I love this store. Renovated. The store spreads over three floors. Includes a bath bomb area on the top floor, and florist on the ground floor with make up counters, and hair and skin products. Large sink so that everyone can wash their hands as they enter the store. They encourage recycling and zero plastic. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. Many vegan options. It’s a beautiful and well decorated store. The scents of the products are less overwhelmed than previously. Brace yourself for the huge bubblegum pink coloured displays which are based at the store front!

I've been to Lush stores in different cities in England and also different countries as well, but yesterday I met the most lovely and kind staff ever! and yes..! Her name is Shaqiera and I'm not surprised that I'm not the only one who compliments her. I recently moved to London from South Korea so I didn't know what skincare/makeup products to buy in England. I didn't even know Lush has makeup products since I've been only buying bathbombs and face masks. She recommended me awesome products that suit my skin and she also found the perfect foundation color for my skin. and she even gave me some useful tips how to apply foundation better using brush. I could easily tell she has a high depth of knowledge about the products and the brand. Also, she was patient and kind with my somewhat broken English, so I felt more comfortable asking questions about products. Although I find all the Lush staffs I've seen very kind and lovely, Shaqiera is hands down the best! I can't believe how much I felt welcome and pampered by her! :)

I’m from the US and had always dreamed of visiting this location. It was absolutely wonderful! The store itself is incredible, but I received the Tailor Made massage which literally saved my painfully sore legs and feet from so much walking for days all over London. The staff was so lovely and made it a special time. I highly recommend!

As the devoted spouse to a Lushie, I had to make the trek to the flagship store. I video called my wife in Canada while Trinity and Linda answered all our questions. They were the sweetest most amazing people. Make sure you find them when you get here. I picked up a bunch of the flagship and London exclusives. This store is incredible. 3 stories of everything Lush and then some. Flowers, coffee, a spa, what more could a person need.

Paradise for Lush fans! Multiple levels with exclusive products, color coordinated batch bombs, and even a cafe on the top floor. Friendly staff helped us try out options. Can’t wait to go back!

The place is cozy and clean. The atmosphere is chilling. All of the workers were super nice and helpful. Mawda is the best employee you can ever meet. She is hard -working, flexible with a bright smile. Glad to meet her. Not to mention that the place was really clean and the soap smell was everywhere.Not to mention that this is the biggest lush in London.

One of my fav brand. Huge fan. Ladies.. only flagship store carry make up range from Lush! Florist right at the front store. I was surprised by this huge flagship store with nice clean set up and the conveyor belt display of bath bombs at upper floor. U can also grab a coffee n rest your feet at a cozy section on upper floor. Do check out this place! They have spa retreat available at lower ground. Love their essential scents.

I had the Renaissance treatment and what a magical experience it was. My friends kindly gifted this to me for my birthday and so happy they did! My therapist was Satie, who did the most amazing job at teaching me about the meaning behind the Renaissance treatment as well as making me feel relaxed the whole time. You choose between hope, purpose, belonging and mastery - these all link with different emotions you’ve felt over the last 6 months. I chose Hope, and my fragrance and massage bar oil were matched to that for the treatment. If you are spiritual, this is definitely the one for you, affirmation were included at the start and finish. The massage itself was done so well, thank you so much Satie for allowing me to feel so present!

I had the pleasure of a delightful visit, thanks to Hannah's warm welcome. As I perused the hair products, Hannah was by my side, assisting me in selecting the perfect hair conditioner. Throughout our interaction, Hannah exuded kindness, warmth, and a wealth of knowledge. She even generously offered me some complimentary samples, which will undoubtedly aid in my decision for my next purchase. I look forward to returning and hope to be assisted by Hannah once more on my next visit :)

I was gifted a lush spa Fresh Facial last year and although it took a couple of months to get a booking for a Saturday, it felt worth it. The entire experience felt very personalised and calming. Shelby gave an incredible facial that was so nourishing for my complex sensitive skin, and she was considerate throughout so I felt very cared for and relaxed. I would highly recommend it and will be going back myself/ gifting other lush spa experiences to loved ones.

