😠 After being issued with a parking fine due to partly obscured pay and display ticket, I have had to pay a hugely disproportionate fine to a nasty enforcement agency, who have been sending letters to an incorrect address. Threats of them coming to take my possessions if I do not pay them £159 today o... People often mention parking, people,

Was a nice place to work until the cockrouch Dean Hazel came back making the place a nightmare..him and foul mouth Sam brown just don't help people and just turn people away with a phone number. I was the only one to help all ages especially the elderly who don't use card. It's easy I talk to main desk and sorted but these 2 scumbags don't care and won't go the extra mile to help. Also one of the staff stands up for their behaviour getting me pushed out and sacked as I would not accept a foul mouth shouting at me,so Sally the council worker in dwp isn't to be trusted.. rest of staff are brilliant, such a shame.i just hope the security staff lose the contract as they need MOre professionalism there,at the moment bunch of out of touch muppets.

Visited hunstanton today 14th July and was devastated to see you were charging six pounds for disabled parking which as disabled driver I found it disgusting as where I come from leicester you get 3 hours free parking. I think disabled people should get free parking so I hope you would look at this in future many thanks

After being issued with a parking fine due to partly obscured pay and display ticket, I have had to pay a hugely disproportionate fine to a nasty enforcement agency, who have been sending letters to an incorrect address. Threats of them coming to take my possessions if I do not pay them £159 today or an increase of £235 tomorrow. Although I will admit responsibility for not challenging the notice sooner (I've never had a parking ticket before, didn't realise how seriously it would be taken with it being a huge out of town car park on a quiet rainy day), how on earth this level of escalation can be deemed fair or legal for the 'crime' in question? This kind of robbery and intimidation of well-meaning people is absolutely shameful.

Great to see King's Lynn & West Norfolk council actually trying their hardest to improve the road surfaces especially on the bus routes. Councillors are in touch with what the public want and actively help in achieving their aims.

9 weeks after moving out no refund when you phone up they tell you that you will get the credit shortly. I would advise everyone who is moving not to pay your last installment then the council will do something about the terrible customer service

Since the beginning of the year i have paid £136.80p on parking while visiting Kings Lynn to undertake charitable work. I have tried to get a permit, spoke to many many different people, departments and even the new mayor and what do i get for my perseverance....and parking fine while dropping off items at the charity shop. Left a note in the car window and was maybe 5 mins, that's it. Well thank you Lynn council, You are the most obstructive, unhelpful bunch i have ever came across. Not surprised really as when i mention the bureaucracy and red tape that is placed in front of me to the mayor, what did i get back from the said mayor (former local councillor), '' well you need bureaucracy and red tape''. Well i don't need actually!! i need to undertake my work elsewhere without the total lack of common sense.

Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk parking . Had to contact their customer service due to query over all day parking via email. The customer service was excellent. Resolved query. Emails were responded to within minutes. Again excellent customer service.

On my visit to the bus station this morning I was disgusted to see the following……dog mess at the stand And so to be caught to by pigeons too….. where I was subjected to pigeons poop on the seats, but also on my coat whilst stood waiting. It’s such a shame as I’m not a daily user of the services to see that this is my first impression and that of visitors to the area too….. Not got Kings Lynn, not good….

I've never had any problems with them. They are always helpful and polite

It has been demonstrated that behaviours of this Council when questioned lack impartial review. Certain Councillors appear to be satisfied to place Officer instruction before their Code of Conduct. Policies are not always adhered to. This is a recipe for dictatorship and is a threat to the democratic process for the people of West Norfolk.

Fly tipping team - second to none! They are a credit to the Council and as a team serve the public above and beyond.

Money grabbers, their rules on parking conflict with that of a different Council's stipulations. If you get a ticket, challenge them! They are apparently "Not expected to take close up photos of the vehicles interior". Yet in their supporting evidence, they take photos of all aspects of the vehicle to suit their cause. Sickening really, I wonder how many elderly people they have mugged off and demanded money from for incorrect displaying of a ticket!

Parking via ParkingOps APP: APP is very poor and "hangs during" processing payment. £25 fine for parking at the Corn Exchange for dropping my children off to perform in this years pantomime. This is a Council owned facility, yet supporting the people who are keeping it going is non-existent....
