This is a great walk, very picturesque, well made path, lots of places to explore, just need to be careful, they are cliffs and so steep in places. Lots of coastal features, stack, arches, islands, birds, crashing waves etc. Big car park at start.

Such a beautiful area, well worth the trip. Stunning views, beautiful cliffs, and a lovely area to walk around. If you are feeling adventurous you can climb down some of the cliffs, can be steep at points but well worth the trip down to explore the rocks, having a dip in the sea

The cliffs are stunning, and make for an impressive sight no matter how far you go on the trail. A section of the path has been closed as well due to unstable cliffs, thus hindering some of the great views.

Stunning cliffs off the coast of Arbroath which offer beautiful views out towards the North Sea. The cliffs are easily within walking distance from the town centre, but there’s also plenty of parking at Victoria park right next to the cliffs. There’s a walking path along the cliffs and there’s also options to follow the path down the the beaches. Expect to see plenty of people out walking and climbing. You’ll also see lots of wildlife, especially birds!

One word "Beautiful". I can't rate or review a natural beauty like this. A place to relax and clear your mind from all outside things. Must recommended to everyone.

Stunning views, really peaceful and calm walk. Would be possible to take a wheelchair or buggy as the ground is decent and not much inclines. There is lots of little caves and adventures that you can go if feeling adventurous. Going off the path down the cliffs can be a bit daunting as some have really steep drops. Sea pool swimming possible if you make your way down to the bottom. Kayak cliffs tours are available and highly recommended. Massive park and parking at the start of the trial Overall well worth a visit if in arbroath you won't be disappointed

Stunning rocky shore area before the start of the Arbroath cliff walk. Victoria park is lovely for the dogs or a picnic with a view. Plenty of parking, coffee van, public toilets and space. Take a scramble across the rocky shore and see what you can find in the rock pools! I once found a rather large octopus out there and have seen dolphins leaping out there too!

I can honestly say these cliffs are one od the must see of the region. Full od beautiful views, some cliffs make home for these bread-liking, white, flying nightmares of Scotland. Be careful when climbing down some of the cliffs.

If you are ready to spend time for just a day in a pleasant and calm environment, this is the place you wanna go. A beautiful place to spend time on weekends. One side covered with green blanket(farming lands) and another by this cliffs. Public transport is available from Edinburgh/Glasgow/Dundee/Aberdeen. But prepare yourself to walk. And if you have kids please make sure they’re near to you, coz there are cliffs that directly leads to water.

Amazing! On my back door (when I lived in Scotland) and don't recall visiting - definitely worth it. You can make the experience as long or as short as you want.

Great walk that’s easy with not too many inclines and a good path. Some great places to get too for the more daring as well. Lovely views and plenty of places to stop to take them in.

A great cliffs walk with great views. From time to time you can find more secluded rocks to rest upon. If you come to Arbroath by train, take a bus to Auchmithie and walk back from there. You will not need to wait two or more hours if you miss your intented bus. 🤣 Bring food and water with you.

Nice place for walks around and enjoy the view of the cliffs. A bit dangerous for small children because there is no fences or any other safety but a lots of signs of marked danger

Beautiful walk. The path is uphill to begin with but once up on the Cliffs mostly flat. Great smooth pathway with plenty of places to stop and look out. Be careful in cold weather as wet paths can get ice on them.

A stunningly beautiful walk that is definitely worth experiencing. The cliffs themselves are breathtaking, with their rugged beauty and impressive height. However, it is important to note that the weather can change rapidly in this area, so it is advisable to pack warm clothes such as a sweatshirt in your backpack. The initial part of the walk is uphill, but once you reach the top of the cliffs, the path levels out and becomes mostly flat. This makes it a comfortable stroll with plenty of opportunities to pause and take in the incredible views. The pathway itself is smooth and well-maintained, further enhancing the overall experience. One thing to be cautious of, especially during colder weather, is that the wet paths can become icy. This may be a potential hazard, so it is important to exercise caution and wear appropriate footwear. Safety should always be a priority in outdoor activities.

So beautiful. There is are a number of great walks around there, signed well. We saw dolphins from the beach as well. The view is beautiful, I would recommend going on a nice sunny day even if it's cold it makes the sea view much more stunning. There are toilets there and there was also a good food truck to have a coffee and some grub.
