A real little gem of a place with three very well maintained lakes well stocked with some lovely fish big carp and cats as well as bream roach tench Rudd in stunning location and lots of wildlife around in tranquil setting also gypsy huts and chalets for those wishing to stay for longer hosts John and Tina are fantastic and very helpful highly recommended and well worth a visit

Brilliant fishery, tend to fish late autumn through to spring as full of silvers that feed in the harshest of weather. Will be getting s club match organised for 2022.

Well maintained fishery with a few different lakes to fish from. Site payments can be made by dropping an envelope through the mail slot of the main house on the site.

Very good fishery but cable going to water feature gets your hook caught on it so a few bits of list kit and the fish know we're to run so this happens. But very good head of fish and some big ones.

My son wanted to do a weekend for his 14th birthday at Toddington . I was nervous as I was not going with him . Unfortunately on the first night the weather was horrendous . He had quite an uncomfortable, scary night . The lady I spoke with when I booked ( sorry didn’t get the name ) was sooo lovely. I contacted her as I was so worried and she made sure that he was safe and comfortable for the rest of his stay . Really approachable and caring . He also caught a number of fish on his stay which made up for terrible weather . He will defo be back soon . Thanks again :) Rhea

Only fished twice but will definitely be back. 2 night sessions on bottom lake, last one 8 cats and 7 Carp in 24 hours. Biggest cat 20lb biggest Carp 16. Some big cats in there. Geese are a problem eating your bait on the bank, keep it covered up.

Usually fish the top lake good for silvers in the winter and a mixed bag all summer. Simple tactics work well waggler close in on pellet, maggot, or bread. Small feeder to the island works well but silvers clean you out fast but some very good carp to be caught. Fishery is kept well and only a tenner. Only problem for me is the ducks constantly dive in your swim and tangle in your line and if you loose feed it’s carnage. Apart from them it’s a great place to fish.
