experience

multiple

store

phone
calls
still
come
away
without
the
what
we
wanted.
H2b
bought
his
wedding
suit
which
was
ordered
in
from
another
store
(no
issues
here),
measured
and
suit
sent
off
for
adjustments
was
told
we
would
be
called
to
say
it
was
back
in
store,
4
weeks
later
thought
we'd
pop
into
the
store
and
just
double
check
it
wasn't
back
yet
(were
told
max
of
2
weeks),
turns
out
suit
was
there
and
had
been
for
over
2
weeks
and
were
told
that
no
we
don't
call
you
to
tell
you
your
suit
is
back
(????
How
are
you
supposed
to
know
then
????)
.
Needed
a
tie
to
go
with
said
suit,
didn't
really
have
anything
in
store
that
we
liked,
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
order
in
the
tie
advertised
with
the
suit,
yes
no
problem
will
contact
a
store
and
let
you
know
if
we've
ordered
it
in..
a
week
goes
by
we
here
nothing
have
no
clue
if
tie
was
ordered
or
not,
multiple
calls
to
the
store
no
one
really
seemed
to
know
anything
about
this
order
of
the
tie
despite
the
manager
of
the
store
printing
the
product
page
from
the
website
and
putting
it
in
their
red
file
when
we
asked
about
ordering
in.
Weeks
and
weeks
have
gone
by
multiple
times
been
told
yes
tie
is
on
order,
delayed
due
to
Royal
mail
strikes,
nope
we
don't
have
any
tie
on
order
for
you
we'll
try
and
get
you
one
in...
constant
contradicting
messages
despite
speaking
with
multiple
managers
still
no
closer
to
getting
said
tie
and
wedding
is
now
8
days
away
and
having
to
look
at
other
options
completely
give
up
with
slaters,
zero
faith
in
them
and
extremely
poor
communication
from
everyone
we
have
dealt
woth
(4+
members
of
staff
have
been
involved
at
various
points
over
2
months)
