    Amazing group of people who have the same goal as mine. Felt so motivated and energetic throughout the sessions, Thanks to Tom , Jack, Ollie and The new trainer who always motivates us to get our maximum. Lost almost 10 kg within the last 3 months. I am extremely happy with my results. Thanks TK fitness fam.

    I highly recommend this bootcamp! I reached over 6% body fat loss! The boot camp was fun and the variations on the exercises were brilliant. Always being able to move to the next level once an exercise becomes easy. It was so great to be in a big group of friendly people. The support given was exceptional. The recommendation’s for diet, in order to gain muscle, but lose weight have been life changing for me. As well as losing weight, I feel stronger, more toned and more confident. Thank you for all your help!

    For me, the last 6 weeks of joining the fit camp mean 6kg less to struggle with🦵 SHORT VERSION I recommend this fit camp, I've lost 6 kg in 6 weeks following Tom's advice. All the people joining it are just amazing 👌. FOR REAL READERS: I've already gone to the fit camp for 6 weeks and now I've enrolled for the whole year 🙌💪. My first-day experience was a mess 🤦🏼‍♀️. I was in really bad shape and I have to admit that it was hard 🥵 (at least for someone that wasn't doing any exercise like me), BUT Tom was giving me the advice to take it easy. He also said that my body needs to get used to exercising in the morning 🤔. Yep, he was right. Now I can finish almost all the exercises and I've noticed a lot of progress in my resistance as well as in the way I'm doing the exercises 🥳. I'm pretty happy with that 😅. If you're thinking to join us you should also probably know that no one would make the exercises for you 🤷🏼‍♀️ (neither the food decisions after the workout), it's all on you, but the good thing about the fit camps is that we are all in this together and we support each other a lot. During these 6 weeks, I've lost 6 kg 🎉🎊. I've had a lot of advice from Tom and the team about how to make the exercises, how to improve, how to have better exercise techniques, food, and a lot more. We also have lots of workouts just with our bodies and definitely, those are my favorite ones 🥰. I recommend you this camp if you have a clear objective 🎯 and if you want to be better (in so many ways). See you there!

    Before joining TK I felt achy, lethargic and my mood was low a lot of the time. I joined the 6 week challenge 6 months ago and haven't looked back. I've stuck with it because I feel better than I ever have before. Tom and the team are fantastic. If you give them your best effort, they will get you results.

    I've been doing Tom's workouts since 2021 and I absolutely love it! No more endless cardio or boring weights at the gym, instead it's a variety of HIIT style sessions which challenge me every week to lift heavier and push harder. I also really value the accountability - if I miss a session or has a question, Tom always chases me up, checks in and helps keep me on track. If you are looking for a workout regimen that gets you results, is fun to do and which has a good number of sessions each week that you can fit into your schedule, then you can't get any better than this!

    I am so pleased that I joined the boot camp. The atmosphere and the people are fab and I am very well looked after by the trainers especially Tom. I have already learned so much about how to eat healthy and gain muscle and loose weight which are all so important for me. How about you guys? Start now with us. We are already doing this. Yessss!!!

    When I first met Tom, I told him that the key missing ingredient in my quest for a healthy and fit lifestyle was accountability. He gave me what I now realise was a knowing smile and assured me that my commitment would be rewarded with a lot of accountability. He was so right! I have lost 7.5kg (and counting), gained back a whole lot of fitness and strength and have loved the experience. The advice, guidance, coaching, encouragement and most of all, the accountability has encouraged me to make this my way of life.

    The Feel Fit Bootcamp at TK Total Fitness: A Life-Changing Experience! I recently finished Feel Fit Bootcamp/TK Total Fitness' 6-week fitness boot camp programme, and I couldn't be happier with the results. During this programme, I managed to lose an impressive 8.2 KG. I also developed a new outlook on health and fitness and couldn't be happier with the results. Whilst it was a challenge to get over the initial hurdle of committing to a programme after years of being out of sync, I knew entering the programme would be the beginning of a transformational journey the minute I did. The environment at TK Total Fitness is very inspiring and motivating. Tom and the rest of the trainers are not only skilled and experienced but also genuinely kind and committed to assisting each member in achieving their individual fitness objectives – this is demonstrated by the regular 1/1 catch-ups and the ability to reach out via email whenever further help is needed. One of the program's standout features was the structure, accountability and variety of workouts offered by Tom and the team. Each session was meticulously planned to challenge different muscle groups, ensuring a comprehensive fitness experience. Whether it was high-intensity interval training, strength and conditioning, or engaging group challenges, every class pushed me beyond my limits. The trainer's enthusiasm for fitness was evident in their guidance and encouragement. The program also provided invaluable nutritional guidance including the importance of being in a calorie deficient, increasing protein intake and further information on macro-nutrients. Learning about proper nutrition and making healthier dietary choices played a pivotal role in my weight loss journey.     The initial 6 weeks is over and feeling extremely motivated to keep the journey going!! Tom and the rest of the trainers are very motivating and supportive. Not gonna lie, the 1st few sessions were hard but after that got into a routine. The nutrition and help that go with it is easy to follow and actually enjoyable! Results based training?? Well this is the place to be!! Highly recommended!

