After being recommended Empire fine jewellers by a friend I decided to visit. I am soo glad I did. Josef was amazing and very knowledgeable about all aspects of fine jewellery. He was extremely helpful, with no hard sell. I bought a few pieces of jewellery from him and my daughter actually bought her engagement ring here. Very unusual design and beautiful diamonds. So glad he was recommended to me. I will return to this beautiful store.

Excellent service from start to finish at Empire Fine Jewellers in Wilmslow. From spotting a diamond bracelet in the window to finding out a little more about it from the very knowledgeable owner, Joseph, I was able to decide if this really was the one for me. Being given the information and then time to go away and make a decision really ensured that I was making an informed purchase that I was 100% happy with. The quality of the products on offer and service received really was first class. So much so that we’ve been back several times since!

We stopped at this beautiful Jewellers in Wilmslow as I wanted a larger diamond for my engagement ring. After an indepth explanation about how different cuts would look, I opted for a few carats more and was excited to see the end product using my original ring. I got a call the next day to say my ring was ready. I was delighted with my new diamond & heightened sides, my ring looked brand new 💎 I am beyond happy. The quality of service is outstanding! So much so that when I returned to Scotland I contacted Joseph re Diamond Earings I had seen. My son bought them for my 60th with Joseph posting them to Scotland. They arrived in a beautiful box and are simply stunning. Joseph and his staff are polite, courteous and truly care. I was not buying a Rolex but felt appreciated & valued for my purchase. Whether you spen a few hundred or thousands you get the same great service with no pressure to buy! This guy is an absolute gemstone himself! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

I saw the sign of fixing the jewellery when I was driving past. I popped into the shop and the gentleman gave me a warm welcome. I brought my ring which was missing a diamond and Joe put a new stone within two days! Also gave the ring good polish and it is shining again. We were introduced to Joseph who took the time to show us some rings, all exceptional quality, but not what I had in mind, so he suggested he could design and make the ring of my choice. I was completely blown away by the finished piece, it was outstanding, even better than I had planned. It has received lots of comments about its sparkle and plenty of admiration. So impressed that we then bought earrings for valentines day. The quality, price and of course the service throughout was impeccable and cannot be recommended highly enough, everything was 24 carat gold and of course Joseph is a pure diamond.

I have previously used Joseph to upgrade my engagement ring and was recently looking for an eternity ring. I took a photo of a design that I’d seen and within a week i had a bespoke made eternity ring to my exact design and specifications. I cannot thank Joseph enough for helping me give my beautiful fiancé the engagement ring of her dreams! We contacted Joseph early in the year based on a glowing recommendation from family, and my partner showed him the style of ring she was interested in. We had a few alterations that we wanted her perfect ring to have from ones we had seen in other stores, namely she wanted a Platinum band instead of white gold, and she also wanted the band to be a bit thicker to suit her hand better. Joseph was exceptionally helpful, and took great pride and pleasure in every communication with us to ensure she got the ring she deserved. Even when we had to delay the ring buying process due to my partner and I suddenly moving home which took priority, as soon as we were back in a position to start considering our engagement, Joseph picked up right where we left off. As you can see, the ring is of sublime quality and is absolutely beautiful. I was sent pictures of the ring by Joseph to ensure I was happy with it, and then it was posted as soon as I confirmed I was happy. It arrived the next day, packaged expertly with a tasteful and well presented box, and some polishing cloths.
