I originally bought my dress early 2020 for my wedding in Sept, however due to covid we had to postpone the wedding to Sept 2021. Wendy, Charlotte and later on Jess were all on hand to help during this difficult time and even though the shop was closed, they were still available through messenger to help with any queries I had. When the shop was back open I had a few alteration appointments to get the dress just how I wanted it and fitted to my shape, the team at Osh Gosh and Margaret the seamstress were all super helpful and do not do anything by halves, making sure it was absolutely perfect before my final fitting. I had such a wonderful day and received so many compliments on the dress I felt amazing!! I have since collected my dress, cleaned (back to new!) and boxed in a lovely ivory/silk box. I went to osh gosh gowns on Monday to have a look and get an idea of bridesmaid dresses the ladies were so welcoming and showed us a variety of dresses and colours, we would never of thought we was walking away with two bridesmaid dresses completely different style and colour. Couldn’t thank the ladies enough they made us feel so welcoming and comfortable! We will be visiting again for sure x

What can I say about Wendy, Lucy and the team at Osh Gosh. Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. You walk in and immediately feel as though you are part of the family. From making you comfortable, introducing themselves and talking through the process. It was just perfect. I had issues with myself during the process of finding my wedding dress. Every tear I shed or laugh I had was shared with the group. Lucy held my hand through topics that no one else knew about. She guided me through each dress and whenever I tried something on, Wendy and the other girls would come out and either shout hoorays or share their honest comments (all with kindness!). Then when I found the dress and they showed me adaptions to make the dress unique to me and what I needed, the tears from everyone will still always be with me. Ending the session with a well needed hug and just knowing that I was never on my own. Even down to a little keepsake after losing my grandad who they knew was one of main male figures in my life. Each step, each moment it is something I will cherish forever. Thankyou Osh Gosh for making the experience everything I needed.

When we got engaged 5 years ago I already knew in my head my dream dress but when it came to wedding dress shopping I was so nervous, after just having a baby my self confidence was so low and the thought of dressing with a consultant, frightened me. Our Wedding was on 1May 2022 and I bought my dress from Osh Gosh. I have to say that the whole team were professional and courteous from start to finish. My dress needed alterations and these were done on time and discreetly. The girls made me feel like a princess for a day and you cannot get better than that! I cannot fault Wendy and her wonderful friendly team at all! Their helpfulness and communication is second to none. I chose my wedding dress just prior to Covid and loved it. However, after having to postpone our wedding for another year I needed to change my dress. This isn’t usual practice at Osh Gosh but Wendy pulled all the strings she could to get me that second dream dress. Alterations were then done by their amazing seamstress. We also purchased my sister’s bridesmaid dress, shoes and bag from Osh Gosh and again, alterations made by their seamstress. Highly recommended. Prom dress shopping was an absolute pleasure and a huge success. Fantastic range of dresses and really listened to what my daughter was after as well as finding some alternatives to test the water which was actually what she went with in the end as totally fell in love with dress. This was the first wedding dress shop I went in, not believing I would find my perfect dress in the first shop I went to but I did. Everyone at Osh Gosh were amazing, supportive and made for a fantastic experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Was let down last minute for alterations on a pair of trousers to be worn at a wedding the next day. Called Osh Gosh on a whim and within 5 minutes Sue had booked me in with Jane the seamstress. Arrived at 10:30 for a fitting and by 13:30 the trousers were ready for collection. Absolutely brilliant service and can’t thank them enough. Will recommend to everyone who asks re alterations. Thank you again, life savers! 10/10!

Lovely shop with friendly staff. Couldn’t have been kinder whilst choosing my wedding dress, an awful experience in another shop had made me very worried and self conscious about going through the process but I was put at ease and got a beautiful dress that I couldn’t be happier with! The alterations were done quickly and exactly how I wanted them. Would definitely recommend.
