Absolutely fantastic shop ! Bought my alligator snapping turtle from them. Everything you could need in the shop, I have multiple different exotics so find it useful to be able to buy all live and frozen foods , substrate and decor . Really worth a visit as they have some amazing variety of exotics. Used to shop online but really been enjoying taking the time to go down . Will 100% use them again for any future pets and have now started to use them for supplies for my current exotics.

Have bought 2 pets from them now and been in several times for advice or supplies. Always excellent service, dont try and sell you useless items. Most recent purchase was a hognose. Has eaten from day one! And been handleable since I got him. It is a testament to how well the animals are treated before sale

The lovely ladies at the Zoo Centre took delivery of our snake from the Courier as they did not deliver to Aberdeen. Lovely shop, huge stock of live bugs at great prices. We will definitely be back down. Thank you again! 😊

Great place to get exotic Reptiles/inverts/amphibians. Very welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable both monika and Megan know their stuff and welcome any questions about husbandry towards exotics and will go above and beyond if they themselves are unsure of something. Great prices too

I was hear today with my wife and son and it was absolutely brilliant. The young lady behind the counter has an amazing amount of knowledge and was happy to answer all our questions. We didn't know a lot about our chosen pet so else left your shop full of all the knowledge we need and incredibly happy with your service. Your staff were polite, professional, helpful and probably the reason we will be back... much prefer local businesses rather than the big faceless companies.

Very nice staff and they are always open to your questions, I've gotten my three soon to be four tarantulas/jumping spiders from them and they are all doing great! and one of my tarantulas actually had their first molt with me a couple days ago :) great prices aswell, very fair. I'm actually going down today to get another jumping spider 😊

The knowledge the workers here have is unbelievable. The live food is top quality and the staff are so friendly and helpful. When shopping here make sure you have enough time because you will end up chatting to them for ages. I cannot recommend this place enough

After my last reptile died I didn't visit the shop but recently I got another. When I entered the shop it was like I had never been away. Friendly atmosphere, excellent range of live feeds and equipment. They also have an assortment of fascinating reptiles there.

Friendly staff and very helpful, we are now proud owners of toothless our bearded dragon.

Great wee shop, always tonnes of stock and keen, friendly advice from the ladies. Livestock all super well housed and very happy. Pineapple the bearded dragon likes to bow at me when I pop in which makes me unnecessarily happy.
