I visited Youngsters World for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of toys and baby products! I was able to purchase the latest toys for my niece as her Secret Santa present and for an independent retailer the pricing was extremely competitive. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience of shopping on the high street and it was even better knowing we were supporting a local family run firm. Thank you and we will see you again in the New Year ☺️

Not only were the goods in stock and the prices appealing for the two model railway engines I bought from you, but the package arrived within 36 hours of placing the order! Well wrapped and undamaged. The website was easy to use with a clear interface. Will definitely be using Youngster World again!

We heard about youngsters World from a fellow expectant couple and traveled from Norwich to Kings Lynn to go on their recommendation to look at pushchairs / travel systems. We were not disappointed! A lady called Kennedy walked us round and demonstrated how to use them as well as telling us their unique selling points - her knowledge was second to none! I can not recommend her enough or sing her praises high enough! I am sure all the employees are as helpful but Kennedy really did help us in making our decision, no request was too big. I would obviously highly recommend Youngsters world and Kennedy to anyone needing help with the mammoth task of choosing a a pushchair. Kennedy is a star!

We went to have a look at double prams on Saturday and was greeted by Maria. We have nowhere local to us so drove an hour and 20 minutes to do this. She was absolutely wonderful, took so much time and care to explain to us what was available, different features and show us around. We purchased our pram and car seat yesterday from Youngsters World, and what a great shop. My wife, visited shop prior to this visit, and she was really impressed. Staff where all super friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and more importantly not pushy fp the sale. We are big supporters of local businesses, and we would highly recommended Youngsters World to anyone.

Great shop! Staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable! will definitely return in the future. So important shops like this are still about so you can view products and not just buy online. We love our egg z stroller in Seagrass we bought a few weekends ago. Price was matched to same online too. Can’t fault the shop or buying experience :)

Visited youngsters world for the first time today as first time parents looking for travel bundle. Staff was so helpful, full of knowledge and support for what we were looking for. Beautiful show room with a big variety of different baby and child care items as well as toys. Will definitely be going back!

Great products, customer service and policies. Last year, I purchased our first pram (including carry cot, car seat and other accessories) we recieved a great demonstration, lots of information and help from Liz. It made pram shopping so much easier than I thought it would be. We returned at a later date for a carrier, and again was greeted by another friendly staff member who's name I have forgetten now, we had a great experience with no issues shopping here again. Today, I returned with family who was buying their first pram, dealt with another lovely staff member who confessed she was quite new to the job but she was equally as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as all of the other staff members we have dealt with here. I didn't get a name, but if you read this and this was you, you're doing great! I also bought our 2nd stroller (one we can take on holiday with us.) Liz again was here today, and was as lovely and friendly as always. They offer great, competitive prices, shopping at this small local business really does pay off in every way. Also, they're not at all pushy with their sales. They talk you through everything with no pressure, the decision to purchase is entirely up to you and for you to make in your own time. Credit to all of the wonderful staff, thank you for making shopping for baby bits so easy. I will be back again soon for our next stage car seat.

This is why high Street family run business is the way to go, we purchased all of our stuff for our new baby. The prices are competitive and quality items to suit all budgets. The best part is the service and staff, they just can’t do enough for you, their product knowledge is excellent, and if there are any issues they will do their best to sort them out, we went in today with a problem, which was nothing to do with product quality it was something that they were in no way obligated to sort out for us but after a conversation they were able to help. Keep this family run business where it should be , on the high street, because there is no way the chain stores would do what this store does. There just is no price on peace of mind. Thanks very much we will be back as our little one grows.

Visiting Youngsters World has been the best decison we've made so far. We booked a pram appointment which Kennedy took for us. She is so knowledgeable, very thorough and completely unbiased. She showed us what we (thought) we wanted to see first and then some alternatives based on how we'd reacted to the first prams. Turns out Kennedy knew exactly what we needed from a pram. We never once felt rushed (infact i was more worried we were running over our time!) there was absolutely no presure to finalise and buy on the day either. A huge pro to visisting the store was that Kennedy was able to create us a personalised bundle of pram and car seat. We didnt have to compromise on either eg. we could pick a different brand car seat to the pram. (for an brilliant price too!) We are SO happy with what we've chosen and feel incredibly lucky to have been able to have had such a personal experience.

Despite living in France I was able to easily communicate with the team to get a specific highchair ordered in (East Coast) as it was getting harder and harder to get in Norfolk. My Mum was able to pick it up about a fortnight before I arrived in the UK for a trip and I'm glad my husband and I found the time to pop into the store to buy a couple more items. Very friendly team!

After searching high and low for our pram which is out of stock EVERYWHERE till October and we are expecting in July. I saw a sponsored advert for youngsters world and thought its worth an ask. The person I spoke to was great and got back to me straight away , although it was out of stock we managed to purchase the shop floor pram. We are absolutely delighted with it. And they were true to their word. It was delivered without seeing it and it’s perfect!! Thank you so much

Went there today to view a Cosatto Stroller. Amazing customer service, spent a lot of time with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted as the wife can be hard to please!! Really well stocked shop and pleasant knowledgeable staff. Well worth travelling from Norwich. + we got lots of Christmas toys for little bundle of joy ready for Santa...

Pram shopping with Mother to be. Parked in Vancouver Quarter a short walk to Youngsters World. Large selection of prams, car seats, push chairs, cots everything you need . Lots to see with room to trial the pushing and mobility of prams. There's bedding and baby clothes also. Staff were well qualified in demonstrating all the features of the fitting, dismantling and qualities of all on display. Reasonably priced. We'll worth a visit. Good selection of toys too.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We had travelled nearly 2 hrs to the store so had booked appointment to look at Cosatto pram bundle. A good job we visited the store and didn’t purchase online as we bought a different Cosatto pram! You definitely need to see before buying and the very helpful member of staff spent time with us showing us how it all worked, car seat base for car etc too. We ended up buying the pram bundle plus highchair (not planned), crib and more!! Will definitely recommend anyone looking at baby items to visit. Im sure we will be back even though it is a long way from home. A very big thank you!

Visited this shop on recommendation of a friend for a pram for first baby. Their customer service is second to none, highly knowledgeable, adaptable to customer requirements and not pushy. Felt so much better after visiting and looking forwards to our purchase arriving. Won't be going anywhere else for baby items!
