I cannot fault the staff or cafe at Brigg Garden Centre But I think their product pricing needs looking at. I bought this bird table last weekend from the garden centre for £99.00 only to find my local Torne valley store sell them for £36.00 cheaper at £63.99 100% identical. I obviously tried to return the bird table to the garden centre with my reason for doing so.. Flat refusal for a refund but offered a credit note to spend in the garden centre?? So if anyone has a Torne valley close by or even further afield as a £36.00 saving out of £100 gets you quite abit of fuel to travel on. Again it's the garden centres policy on refunds that let it down Not the staff

I would like to thank all the beautiful staff and Mrs Santa and of course Santa him self ( the real Santa)you have made magic happen to one lovely family going through a terrible time and not looking forward to Christmas.. because their DAD had recently died.. and all faith had gone.. their daughter Shannon is 15 and has a mind of 5 year old.. but between Pixie and team.. we got to see Santa 🎅 🤶 and boy it was magical to witness and to see a family believe again was emotional to say the least .So thank you again these memories will last a life time ❤

**Review: Brigg Garden Center** Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brigg Garden Center, particularly renowned for its Christmas displays, is a destination I make a point to visit annually. This year's visit, while enjoyable, didn't quite capture the same magical essence I've come to expect, leading me to a four-star rating. The center's array of Christmas-themed items is undoubtedly impressive. From decorations to festive ornaments, the variety is vast, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking to deck out your home in traditional holiday decor or seeking something a bit more contemporary, Brigg Garden Center likely has something to catch your eye. However, this year's experience felt slightly less enchanting than usual. Perhaps it's the subtle changes in the display or the overall ambiance, but the magical spark that typically defines the holiday season at the center was somewhat subdued. Despite this, the visit was still a pleasant experience. The sheer volume and diversity of Christmas items make it a worthwhile destination for those looking to immerse themselves in holiday cheer. The staff continue to be helpful and friendly, contributing positively to the overall atmosphere. In conclusion, while this year's visit to Brigg Garden Center didn't quite hit the high note of previous years, it remains a commendable destination for anyone looking to indulge in the festive spirit. The vast selection of holiday items and the pleasant environment ensure it's still deserving of a strong four-star rating.

Visited here today. The car park was rammed which is always a good sign but not when you need to park, and to be honest it’s not a small car park. The staff are very very friendly and really helpful. The facility is clean and tidy. The cafe is massive and plenty of staff to deal with the size of the cafe. Big criticism is for £2.40 I want a mug of tea not a small cup. The selection of stock is vast as you would Expect. I did feel a little strange walking around in bright sunshine and heat listening to Christmas songs even more when inside the Christmas section. As much as I loved walking around here and exploring this Aladdin’s cave of everything home and garden I have to say… some of the pricing is ridiculous. A small box of liquorice in mainstream shops at £2 (£2.50 at a push) were £4.99!!! A TOTAL AND BLATANT RIP OFF. Overall I enjoyed my visit but only bought one thing because of the prices of things. A shame really.

Had a marvellous visit with two good friends for the Christmas decorations and displays. We bought presents and had a great look around. Lots of choice. We had a lovely lunch although the cafe was very busy, the staff worked very well to get people seated and served their food and drinks . Highly recommend this venue.

What a beautiful place to be! I quite rarely feel the magic of Christmas but Brigg garden centre knows how to pull up a Christmas display. Some of the layouts are extraordinary with different colour themes, sparkles, and the fragrance of clove & orange in the air brings back memories 🥰 a great place to be out with kids, family or friends. The food in the cafe was pleasant and plenty of space for the kids to play indoors and outdoors. Will definitely be back 🎄

We visited today for the toddler and baby meet Santa, and it was absolutely superb. Could not recommend higher. Such friendly elves and a brilliant Santa and so lovely to see Mrs Claus too! We spent a fortune going to Piglets to see Santa (£90!) and our Santa was nothing compared to today! £16 for our toddler, and our baby went free (and no charge for adults which we paid £25 each for at piglets!) we made crafts and reindeer food making, Teddy has a special chat to Santa, a photo and was given a lovely wooden gift! We then went to the soft play and again, lovely lovely staff. Thank you for a super day. Well done to all your hard workers!

A really great Santa experience for my three and a half year old. The garden centre itself is a bit of a labyrinth and it was very busy, but there's plenty to see and do while you're there.

We visited for the Santas Grotto. We came in a Sunday and it was very busy. Best to get there for opening time as by mid morning people struggled to park. However, this garden centre is outstanding. We managed to get a “walk-in” ticket for the Santa grotto at £19.95 per child (adults free) The staff go above and beyond to make the experience special. First meeting the elves and making a “magic” key and then Reindeer food. All the children (adults) then go into 1 room ( roughly 10/15 children). Santa has a list of all the names and each child is spoken to and told if they are on the “naughty or nice list” Each child gets a present and photos with Santa and mrs Claus. The whole experience is 40mins and worth every penny. Aside from the grotto, the garden centre is simply outstanding. They certainly go to town in Making it very festive. Queues for the cafe can appear long, but again get there early and you can easily get a table. we would 100% come back. We spent a total of 6 hours there and loved it!

The staff are friendly and helpful but the place is huge. It’s like an Aladdin’s cave that is bigger than a small town. You could probably visit daily for a week and still not see everything on offer. The “plant” sections seemed to be well maintained but seem to be aimed at those not on a budget! Wonderful place to visit and has a lovely cafe.

Huge garden centre with all sorts of plants, gardening accessories and tools. Loved the Christmas section, filled with gorgeous decorations in all different themes. Plenty of candles and gift ideas, along with furniture and homewear. Good range of pet products, along with fish and fish tanks. Also includes a large restaurant and other smaller stores, such as The Works. Dogs on leads are also allowed inside the store.

I love it here anyway - my most favourite garden centre. But especially when it's the run up to Christmas and the Christmas displays are up. It's magical! The cafe is lovely too - well priced food, drinks and snacks. Make sure to try the Rainbow Cake. Yummy 😋

My favourite place to visit at Christmas time especially. We bought my twins on their first birthday to play in the soft play and look at the Christmas lights. As always we had a lovely couple of hours. The staff in the cafe at the soft play area where very helpful in our dietary requirements for my twins allergies. We can't wait to return again.

A big garden centre selling a variety of items for inside and outside your house. They have an indoor play area for kids, at circa 6£ a child with a cafe within. There's even a travel agent within! Lots to look around. We visited as part of the Santa experience, which the kids really enjoyed. I'd definitely visit again. Loads of parking on site.

Love going here with the kids. There is so much to do, and now that they have an indoor play area for kids as well, it's even better. And loads of food, tea and cake at the restaurant. Always a good time when we go there. And for the men our there, make a stop at their bbq area, it will blow your mind. Some great kit!

Quite a good variety of items - plants and homeware. Particularly enjoy the selection of cakes and gifts available. The displays are rearranged frequently, so there's always something new to look at!

I never knew that any garden centre could be so large. It just goes on and on, and on. Restaurant / cafe was busy. Despite the weather it was cool. Coffee was very nice, cake was (we thought) far to generous portions!!! We struggled to finish, the slices were so large.

My family and I had a lovely time in Briggs garden centre, the restaurant is very nice with a good ambience. There is a very large range of plants, all for a good price. The children loved the play centre they now have. The magician there was brilliant with his magic show and circus skills workshop, we especially liked the plate spinning. I think his name was Magic Merlin. I hope he will be back again with his amazing model balloons.
