Excellent service as usual,ordered uv light for filter arrived very well packaged, no chance of damage unless a tank drove over it!!! .Always good service and helpful if phoned for advice .Could say can get some stuff on the net cheaper but they don't last as long as not genuine parts from manufacturers so worth paying a little more for genuine replacement parts

We sought advice and then purchased pumps and filters, a waterblade with illumination, a reservoir and pond paint that we needed for two separate water features, collecting the items in person on several occasions. Andy and his team members couldn't have been more supportive and friendly in taking us through the options, guiding us through their installations and answering follow-up questions on the phone. And once installed, both look good and work well. Highly recommended.

Water Garden were very helpful - We got through to a technical sales person via phone quickly, after unsuccessfully trying to get a similar service from competitors in a hurry. Email follow up and subsequent sale was prompt. A note: Good and responsive approach to phone enquiries = a sale! This service is getting rarer and rarer.
