Nicest most patient woman in the world. Soothed my nerves and helped me find a dress I didn't even know I wanted.

The 2 ladies were lovely! Really made me feel comfortable and at ease, shop was well laid out, and such a good choice of dresses!! They were really helpful, and made an excellent job of clipping the dresses to me so I could really imagine what I’d look like even in the larger sizes. You felt very comfortable with them, not pushed, no pressure. I didn’t end up buying my dress here as I found “the one” somewhere else, but I wish these ladies stocked the dress iv purchased, as the experience and the ease they made me feel really was excellent. Highly recommend checking them out.

Excellent gowns and fabulous service.Really knowledgeable and attentive staff who make this a unique and wonderful experience for the bride. They have everything from top to toe plus accessories and lots of lovely ideas. A great alteration service if it's necessary.

Alison and hear team were amazing and helped me find my dream dress! I was a bit nervous at first as i had had a bad experience with another bridal shop but i was instantly put at ease and made to feel very welcome and comfortable, i tried on quite a few dresses in all different shapes and styles and luckily found "the one". My husband, groomsmen & my father also purchased their suits from here, they were all really impressed with the wide selection of suits, shirts, ties and other accessories available in the shop! I would most definitely recommend A Family Affair to any of my friends and family looking for wedding attire!
