I would like to say thank you to the staff today , it was a hard day for me and my little girl ,picking out a tree for my husband /daddy who past away last year. The staff helped me make sure we had the perfect one and was so lovely 😍5⭐ from me , thank you again ,sorry for the emotional tears x

Lovely garden centre with nice atmosphere, friendly staff and wheelchair friendly. Coffee shop food is lovely, either dinners or toasties are always really nice. Christmas displays are better than other garden centre in the area. Would recommend.

I called in for a couple plants for my garden, the staff were friendly and helpful, I wasn't too sure which type would survive where I wanted them, they advised which would be best suited and showed me where they were. They went out of their way to help. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a massive variety of products to choose from, all at a reasonable price, I will definitely be shopping there again. I would highly recommend Azure to anyone.

As usual Azure Garden Centre was extremely good. The quality of the plants was tip top and the experience was excellent. We got four bags of peat free compost from there and two bags of manure. We always buy peat free compost because we care about the environment. The staff seem really happy there and it is a Disability Confident Employer.

A very good selection of healthy plants, shrubs etc, with friendly knowledgeable staff. I could spend hours and fortunes in here easily! Their half price sales are really reasonable though, so always a bargain to be had!

Fantastically set out in different area. Good range of outdoor gardening products and a great selection of healthy plants including herbs, bushes, trees and annuals. Absolutly love the herb section. Now have 4 different mint varieties in the garden. Loved this bistro set and been thinking of it for a while so ended up buying it and the wine trolly as well. Might as well go all in.

We started in the cafe, we had a toastie and hot turkey sandwich, both were really good. I'm extremely impressed with the amount and great quality of the Christmas decorations. It is probably one of the best displays I have seen...

What a nice Garden Centre and it has a cafe inside as well (not currently open owing to COVID). Interesting array of plants and bulbs and garden furniture is lovely (wish I had the money to buy it, and the garden to put it in! ONE DAY!!). Quite busy today but plenty of parking spaces and good one way system in operation for the building. Outside it’s a free for all! Good selection of plants at reasonable prices.

Lovely coffee & cakes& staff very friendly but could we have tea pots back please a tea bag in a cup just doesn't cut the mustard. Thank you

Very well stocked with lovely staff. It's really well set out with plenty of parking.

Great atmosphere and a very large space to walk around. Huge variety of products and a lovely area for tea. Food was served quickly and it was tasty. Camomile tea and a latte for me. Very friendly staff and helped us with any questions.

Azure is a really canny garden centre. There is a decent plant selection which are, mostly reasonably priced. Lovely cafe/restaurant too. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful Christmas displays with each room having a colour theme. Gorgeous light display too. 2 small boys loved it.

Lovely garden centre, they have some beautiful Christmas decorations/lights in! Their Christmas rooms are all so different and lovely to see the different themes etc set out. We got a lovely deer canvas- well chuffed.

Literally the best customer service I have received for a long long time. An absolute pleasure to deal with , with the additional help from Andrew the manager who kindly had an extra item delivered when we couldn’t get to collect it. Nothing was a problem and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Azure Cramlington

Lovely garden centre. Such a lovely selection of plants, pots, furniture and so on. The cafe isn't open on a Saturday which is a shame. The only negative was that the chap on the checkout was a bit rough with the plants & he damaged some of the new growth.

The plants are the usual good quality and very good prices. Bought a beautiful hanging basket. But the cafe, what has happened. So disappointed with the lack of choice. It is a few years since I was last there as I moved away. £2 for a tea, no tea pot just a bag in a tea cup. Three tea cups £6. Will not be going back.

Good selection of homemade and plants. There is a nice cafe with an outdoor area which is good for children. Staff aren't very friendly. Parking is good, with a number of disabled and parent and child spaces. Average prices for a garden centre.
