David is great for chiro and acupuncture. I felt listened to with my sore back and he gave lots of advice to help myself e.g. posture, stretching and lifestyle. Unlike some other chiropractors he doesn't just want you to keep coming back to make money.

Had a few deep tissue massages with Sylwia now for an issue I had with my upper back, she found the issue right away and really took care and attention to find it. After 3 sessions the issue has pretty much gone away all thanks to Sylvia’s help. I’ve had this issue for years and tried different massage people and techniques with fail, wish I would have come to Sylwia sooner, 10/10 recommend

Had my first deep tissue massage and cupping today with adrian, and was very positive! He listened to what I was describing and skilfully informed me off what I would need. Very comforting and reassuring as it was my first time. He fully made me aware what I needed was going to cause discomfort momentarily but will do me the world of good later on. I have recently had back and Indian head massage as well as reflexology with Sylwia. The pain in my neck has subsided and the reflexology has already relaxed my Colitis pain. Sylwia is a very lovely and informative lady. I will certainly be booking in again 😊xx

My first time trying acupuncture! Whatever happened on Saturday has worked wonders! You’re a master of your craft! My stress levels seemed to have balanced out and and issue I’ve had with my bottom back is literally a distant memory! Two of my main issues I discussed in my consultation were focused on during my session and seem to have worked! I’ll be back for more these guys know their stuff!

Wow! David was absolutely brilliant I had a neck pain that was a real issue, David explained the treatment in full and kept me informed throughout my procedure, which was made up of neck and shoulder manipulation and acupuncture. The following morning I felt great, the crick in my neck had almost diminished and I had a feeling of overall calmness. Please try this approach as I can’t praise David and the therapy centre enough.I have also had fabulous massages with Silwia and she is an absolute professional and fantastic at her job.

Sylwia is so lovely, and made me feel incredibly welcome here! Her knowledge about my deep tissue massage, along with her aromatherapy was the perfect combination for an amazing massage. Definitely going to book in again soon, wouldn't go anywhere else :)

First visit with Adrian today for a deep tissue massage. He made me feel relaxed and gave a full explanation of exactly what is involved before starting the treatment. He is a friendly and engaging guy which really helped to ease any anxieties I felt before meeting him. The treatment was excellent and after I felt a little less tense than when I arrived that's for sure 🙂 Adrian also gave me an example of cupping and explained the process beforehand. I look forward to my next visit with Adrian and look forward to seeing the benefits in the gym 🏋

Acupuncture....it works!!! I was in a lot of pain ' chronic, nerve pain, lower back from straining it, sciatica pain..when I left I felt no pain, then walked 10,000 steps around London, 14,000 the next day. Need I say more except THANK YOU!!!!!!

After unsuccessful cortisone injections for bursitis of hip, an excruciating pain condition, I was assessed by David and following 3 sessions of acupuncture and 2 sessions of Moxibustion, I am virtually pain free. I am so grateful to be able to continue my daily walks with our dogs over the hills without pain

Visited Dao holistic centre after a Vasor Lipo procedure for lymphatic drainage, my therapist was Sylvia who is a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble she answered all my questions and took a general interest in my recovery, the centre is very clean and comfortable and the treatment has been brilliant and my surgeon is amazed at the results she has done with her massages highly recommended
