Visited the clinic for the first time today for my first ever session of Dermaplaning. Absolutely wonderful service. Lauren explained everything that would happen clearly & checked regularly to see if I was comfortable during the session. She explained in detail the aftercare once I returned home. My skin since my treatment is fabulous. It looks clear & fresh & has a wonderful glow to it. The clinic is a lovely environment, very clean & friendly staff.

Lauren and Chloe were very informative about laser hair removal treatment! I started this treatment prior to covid and when I had my first laser hair removal; both Chloe and Lauren were welcoming and lovely! Lauren took an interest in me and my life and made me feel super comfortable! They’re both amazing people who would make you feel comfortable with any sort of treatment you’re having. I’m 8 sessions in due to covid messing up treatment sessions but at this point I have little to no hair left under my underarm! This has been the best decision I’ve made as it’s lightened my underarm skin colour and my hairs aren’t thick anymore! I would definitely recommend this clinic and wouldn’t change it to anyone else!

I had a lovely experience at Norwich Face and Body Clinic, from start to finish. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and was constantly checked to see how I was doing. I was super nervous but Lauren was lovely and friendly at put me at ease. So nice I have booked to go back. Would highly recommend I have since been back for my first laser treatment and am so pleased. I can’t wait to have my second treatment and have asked my husband for vouchers for Christmas so I can see what else they offer. The best thing about this clinic is it’s very relaxed. I am normally quite anxious going to places like this but just didn’t feel that at all.

Lauren and Chloe are both lovely and very helpful. Chloe has been treating me for laser hair removal on my legs and not only is she a very friendly person who’s also very informative but I’ve had fantastic results from the treatment. Would highly recommend!

I have just finished my course of laser hair removal sessions and it was the best decision I have made for myself. Firstly and most important, all my hair has gone. I had such a great experience at the Norwich Face and Body Clinic. The employee that I had, Merry, was so so friendly and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the procedure in detail. It was such a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout!

Nurse Rebecca is the latest and greatest addition to The Norwich Face and Body Clinic along side Lovely Lauren, Chloe, Meicha and Dr.Sav. As always I was well taken care of and had a lovely experience and Rebecca ensured that I was well informed of the product being used as well as showing me it was sealed and fresh for my comfort. Step by step she explained the process of the treatment and how it would affect my skin going forward and always making sure I was at ease and comfortable at all times. She eased any discomfort from injections by soothing with breathing excercises and ensuring I was okay to move forward with each phase. As always I am blown away by the professionalism, precision and class this clinic conducts itself with but also with how lovely and kind each employee is. Rebecca is a go to and I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

I sent an email to the clinic to see whether laser treatment was suitable for someone I know who is too shy to ask for themselves. Lauren 'phoned me a few minutes later and even though this person is not currently suitable for treatment, the kindness and concern shown by Lauren was outstanding. She took the time to suggest what would be more beneficial at this stage and I was overwhelmed by the trouble she took. Lauren is clearly one of those rare people who really care and is prepared to go the extra mile to make a difference. Oh my goodness, yet another incredible treatment from the ladies at Norwich Face and Body Clinic. I have super sensitive skin and so was really aprehensive about dermaplanning, but I wanted to give it a go ahead of my wedding. The facial itself is so relaxing and my skin hasn't looked this good in ages! The ladies here always utterly meticulous at what they do, making sure they get every area and take their time (unlike other clinics where I've felt rushed). I've woken this morning with such soft and smooth skin, I can't believe the results! I cannot recommend this place enough. So glad we have such a high-end clinic here in Norwich.

Currently undergoing tattoo removal and I cannot recommend Lauren and her team enough. The treatment itself is working quickly. But the service from the ladies is what has encouraged me with continuing. Lauren is so friendly and reassuring. I have visited the clinic twice now, first for my initial consultation and more recently for my first treatment of laser hair removal. The clinic itself is wonderful - clean and modern but with so much character too. I was blown away by Lauren and her caring nature. During my initial consultation, Lauren took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly. I've been having laser hair removal here and my experience has been wonderful! All of the staff have been so kind and friendly and have done their best to make me comfortable. Lauren especially has been amazingly considerate and really made me feel at ease. This is a trans friendly space so if you're a transfem looking for laser treatments in Norwich I highly recommend.

I have had 7 sessions of laser hair removal for facial hair at Norwich Face and Body Clinic, and it has been a great experience. The information available on the website was really thorough, but I was still a little unsure until my initial session with Lauren. Lauren is so kind and cheerful, and really put me at ease. She explained everything again, and always asked me to contact the clinic if I had any worries afterwards. And now, no dark hair on my chin area, which really helps with self esteem! So, for anyone who is caught in two minds about trying laser hair removal, for me this was so worth the money! Thanks again to Lauren and NFBC, it was a really positive experience.

I have just completed my course of laser hair removal with Lauren and it’s been life changing! I started noticing a difference straight after the 1st session, my hairs were thinner and growing slower and after 7 sessions I hardly have any hair around my lip and my chin area, it’s even helped with my spots. Lauren and Chloe are super friendly and put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They both go above and beyond every step of the way and make the experience personal to you. It’s so lovely to walk through the door and be treated as a friend and not a customer. Enquiring about laser hair removal can sometimes feel really embarrassing but Lauren was so kind and informative. I have been having laser hair removal with Chloe and am three sessions in now, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results so far. I had my skin consultation at the Norwich Skin and Body Clinic with a lovely lady called Lauren. She went through everything with me and followed it all up with a really helpful email, so that I could refer back to everything we discussed. The place had a really nice, calm and relaxed atmosphere and I'm excited to have my first facial with them in a few weeks! :)
