Friendly welcome from both staff members on the shop floor. Asked if we needed anything without being pushy. When I did have a question the lady was so helpful! What I wanted they didn't have in store, so she showed me on the big tablet and helped me to purchase it. Not to mention that when it came (on-time I might add!) the item was beautiful! Great quality. I wish I had caught her name. She did have lovely nails, with red around the tips! If this gets to her then thank you! :-)

The female store manager working today was extremely rude. Customers service zero.

Fantastic quality of clothes, the service is great! I felt very welcomed and not too pressured to buy anything. Helen was brilliant on Menswear, so friendly and she was very helpful when I wanted a new leather jacket and some t shirts. I will definitely be coming back again to purchase more clothes and thank you Helen for giving me first class service!

I walked in to the shop because I was interested in one of the denim jacket. Distinctive colour with nice design. Never a big fan of denim jacket but wear it all the time now. Happy about my purchase. Bought a pair of skinny jeans too, finally got something that fits my body shape correctly. It will be a struggle if the skinny jeans you wear does not fit your own body shape. The staff of the shop were nice and friendly. I like the design and colour of AllSaints' denim products, so stylish and comfortable to wear. I genuinely hope that the stuff I bought will last long. Looking forward to buy another pair of jeans at AllSaints again. I gave 4 stars because it's a bit too pricy. And also too limited denim product options in the shop and internet.

Always had a good experience with the sales staff. I'm one of thoughs irritating customers that'll spend half an hour deciding between to items. The clothes aren't showy and wear really well.

Paid for an item that we never got. Then they refused to give us the item we paid for. £60 gone/stolen. No saints here ha. Edit: thank you for the unhelpful generic reply!!

Assume it was female manager who refused refund/ credit gift voucher for item needing to be returned but out of return period . Bad attitude and 0%customer service/ relation skills. I went in after contacting head office who gave extended return period. Must of been same manager as matched description and frosty attitude repeated no refund out of date bluntly. Ha ha!! I handed over email from head office. Credit gift card issued in silence by said Manager .your nice when we come to buy but hostile verging on rude if we come back. Suggest a course in customer relations or a job where you don’t mix with the dreaded public

Did some good clothes but they cost about £350.

Pretty good and trendy collection. However I felt prices of a few things were higher than they should be.
