He sells fish but also sells snakes, tarantulas and birds the condition the snake was in when we got her was not brilliant wasn't awful but could of been better for transportation she was not put in a hessian bag she was put in a plastic garden rubble bag she had some scale rub the tarantula and the snake had been power fed so we had to put them on the correct size food when we got them home. On the plus size he has a gorgeous dog but he's very under weight.

The shop is well stocked and welcoming, it was a lovely opportunity to see lots of interesting reptiles and birds, my son enjoyed our visit especially, the owner could not have been more helpful will be buying all our supplies from here from now on. Definitely 5*

They love and care for their exotics and aquatics, they make sure you are right for the animal you want, they go above and beyond from purchasing to after care, no questions are silly and will explain it and help as much as you need, and don't be scared of the loose dogs, they are so friendly , make sure to give them a fuss, I went with my daughter in law and I don't have exotics but even questions I asked they answered with no problem, keep up the amazing love and care to those beautiful animals you have and give the GS a fuss from me,

God awful store. I have kept reptiles and fish for over ten years now and I have never stepped foot into a store so badly managed and kept. All I can say was the animals are kept in tanks and vivs that are not kept clean, animals housed incorrectly and with species they shouldn’t be with or when a solitary animal is forced to be kept with another animal with risk of death, fights and general anxiety just because there’s not enough space to house separately and incorrect housing temps etc. the owner was rude as well, just so obnoxious. Never go, just please go somewhere else for your animals or food etc. order online if you have no way to get to another place.

Excellent shop with very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff we've been going here for about a year and would highly recommend it.

Always friendly and fun place to visit the staff are great they know their stuff lots of lovely animals to see a stock most things that we need usually reptilian and for the parrot 🦜 would highly recommend to anybody who needs stuff for the reptiles fish birds ect

Awesome little shop for aquatic needs, I spend most my money here when it comes to fish and water creatures! (They do have reptiles also!) I had my 3 turtles from there, with good after care and advice, all my tropical fish too. If there's ever an issue the chaps are keen to help, even if there's a death within the specified time frame they will provide another fish or perhaps a refund if you couldn't decide on a replacement They sell tanks, Viv's and plant light, food and cages for the birds they sell also Won't lie the parking is rather limited and being situated on a one way traffic side of a dual carriageway it's not the best for actually pulling into, but you wouldn't regret the visit one bit. It's sometimes nice to simply have a nose at the animals and a chat with the staff 🐢

World of aquatics is a great little shop you will be surprised how much variety they have on stock. Not just that but the expert advice from staff is amazing. I have purchased loads of stuff for my turtle setup from here. Also got a used but ready to go little fish tank and my fish here. Amazing friendly shop and staff

Excellent staff, service and quality of things to purchase.

Dean and Co, are very very experienced, & friendly. They don't judge (whether you are experienced yourself, or not). You will leave happier than when you walked in, for sure. I am not a fan of aquariums (was with my mother, buying fish food) - & fell in love with a pair of huge catfish. So will have to buy (or make) an aquarium for the ones I will be getting.
