Just popped in this morning looking for a bath bomb and Katie assisted me in store. Overall, the store was (as always) nice and clean, and all staff were lovely and approachable. Katie in particular was super helpful, and her product knowledge was great - she understood what types of ingredients were in each product, which was really handy. She was overall really lovely, attentive, and made my visit quick and easy! :-) Also, just to add.. she gave me the Lush card with the QR code which bought me straight to your google reviews. This was such a nice and easy touch, and makes it easy for customers to leave reviews, and I love that. Thanks!

Visited this week and had the best experience! Had amazing help from one of the staff members (so sorry can’t remember her name but began with an R) and she helped me with presents for my sister in law and also treated me too- thank you so much, made my day! Customer care at its finest!

Ty helped me the other day and was an amazing guide through the shop. They assisted me with hair care (Ty, I did the Hot hair mask and it was luscious!), and helped me pick out a few treats for myself. Every experience I’ve had in this store has been fab - the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the products are laid out beautifully and neatly, and I always leave with exactly what I need, and often a little pick me up that makes my day better. 🥰🥰

Popped into the shop at lunchtime today to get a Birthday present for my granddaughter who’s is 17 on Sunday. Molly was a great help in choosing a nice selection of gifts. Thank you so much

Had the honour of meeting lovely molly today! She was so sweet and kind, we had a conversation about the shower jellies as I’ve sadly been advised against baths due to pregnancy. She was so understanding and was advising me with amazing shower products still just as good as the bath bombs (which I did purchase). Molly made me feel so welcome and she deserves the best employee ever award!

I was helped by Jen to choose a face mask which were suitable for my skin - she suggested a few and explained their benefits. She was super patient answering my questions and overall just lovely! JT was also lovely at checkout and enabled me to leave a review for Jen when I mentioned how lovely the experience had been. I find that Lush can be a really overwhelming place, so I’m very thankful for the help today!

I love it here. So so much. I’ve been coming here for years! Back in the glitter bug days if that’s relevant to anyone. The products work incredibly well, I have sensitive skin and, even in my worst flare ups, there’s always something for me here. The store in Cambridge specifically has always had the best staff, I moved away for 8 years and on a visit back home the staff remembered me! I have had specific requests for perfumes they don’t stock and have had them ordered in for me (Furze if anyone is curious) and any time I go in with a specific thing in mind, they always know exactly what to suggest. I met Katie in the Cambridge store the other day and she was wonderful, she suggested a conditioner I wasn’t mad about because it wasn’t a heavily scented one that I’d usually go for but since using it, I’m realising it’s already worked wonders for my specific hair type! She also gave me samples of the others that will last me a while so that I could test the lasting effects of each. She was so lovely and incredibly patient while I asked just about every question and smelt just about everything in the store as well, even when it was busy! A credit to the store. Along with all the other staff there who are kind and hard working and just a great team of friendly people.

Fabulous service from Zoe a couple of days ago. I was in a quandary on how to fix my long hair and Zoe helped me negotiate all the products that would suit it alongside her experiences and doing her homework. I was more than impressed with her knowledge and her care in helping me find what I needed. As other reviewers have stated, it's wonderful to go to a place where the staff care about their customers and the products and genuinely want to give you the best advice and customer service. 10 out of 5! Popped in here to check for possible new products. Staff were friendly and helpful as they are in all lush stores. The scents in these stores are amazing. We always buy their shower gels. Definitely worth a visit.

I always thought it’s a kiddies shop as my daughters always spent their pocket money there when they were little. Chloe explained all the benefits of different cleansers and I was impressed with her knowledge and kindness and friendliness! I bought ultra something cleanser! It’s great! Thanx Chloe! I’ve struggled to use the technology to say great service! I shall just do it in person next time! All the Cambridge staff are lovely sweet and attentive! Love the store! Ta 😘 It’s the best Lush store I’ve been to!!

