I have called this morning to request a viewing Before even view the answer was given it is not possible to view unless you been in this country less than 3 years. What kind of requirements it is you can not rent or even view a property unless you been in the country 3 years I found that quite offensive also been feel discriminated , disappointed

This is to say that RookMatthewsSayer have acted on my behalf to sell a property in the West of Newcastle. They were businesslike and professional at every stage of a long, protracted process arranging visits, advertising, dealing and negotiating offers in a friendly way. I thank Steven at the outset, with Stacey and Dylan who helped me navigate the legal, technical and IT complexities of the sale David Brownlow.

Staff at the Fenham branch went above and beyond for us selling our home. Particularly Holly, who was so attentive and really helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. It was a long process after our chain fell through and Holly helped us the whole way through. It was so lovely how excited she was when it was finally nearing completion! Holly was on annual leave when we completed but still took the time to congratulate us upon her return. Would highly recommend.

Our offer for a house was accepted and we received a congratulations email 5:30pm. We had to then provide your details, upload passport and solicitor details. That evening we uploaded our information on the Credas app, unknown to us the app used by RMS rejected the passport due to a glare. We were informed by telephone the next day, I uploaded it again within a few hours. We searched all morning for a solicitor and provide details of our solicitor to RMS by the next day 1pm. We did not hear anything from RMS for the next few hours. I received a VM around 4pm to give them a call back. I called 6/7 time line kept ringing out. Finally got through only to be told we didn’t provide our information quick enough that another offer was accepted. Although the seller has every right to accept another offer I thought this was very unprofessional by RMS, we were never given a time scale in which we needed to provide our information and yet RMS didn’t give us 24 hours. We feel really hurt and let down by RMS and because of this experience I would not recommend RMS.
