When we booked the car in they couldn't specify a time. When we arrived they told us that they would do the work as soon as possible but it could be the afternoon before they could do it. We had driven from Stranraer 50 miles away, so we were killing time while it was ready, but within 90 minutes we got a phone call to say the work was done and the car was being washed. The service was excellent and far quicker than we were expected. Well done Park Renault!

Iv always had good service & support at Parks Ayr, this will now be my 5th purchase at this branch Steven has been my sales executive now for a couple of years & Dale before him. Steven listens to what i am looking for and the monthly cost and works hard to find me the best deals & options, hes not pushy & is straight talking which i like as i find being a girl sales men try to baffle you. He keeps in touch all the way through from enquiry to sale and then a check up, i even took my son into meet him as he was looking for advice on his car.

Purchased a second hand Jaguar from this garage and to say the customer service was exceptional is an understatement. I dealt with a separate finance company who put me in touch with the garage and proposed car. Craig was very helpful from the offset explaining everything about the car, what was available etc without the usual hard sale chat you get from garages (which always puts me off!). Communication was perfect with all calls and emails answered very quickly. Craig was always friendly and helpful in all correspondence and this eventually sealed the deal on the purchase. Adams help was also greatly appreciated as he spoke to my trade in repairs team to ensure a quick turn around for my current car repairs to enable the sale to go through. The car itself looks brand new and was such a good deal as I had shopped around looking similar models and specs. Pristine condition vehicle, smooth transaction, helpful and friendly staff, quick turn around, good prices - you can’t ask for more!

Absolutely loved our experience of buying a car with Scott. He was so patient (it was our first time buying a car in the UK) with all of our questions, walking us through each step.
