WOULD AVOID, DO NOT USE Asked about availability of a Kockney Koi 4000 filter, and told they have two Instock £250 The website clearly states £250 'FREE DELIVEEY' I then asked how long delivery would be, to which they replied "hang on, if you order it'll despatched from supplier and postage is extra £50 on top' I took photo proof of website stating £250 'FREE DELIVERY' which they then quickly changed and told me 'to go elsewhere' This is appalling for a company AVOID

Steve is such a genuinely nice guy, hes all about the hobby and the welfare of the fish, this is what the hobby should be about, being able to spend time talking to other hobbiests aswell as getting excellent products and fish, i really cant recommend this guy and his setup enough!

Fantastic guy. Hes just helped me get my pond up and running I'm new to it all and Steve guided me through the whole process. I will be going back to him in the near future to purchase my koi. Cracking selection of vivid coloured Koi, especially if you're looking for something smaller but still keeping quality. Competitively priced making it too easy to blow you're Wife's budget though :-) Pleasure dealing with you Steve.

Steve is a great guy. Made me a retro drain complete with pump.he knows his stuff and has some cracking fish!

I bought some of the most beautiful fish some water lilies and some food all top quality . Not to mention how helpful steve was. Full of knowledge and more than happy to help. He has an amazing setup also plenty of amazing fish and good products.I was so mesmerised with it all .I will definitely be going back.