This was my first trip to Lush for ages and I was received very warmly by Chloe who spent time making some super recommendations for some soaps - trying to avoid the use of lots of plastic has been my aim for the year and this helped me on my way and I came away with some great smells! Visited Lush today for some advice and to pick up one of my favourite masks I use. Freya was so helpful in advising us for masks to use for certain types of skin, as well as showing us other products she loves and recommends. She was a breath of fresh air and super friendly and smily! She really made the experience a pleasure, we told her we were getting married in a couple of weeks and she really did go above and beyond to help us as well as letting us leave the store with a freebie for our wedding day, it really made our day. Thank you so much Lush and thank you Freya for being so lovely and amazing! :)

I went to the store to buy some shampoo and body wash and was assisted by the lovely Freya. Being a generally indecisive person she was very lovely and helpful in asking me a couple of questions and then guiding me to products I might enjoy. She even gave me two free samplers to try out which was super nice. 10/10 for the service and the products are great as well of course! I got a cinnamon and mint shampoo bar which smells divine and Freya gave me a free metal travel case for it which is super handy. I also got the mint body was and a free sampler of mint body conditioner. Freya really nailed it with the minty theme!

Went to browse for a face cream to address my face skin concerns. I was quickly approached by super friendly member of staff - Mia - who was really helpful with choosing the right product for my skin type. I was recommended a cream and a face mask, and was given samples which I thought was brilliant. I tried both products at home alongside my proper face cleaning/moisturising regime, and although face mask was not for me, the face cream turned out to be terrific. I am coming back to buy it.

One of the most intimidating parts of Lush is the choice selection and the employee bombardment to try a new hand cream. But this was my first time visiting the Cambridge Lush store and I was very happy with my experience. The employees were enthusiastic but not overwhelming to help you. I was helped by Katie - and after telling her my want to treat myself during a difficult time - she helped me settle on a couple items. She was a joy to converse with and she recommended Interstellar as a must-watch movie. Thank you Katie!!

I met Freya today! She was so kind helpful and professional! Her hair though sold me on the products! So lush! Thank you so much! My daughter loves her new spicy shampoo and conditioner!

The staff were approachable, friendly and happy to help. Zoe spent time talking to me about my skin and showing me how to use the products she suggested. I used them at home as directed and they are fabulous. My skin feels wonderful. Thank you!

Came in on a quiet weekday and staff were very helpful and approachable. One lady whose name I didn’t get scurried around finding all the items on my list saving me hunting, and till service from Katie was great. Lovely store and staff, with genuine rather than forced/going-through-the-motions attitudes.

Fab experience! The staff are incredibly helpful, inviting and patient. I went in to try some different shower gels, and they were really accommodating and helped me pick between loads of choice. I was so unsure what I might like, and Molly was very patient, letting me try each and seeing what I liked. Poppy also was fantastic as well, offering me another one I didn't try a sample to have at home and see if i like it. Both gave some great advice, and were so polite, professional and kind.

Sarah was super helpful today. I was having a girl's night and was buying some face masks for it but couldn't decide between two. Sarah described both and helped me pick one but also gave me samples of the other face mask which was lovely and I'm sure will go down a treat! ☺️ Lovely staff as always

I got served by the lovely Sarah to find some hair products on my birthday. She really went above and beyond to find the right products for me and my hair type, even getting a second opinion where necessary to make sure I was choosing the right products. Couldn’t fault her customer service. Made my first time trying lush products a great time, thank you Sarah. Will definitely be coming back.

Poppy was a huge help to me today! She hand selected beautiful options for me. She asked me a few simple questions about my preferences and allergies. Staff are super friendly. Everyone we interacted with made my daughter feel special and excited. They do lots of demonstrations and you can try out most of the products. The shop lay out is magical to my 6 year old. Very excited and happy to buy some unicorn poop. We always buy sparkly bath bombs and pleasantly surprised that after the bath there is not glitter everywhere.

Very enjoyable experience...Chloe was an absolute star and very perceptive to what I wanted. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed without making it too overwhelming and was warm and friendly. Will definitely be making my way back more often :)

Had the loveliest chat with Chloe this afternoon. She helped me find the exact cleanser routine for my skin and we had the best conversation. I always have a great customer experience at Lush but Chloe really made it extra special and memorable for me today.

Great stop if you’re in town and have kids with you. The staff are brilliant with the little ones! Last time we visited Molly really made our visit special - letting the children watch some bath bombs in action and even gave us some freebies.