The moment you step in you're just greeted with soft and a sweet smell, bathbombs on one side, and a little section of flowers on the other. The staff was very helpful and cheerful, contagious smiling, felt very comfortable. The names on all the products are hilarious, some of the things are naturally pricey, but not the bathbombs, most are below £10 They've also gotten a merchandise section, pins, patches and tshirts. There's a tiny café upstairs, and perfumes downstairs.

I feel like a new woman! Lotty and Cal were absolutely amazing. My partner and I got the Good Hour, as a double treatment. Lotty got every little knot and niggle out of my back and neck, and took care every step of the way, checking in with me. Honestly couldn’t recommend more!

When I visited around mid-July, Sunny explained and recommended the product, and all the products recommended fit well depending on the skin type, so I was able to experience skin trouble improvement. It was also impressive that I was able to receive active services such as friendly response and shop tours. Thanks to Sunny, I was able to make good memories in London.

This was my first visit since the pandemic and I forgot what a great experience Lush Oxford Street is. It always feel calm and the staff have all the time to demonstrate the products. I was served by Katie who showed me all the new Barbie products and gave me some great demonstrations. I’m already regretting not buying more!

I've always loved Lush and now I don't know what I would do without some of its fragrances which have become the only ones I use. My last visit to Lush Oxford Street with my sister has been particularly special. We went to discover new products, especially perfumes of which we are such big fans and, well, we ended up trying all of them. We were so lucky to be attended by Georgia who was so knowledgeable, apart from super charismatic, and helped us decide which ones were closer to what we were looking for, as we were already giddy after such frenetic sniffing. After that, we went to the Spa department to browse new bath bombs and were incredibly lucky to be in the hands of Shaqiera whose enthusiasm, passion and knowledge of every product was second to none. While showing us some amazing products, she pampered us with the most soothing and gentle hand massage. She was so incredibly kind to give us samples of the products we liked the most. We left super excited and now we can't wait to go back for more!!!

Great layout of the store, so many exclusive items. Everyone was friendly, it was clear which section was which. Well worth a trip there. Just go end of the day if you are going for a day trip. As I had to carry everything around the rest of the day!!

The entire staff was so welcoming from the moment my friend & I entered the store. Rachel was especially kind & showed us around the entire store so we could see all the many products that are exclusive to England & the Oxford Circus location. We are from the USA & love the products back home but our selection of products is so much smaller. It was fun to see all the products that are available here. I highly recommend visiting this location so you can enjoy all 3 floors like we did!

Went there for a nice up of coffee with my friend. After a long walk we could sit down and enjoy our cup of ☕. Enjoyed the peace and fresh scent of lush bubble baths. I will definitely go back for a relaxing cup of coffee and the Lush products.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in retail. And what a stunning store! I loved every minute of being in here. highly recommended for a personalized shopping experience that always smells amazing!

This was the single most amazing Lush experience of my life! I have visited Lush stores in at least 7+ countries and Amira is by far the best employee I have ever encountered! She provided my friend and I with impeccable customer service and somehow we ended up buying double the products we intended to! Amira just has a natural gift with helping customers! She also showed us the Oxford Street exclusive items and I had to pick some up for my friends in North America and beyond! Needless to say, I will definitely have to pop in here again before I leave London!

I bought some bubble bars and bath bombs here. A staff-her name was kary- was so kind and she made my day. She explained many kinds of products. It was the best experience ever. We had so much fun so I became a big fan of lush.

Today I’ve had a magic experience at LUSH Oxford street. I just went to buy my favorite sleepy cream and body scrub and I ended up with other amazing stuff. Mariam and Marta provide me with very professional and knowledgeable service, they explained to me all the ingredients and take special care of me. I felt like I’m in heaven. These amazing ladies deserve to be named. And as a cherry on the top, I made own design at my sleepy cream. Love it, thank you.

I love the idea of a cafe inside what’s essentially a soap store. Firstly, let me tell you- it smells insanely good. The colours are so pleasant to look at. And after a long day of shopping, if you want to stop for a quick healthy drink, this is your place. I got a simple lemonade, which was delish. We also got the charcoal activated drink (w pepper and milk) which I wasn’t personally a big fan of, but looked very pretty!

Highly recommend the Synaesthesia treatment. Had a lovely relaxing time. My service provider, Valentina, was excellent! I won’t give away any details about the service, but, if you love LUSH, treat yourself to a spa treatment. You probably deserve it, I know I did!
