convenience on the same day. I went and viewed the car and the advert didn’t do the car justice , it was much better in person! He was happy for me to look around the car for as long as I wanted to and said don’t make a decision until you have driven the car. We went for a test drive and the car drove perfectly. He spent the time to show me the inside of the car and all it’s features. Adam is not a pushy seller by any means and wants to give you the best service for the money you’re paying. Would highly recommend and definitely will be returning in the future when I decide to buy a new car 😁
