Thank you for looking after me today. As this is the first time I was recalled after a screening I was understandably nervous but you were all kind and caring and I was relieved after further tests etc. that everything turned out alright. Thank you again to all at the centre in Swansea.

A fantastic service after just five days of having my first mammogram I was recalled back for further tests . After further tests yesterday an appointment was made for me to return to discuss the histology report that is expected back by Tuesday next week . A faultless service here in swansea. Sincere thanks to the team at Breast Test Wales Swansea for their care and support.

Nobody wants to have a recall following a mammogram and end up here. All I can say is that every single staff member here is caring, kind and understanding and they really do reduce the fear in every way they can, given the circumstances. I had no long waits to move between various rooms and staff for several procedures and was even given a cup of coffee. Our NHS at its best

The NHS at its absolute best! Re called after a routine mammogram, had more mammograms, ultrasound, examination and biopsies. After only 2 days I was called with results and unfortunately needed more tests before diagnosis. 2 weeks later had the vacuum biopsy and received the all clear a week later! All the staff are exceptionally kind, caring and professional. This unit runs quickly and smoothly moving from one room to another for different tests, a very well oiled machine. Thank you for your wonderful care and in the nicest of way’s, really hope I don’t see you again. Fantastic unit!

My first recall - no-one knows the fear in your head, but what highly professional and caring people work here. I applaud the care you give and the work you do - I don't think I've ever said my birth date so many times as in the hour I was with you! A huge thank you to the whole team 💕

As others have said no one wants to get a letter asking you to go for further tests, but, after my 1st mammogram, the pictures flagged up something that turned out to be just me! The staff put you at ease offer tea, coffee or water and have you out of there as quickly as possible whilst still being thorough. Credit to NHS Wales 👍👍

All staff were so friendly and reassuring, reducing any anxiety straight away, excellent service.

They were very friendly and nice here. I was a little bit nervous, but they made you feel comfortable here. It all went well.

No parking and difficult access if you are not fully mobile. No wheelchair access. Building not really suitable for purpose. No comfortable seating and not much space in waiting area. Lovely staff and good treatment.

this clinic is much nicer and smaller than going into a hospital the staff are amazing and put you at ease straight away easiest and cheapest place to park is train station 5 minute walk

Went straight in no que at all, the lady that was undergoing my mammogram was lovely. I preferred going here instead of singleton

Had to have a vacuum biopsy today. The nurses were fantastic very kind and caring as I was worried about the procedure. But i didnt have too. Everything went well. I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone. You do an amazing job x

Fantastic kind and professional staff, turn a slightly embarrassing uncomfortable procedure, into a calm relaxed caring gentle and at all times respectful experience. I was terrified, Rachel & Jenny were brilliant, fast and efficient. Thanks & bless you.
