I have had many Covid PCR tests with various companies as I work overseas. This was by far the best experience. The test was quick with no waiting, the results came back promptly the next day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. With every other provider I have had problems with late results, queues, and lack of a proper invoice to claim back expenses. All of them had nonexistent customer service and would not answer the phone, but Taffs are easily contactable and helpful, and provided an invoice immediately. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We booked a last minute PCR test with Taff's Pharmacy. The staff were lovely and patient with all our questions! Taff was great and called us directly as soon as our tests came through. Really appreciate the service provided. Definitely recommend.

Always a great service. Docs aren't the best with my repeats but the staff here always are on point and get it sorted. Friendly group of people even the delivery man is a top bloke. Im having to get a flu jab every year with most id have to ring and check if they have any stock. Taffs pharmacy rang me and booked me in at my convenience.

I have to admit its the best I've ever been too, really looked after me. Taff was great and really went above and beyond. Will be my regular spot going forward!

I needed soluble prescription medication urgently for a cancer patient who was unable to swallow. All other chemists were not interested of the urgency and were saying it will take us a few days. The chemist here said let me check what we have, I know we do not have all today, but can get the remainder tomorrow. Excellent customer service, I felt like they really tried to help and fulfilled most of the prescription requirements on the day and ordered the missing items for next day. I would highly recommend and thank you to the helpful chemist, your dedication was very much appreciated.
