First time visiting tonight and it was just amazing. Such a great vibe, the food was actually incredible - cocktails were banging! The food was delicious “finger licking” and the staff are super! So humble, and accommodating! Incredibly friendly and hospitable couldn’t asked for better service or customer care! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to all the foodies and shisha lovers. Thanks guys we had a blast!!

Lovely spacious lounge, music is always good as well and at a good volume, loud enough so no one can hear your convo and low enough so you can hear each other. This has become our regular spot. I love how everyone working here is friendly and doesn’t make you uncomfortable at all. Can order food from Murganos next door directly to the lounge. The lounge itself has amazing mojitos and desserts! The Shisha is also always on point, I’m slowly working my way through trying all the flavours, so far I’ve liked them all! My favourite has been Savacco Black Mamba

My reason for 5 stars is the atmosphere and service v friendly polite people to help you out the shesha is one of the best iv had and they do apna music !!! N u don’t really find that in luton and the seating is spacious so this is a place I would recommend.

Had a great experience, it was a DJ night monday. Staff was very friendly and prompt, went with group of 4. Plenty choices on sheesha flavour and regular topped up with fresh coals. Food was amazing and enjoyed Kaya special mocktail.

Great ambience with good music. The place is spacious and has a huge seating area which has individual heaters as well. The strawberry Mojito and baklava should be tried. Friendly staff that takes care of everything needed. One can also try their lamb or chicken wrap. The sheesha is great and affordable too.

Best shisha cafe ever, amazing customer service, heating system is really good. Super comfortable sofa. Usb cable Charging points, reasonable prices. Next door is murghano so best food just next door. Everything is perfect KAYA SHISHA LOUNGE.

Had an amazing time visiting Kaya Lounge. Staff were very friendly and service was great. I was recommended the famous after burner burger and gosh it tasted absolutely yummy. We had also ordered 3 Shista’s which all tasted full of flavour unlike most other place. Then to top it all of was the desi chai which was amazing. I recommend this to everyone to try

Very large spacious Shisha lounge. We went in a large group and the service was impeccable. Great Shisha with thick clouds and frequent coal changes. Very reasonably priced too. The flavour lasted for a long time. First time visiting and I would recommend it and I would go again.

Amazing Vibes, great food, and the smoothest shisha ever. Kaya Shisha Lounge definitely met my expectations and has become my frequent hangout spot. I like that they do not serve alcohol, so I can hang out clear headed. My mock beer tasted nice too, giving the beer vibes without the alcohol content.

Visited KAYA Shisha Lounge Today 🙂 Ambience was Perfect and lit 🔥🔥🔥 . Unfortunately was not happy with the food service in terms of Quantity and Quality. But overall Ambience is good for hangout 😍😍 Will visit once Shisha is Open 😃

Great chill out place, nice food and lovely stay members.

I never recommend food, it lacks the lowest levels of hygiene, and dealing was more than one thing. It seemed to be a place only for teenagers.

Amazing atmosphere, perfect shisha, great food and helpful staff. Much better experience since the last time I came.
