such
a
shame
i
have
to
rate
this
store/
warehouse
so
low
.
Having
experienced
the
perfect
5
star
service
from
the
New
Milton
store
i
was
expecting
the
same
.
Communacation
from
warehouse
zero
,
not
one
update
.
I
knew
the
timescale
and
knew
it
would
be
early
January
.I
went
back
to
the
New
Milton
store
to
see
if
they
had
heard
any
news
.Thet
said
it
had
arrived
in
the
depo
and
they
should
be
in
contact
soon
.
I
waited
a
few
days
still
nothing
so
i
returned
to
the
New
Milton
,
they
looked
online
and
gave
me
a
delivery
date
of
24th
Jan
.
That
means
12
days
my
2.5k
order
is
sitting
in
the
warehouse
collecting
dust
and
taking
floor
space
.
I
asked
if
it
could
be
any
sooner
but
they
said
no
.
Ok
i
thought
maybe
if
i
email
them
i
might
get
somewhere
.
Well
how
wrong
was
i
.
The
email
stated
we
have
kept
to
our
delivery
times
and
we
are
busy
but
if
you
would
like
to
contact
me
and
left
the
phone
number
but
no
name
of
contact
..
just
goes
to
show
how
unprofessinal
they
are
.
There
is
no
quality
control
in
the
warehouse
,
which
is
very
alarming
...
but
they
have
someone
to
come
out
and
inspect
the
goods
if
there
is
a
problem
.
Why
does
that
guy
not
check
the
stock
in
house
just
in
case
it
is
damaged
.
After
reading
a
few
reviews
i
feel
sorry
for
the
delivery
drivers
they
have
small
lorrys
that
can't
hold
much
.
They
have
to
unwrap
the
sofas
etc
and
check
them
,
but
if
they
are
faulty
they
won't
take
them
back
.
Before
you
reply
to
this
review
i
ran
a
warehouse
which
was
on
a
much
larger
scale
and
i
kept
all
my
customers
up
to
date
from
week
week
2
to
week
12
,
phoned
suppiler
for
updates
and
asked
for
a
confirmation
email
once
they
had
arranged
shipping
.
Then
we
would
contact
customer
to
say
all
being
well
we
can
deliver
on
these
dates
.
Then
yesterday
i
did
get
a
phone
call
and
was
told
my
delivery
would
be
between
12
and
2
.
They
never
checked
to
make
sure
they
had
the
correct
address
or
a
contact
number
just
in
case
there
was
a
delay
.
I
asked
if
the
driver
would
call
20
minutes
before
they
arrived
so
i
could
pop
home
and
let
them
in
.
Thankfully
that
happened
and
2
brilliant
guys
bought
the
gooods
in
and
unwrapped
the
sofas
and
fitted
the
legs
etc
.
Your
lucky
to
have
2
good
delivery
drivers
,
i
would
give
there
service
a
5
star
review
all
day
long
.
