    I picked up an online order prior to going on holiday, it was given to me in a sealed envelope and not counted out as used to be the practice. I foolishly didn't check the amount prior to leaving for France and on arrival had been short changed to the tune of 105 euros. So far Eurochange customer services have declined my complaint stating that the tally within the branch that day added up, so I could not have received the incorrect amount, implying quite heavily that I have chosen to take time out of my holiday to register a false complaint. Horrendous organisation. Beware at all costs.

    It would be nice if they could count. One assistant (wearing thick lenses) made a mistake counting my 530 Zloty (she missed about 250 Zloty.) Then I was short changed by 50p. Otherwise OK.

    There was money missing in the sealed envelope I got. Good thing I checked early so they had to give me what was missing, otherwise I'm sure they'd have pocketed the difference...

    My partner wanted to buy gold there, they didn't even know suddenly what to do, then wanted to change some euros. It was basically an interrogation. She wanted to know how and where my partner got his own money by showing bank statements (he's got cash) where is he going to spend the money etc. Why does someone have to prove and provide any evidence if they want to change money?Ridiculous service, the cashier was being rude! We didn't have any issue in the post office though and they changed on a better rate.

    Super speedy service from Haritha, extremely pleasant. I really wouldn’t bother going anywhere else for currency exchange in Cambridge! You can always count on Eurochange to get it done fast!

    Avoid. Assistant made me wait 25 minutes to receive the currency I had already purchased online, in order to complete her break. Customer service, not.

    Make an order online and collect at branch. Online rate is better than post office gives you. I booked online and got what was promised on website.

    I would strongly suggest to check online values before coming to this exchanger. The rates are really poor when you have to sell currency. I lost almost 100GBP because I didn't checked others. Even their own website, is giving an exchange rate of 1.51 and I exchanged at 1.67. Feeling very let down. But lesson learnt!! I did showed them some online rates, but instead of advising me to go their website and sell currency, they started telling me that I will get a higher rate, only if I am dealing in millions!!

    Store not open at opening times listed on website meaning wasted journey & impossible to collect holiday money around working hours. Can't get through to them by phone to check if the store is open.

    POOR SERVICE COUNTER!!!!!!!!!!!! I went this Cambridge branch before I provide my valid ID and cash said want to transfer money to Asia country amount is 300 pounds only, counter asking me why u don't transfer by Bank ? Where this money from ?even i provide valid passport. Finally my 300pounds is not been accepted by counter to send money service , then I asked counter why happen u don't give me send? He don't know answer my question. Terrible counter service!! Is a MAN

    Very poor service. Waiting in a short queue of two with one attendant. He was sniffing and coughing constantly and wiping his sniffles with his hands. He was also on the phone for over 15min with customers waiting. When my turn came I asked him if he had a cold or COVID, and whether he tested, as I didn’t want him handling my money. He laughed and asked if I wanted to change my money or not. Very very poor! I told him I’d take my custom to someone else.
