A familiar Norwich figure, I hope she continues to get the support her business, both the shop and online, needs in these unusual times.

I love inanna's, I always find what I'm looking for and often things I didn't realise i needed. The stock is always changing so if your looking for a gift that's different or the essentials you will walk away a happy customer. The staff are so friendly, honest and very helpful.

Quaint, beautiful little shop. Popped into this lovely and inviting shop. The gentleman in the shop "Gareth" was extremely nice, happy , positive and helpful. Oh my, I visited this fabulous shop on Friday whilst on holiday in the area. A beautiful smell of incense wafting down the hill drew me towards the shop and I knew I was home as soon as I walked through the door. A friendly greeting from the endearing Gareth (my new bff I hasten to add) and so much patience, kindness and helpfulness ensued. Truly a wonderful place with literally something for everyone. And as for the atmosphere inside the shop, I truly have only felt this before visiting Stonehenge. Naomi, you have got this so right, please never stop doing what you are doing; it's fantastic. And Gareth, well what can I say, honestly felt like meeting family (including all the ancestry chatter!) Thank you for the laughs and your kindness. Visiting your magical place certainly made my week, if not my year. I will be back as soon as I am in the area again. Thank you.

The most fabulous and big (in atmosphere, stock, variety and joy!) little magick shop I have come across in years. It was the jewel in my whistle stop trip to Norwich. A big thanks to the wise and courteous shop keeper who allowed me to play the beautiful Tibetan singing bowl - his kindness still resonates. I'll hopefully be back very soon. I can't recommend this shop highly enough - pure magick 💫

Absolutely gorgeous business! Super friendly, talkative and welcoming staff who are always open for a chat. If you're a practitioner of the arcanes, need to top up on incense or just need somewhere to unwind, Inanna's is the place for you. I visit almost weekly, sometimes daily, not always to buy anything but to unwind after a long day's work and the staff are always willing to listen to what's going on, sometimes even give amazing advice. 110% worth visiting

Popped in at the weekend and although I didn't buy anything I wanted to comment on how lovely the store is and how excellent the service was. A lovely and personal greeting by the staff member which put a smile on my face. Thank you.

Went for a visit yesterday, walked past and just had to go in. Lovely selection, something for everyone. Staff member I spoke to was lovely and helpful. They also had a variety of LGBTQ and vegan items which I really appreciated. Definitely worth a visit, even kindly gave us some vegan chocolate.

All things mysterious & mystical - also a go-to for my partners' birthday cards. Fairies, stones and so much more... Always smells lovely in here too

This gorgeous little shop is like an Alladins Cave of loveliness. It has every thing magical ,spiritual and calming to choose from and lots more! Beautiful jewellery and unusual things as well as crystals, candles and essence sticks, tarot cards , fairy and folklore etc etc. So much choice of things. Staff were very friendly and couldn't fault the goods on offer ,service or the wonderful scents wafting inside this delightful little shop.

Visited on Christmas Eve and the service we received was brilliant, especially for such a busy time of the year. We were made to feel welcome and like nothing was too much trouble. Always a pleasure and found exactly what we wanted, thank you!

This magical shop is one of Norwich’s exceptional gems and we mustn’t take it for granted 💜

I find it hard to leave empty handed, a wonderful place for those interested in crystals and the spiritual. Great place for witchy gifts and the staff are friendly, helpful and kind.
