An excellent experience. Dylan was thorough and charming. He did all the tests in a pleasant manner and made me quite at ease. The service was exemplary, giving all the necessary information and all my options in a courteous way. This made me feel valued and gave me confident they could provide a high class service. I would definitely recommend them.

Had excellent attention today for a consultation regarding cataracts. I was welcomed as soon as I entered and was seen by Paul Gray. I was treated very well and everything was explained to me in full. I was then seen by an ophthalmologist who again gave me first class attention. Any questions I had were answered and explained in full. Excellent service. Overall, this appointment was a relaxing and very pleasant experience, leading to an appointment made for the removal of cataracts. I recommend this company fully

My wife was in recently for a laser eye surgery consultation. Everybody was very kind and informative. We were with Dylan for most of the process and he was great. Very friendly and chatty and helped us through the whole process.

I found all members of staff to be lovely and very friendly. Being a student nurse working through a pandemic has been challenging and just the experience of going to get my eyes tested had such a positive impact on me. They staff were so friendly, assertive and also knowledgeable. Picking the frames was much easier when staff help you pick frames suitable for your prescription and to your own particular style of frame! I look forward to going back to pick my glasses up.

I recently visited the Dundee Branch and was very impressed with the service and prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they took the time to help me. I would highly recommend this optician to anyone looking for affordable and high-quality glasses.The prices were very reasonable. I was able to get two pairs of glasses for under £200, which is a great deal.

I'll start this review off by saying that this was my second attempt with Optical Express as first time round wasn't a very satifying experience (not Dundee). Moving on, the company had been recommended to me from a friend so I thought I'd give them a second chance as the feedback I'd received was very good. I don't normally give second chances but here I was booking an appointment. I was met by a young lad called Adam Stewart and after an inital chat about my needs and expectations he took me through all the eye tests that were required for lens replacement surgery. Adam carried himself in a very professional manner. Well dressed with polished shoes and politely spoken. His knowledge, advice and lack of pushy sales pitch led to me going away to have a think about things, after a few emails I have now booked in for my, hopefully life changing surgery. So far I'm very happy with the service and looking forward to the treatment. I will do another review after my operation has been carried out. Staff in Dundee were all very well welcoming and helpful.

This has been my first experience with Optical Express. I had laser treatment just over a week ago and I've got to say I've found them to be extremely professional and give them full marks. From Lynne and Graham at my initial consultation to the surgeon and staff and now the aftercare team. It's been excellent 👍

My Father was due to have a cataract replacement in July. Unfortunately he has became unwell therefore unable to attend. I would like to commend the staff in Dundee for their kindness and professionalism when I informed them.