    The six week transformation course gave me the motivation, confidence and ability to train at my own pace. I was very new to exercising and calorie deficits but tk fitness was very helpful and accommodating. Completing this course was definitely a good decision and starting point into fitness. Tom shows compassion and helps drive you to where you want to be. Would highly recommend.

    Most positive step I have taken this year has got to be joining TK Total - Results Based Training Cambridge - Bodyshape Health Fitness. I joined on a 'whim' in September & nearly didn't see it through if I'm honest. Then I thought perhaps I'd join & just do the '6 week challenge' - but what I didn't account for was how good I would be feeling after the 6 weeks & I thought what was the point in going through that challenge only to stop & revert back to my 'unfit' self? Seemed a total waste of effort! So I have carried on & I am feeling the fittest & strongest I have felt since before my leg operations in my early 20s! 😃 Massive thank you to Tom Kynaston, Jack & Howard for all the awesome sessions every week that really make you work hard but in a fun & positive way. Not forgetting all the nutrition help & being there for advice whenever it's needed. I can’t rate them highly enough!! 😊

    I joined the 6-week programme after it popped up in my Instagram feed. I was already working out regularly but was carrying quite a bit of extra weight, particularly around the middle. I wanted to set myself the challenge of dropping approximately 1.5kg per week to see if I could get in tip top shape. The results have been amazing. I have lost 10kg and am in the best shape I have ever been in my life (at 46). The programme is a comprehensive blend of exercise and nutrition. Tom, who runs the programme is incredibly supportive in keeping you on track of your goals and helping out with any questions. It’s an amazing programme, if you want to get in the best shape of your life, or just lose some kg and feel better, go for it, you will not be sorry!

    If you want to include resistance training in your life like I did, I would highly recommend joining. Tom is such a dedicated, professional and caring person and I feel fully supported by him. He knows everyone by name and always gets back to any question or issue you may have. The people are amazing and it is not an intimidating environment at all. I feel so much stronger and fitter and I love the way it fits in with family life and is all planned out for me. The workouts change regularly so every area of the body is targeted… go for it! 💪🏼

    My 6 week challenge has "finished" (not really as it's a long term change in life style) and I'm very happy with my results!💪 It's not just about the weight lost (5kg aprox) but about how good I'm feeling every time I go to class and after. I've done exercise before in the past but I have never really implemented it as part as my daily routine as I'm doing now. I'm feeling like instead of making an effort to exercise, I'm just doing it because I enjoy it and it makes me feel better, which is great!😊 I have two young babies that keep me busy during the day (and night 🥴), and making the effort to exercise and eat well is actually helping me to have more energy to look after them. I'm really glad I took the decision to join in despite of "being too busy with the kids".

    When I started the programme, I wanted a programme that would help me restart my fitness journey after a long stint off, and TK Total Fitness was just that. I took part in the 6-week challenge which requires an upfront payment of £300 and take part in at least 3 weekly sessions fit 6 weeks after an initial weigh-in (a simple "step on the scales and record yiur weight) and then once you manage to reduce your weight by 8kg (I believe fat percentage in the case of those who may find reducing weight out of reach), you arr either eligible fir a full refund or you can choose to continue training with TK Total Fitness on a 12- month contract at a reduced rate of £95/month (RRP &111/month I think). I wasn't able to pay the £300 up front but I was able to agree a payment plan before I started by paying in two installment before my first session, which I found very helpful. The sessions themselves were very fun and the instructors were very personable getting to know you during the sessions, so you felt like they had a keen interest on your progress and how you are feeling. The sessions are easy to book through the app and very much had a community vibe and had it been possible for me to continue I would have. My only issue was that TK Total Fitness don't do weekend classes so effectively I could only train on weekdays which was not ideal in terms of how i wanted to plan my evenings. Thankfully I was able to achieve the target weight reduction and I received my refund with little hassle. Thanks to Tom and the entire team for helping get back on track on my fitness journey!

    Defnitely one of the best lifestyle choices I have made in my life!! I started at 101.3kg and now im at 87.3kg I wanted to get in shape for my holiday and had about 4 months to do something about it and Tom has definitely helped me achieve that goal. 💪 thanks for the last few months it's been a blast and will be for a long time to come. Could not of done it without you and the groups support 👍

    I cannot thank Tom and his team enough for their support and encouragement in making me lose 7.2kg in over six weeks. At first I was a little nervous, but after a couple of weeks I've befriended those who are there, just like you, to lose weight and build muscle. The trainers I've had, Jack & Ollie are really engaging, always there to help you with each workout. 100% worth the time and money, I highly recommend it and I've signed up to stay on for a further 12 months. Beats going to the gym!

    I have been going to Tom's classes for nearly 3 years now. I initially joined because I wanted the knowledge and expertise of a trainer and to get inspiration of exercises to take back to the gym. But I am still there because I have never exercised so regularly for such a long period of time, as Tom is great at keeping you engaged and motivated. I really enjoy the classes and feel that Tom's knowledge has increased over the time I have been there. He really cares about you completing the exercises properly and not injuring yourself as well as pushing you to work hard (much better than other trainers I have experienced). I won't be leaving any time soon, so thanks Tom!
