Never been to a pawnshop before to sell items so didn't know what to expect. Claire and Jason were both very nice and professional and I thought the price they offered was very fair, I had a really good experience and can highly recommend.

Ok, I give you 5 stars. But between us, they are the fake ones, okey?.. Actually there should be no more then one if we talking about reality..but my goal is not to try drop down your rating. What? What you said? Thank You Artur.. No worries brokers..No worries But to be honest. Come on, about what best offers you talking there? Defo you not trying to go by best offer way. It wasn't assessed and properly confirmed the price? Yes I can confirm it too. But in general. Coins is coins. In this case Britannia ones. Coins condition can effect price and bla bla bla.. But when in some places offering over 1300 in some over 1400..and after come to your store..and asked about price plus minus ... 1050!!!! I asked few times to repeat as maybe didn't understand right.. but no, few times it was repeated. 1050.. This is quite significant different compare with other stores. Defo not for you to say, that you trying go by best price offer....it's far away from it. Or you mean, you tries offer the best prices on jewellery things not on coins? Maybe I should bring my jewelry ta la la? Let to see it, to touch it, and after it be proper assessed and confirmed. Who knows, maybe really there be a best prices... Or better I should try to bring my badge from work wich is in gold frames. In fake gold frames ofcaurse.. Badge with fake gold frames to the fake 5stars gold brokers? Ok whatever.. You doing your business and trying make bigger profit. It's understandable. Who happy on price such yours or desperate ones they selling. Other ones leaving with no deal.. But to offer for people 1050 when in other places over 1300 in some others over 1400.. There is a quit big different actually.. that's what made me leave the feedback here. To much big difference. Don't know about other ones. But for me this difference tells me the story, that this store is not the best place to sell . not your gold..if only your jewellery or jewelry talala

Popped into May's in Royal Exchange, Manchester, to get a ring repaired and resized, and to sell some scrap gold. Claire was cheerful and friendly and explained what would happen with the ring. Claire then took the scrap gold, gave me a price but said I'd need ID to complete the transaction. When I said I didn't have suitable ID, she suggested going to my bank to print a statement off, which I did. I then returned and completed the transaction to sell the gold. Claire was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Thank you.
