Excellent service. The diamond in my wife's engagement ring had fallen out on holiday, presumed lost so she got a local jeweller to put a temporary CZ replacement in. The diamond turned up in her handbag and she had it replaced perfectly for less than 10% of the quote given by a well-known jeweller around the corner...

I have a silver identity bracelet with a loose clasp, so it kept falling off my wrist. Not ideal. Took it to Jones's and they tightened it up for me free of charge. Really friendly and charming with it. Many thanks.

Richard had the ring MADE to my specifications and I was more than happy with it. More importantly she loves it! The diamond in my fiancée’s engagement ring came out. It has been on her finger almost 20 years. I took it Jones family jewellers and they reset the diamond replaced the claws, resized it and polished it. We’re both thrilled. It looks like the new.

Fab service! Asked if they could take a look at my ring as I could feel the stone wobbling a bit in the setting. They took it in, fixed it, cleaned it to make it look better than it did when I bought it and returned it same day only a few hours later - and for a very reasonable price! Was only visiting a friend in Leamington that day but better service I've ever had locally near me!

Such an absolute hidden jewel in the heart of Leamington. The only local jeweller who can adjust, repair, lengthen jewellery onsite, and done within less than 48 hours. Whilst not the cheapest, because usual local repairs are sent off to Birmingham, the quality of in house workmanship is spectacular. I totally recommend and will return to complete a full valuation on all my jewellery for insurance at a very competitive agreed price. Thank you v much. X

Amazing as always - thank you Richard. Firstly Rich managed to sort the perfect signet ring which was even personalised with handwriting. Whilst there I got my own ring cleaned and fixed with new diamonds that were missing. Nothing was too big of an ask and I’m beyond pleased.

I was looking at a couple of jewellers in Leamington and the high level of customer service I received when I first went into Jones Family Jewellers convinced me that this was the place to go for my ring. The range of options available were great, and it meant I was able to find something suited to my personal taste. The rings are bespoke and mine was ready within two weeks. On the day it was a bit tight but Rich managed to get it resized so I could go and collect the final product that same afternoon. Cannot recommend Rich and his team highly enough. Thank you!

An absolute pleasure to visit! I only needed a couple of watch batteries replaced and some advice on restoration of a rather old and tatty but hugely sentimental watch my late mother had given me… nothing was too much trouble, such a lovely welcoming owner of the shop. The only jeweller I will need. I've dealt with JFJ a few times now and every time I have visited they're friendly, professional and always helpful. The quality of the rings (engagement and two wedding bands) is also excellent, and they've helped every step of the way in making them bespoke, giving them a little clean when we pop in as well to keep them shiny. All in all couldn't ask for a better service!
