This is such a shame i have to rate this store/ warehouse so low . Having experienced the perfect 5 star service from the New Milton store i was expecting the same . Communacation from warehouse zero , not one update . I knew the timescale and knew it would be early January .I went back to the New Milton store to see if they had heard any news .Thet said it had arrived in the depo and they should be in contact soon . I waited a few days still nothing so i returned to the New Milton , they looked online and gave me a delivery date of 24th Jan . That means 12 days my 2.5k order is sitting in the warehouse collecting dust and taking floor space . I asked if it could be any sooner but they said no . Ok i thought maybe if i email them i might get somewhere . Well how wrong was i . The email stated we have kept to our delivery times and we are busy but if you would like to contact me and left the phone number but no name of contact .. just goes to show how unprofessinal they are . There is no quality control in the warehouse , which is very alarming ... but they have someone to come out and inspect the goods if there is a problem . Why does that guy not check the stock in house just in case it is damaged . After reading a few reviews i feel sorry for the delivery drivers they have small lorrys that can't hold much . They have to unwrap the sofas etc and check them , but if they are faulty they won't take them back . Before you reply to this review i ran a warehouse which was on a much larger scale and i kept all my customers up to date from week week 2 to week 12 , phoned suppiler for updates and asked for a confirmation email once they had arranged shipping . Then we would contact customer to say all being well we can deliver on these dates . Then yesterday i did get a phone call and was told my delivery would be between 12 and 2 . They never checked to make sure they had the correct address or a contact number just in case there was a delay . I asked if the driver would call 20 minutes before they arrived so i could pop home and let them in . Thankfully that happened and 2 brilliant guys bought the gooods in and unwrapped the sofas and fitted the legs etc . Your lucky to have 2 good delivery drivers , i would give there service a 5 star review all day long .

They have a fantastic range of items for the home, ranging from beds, carpets, sofas, dining sets to pictures, ornaments and clocks. They even have a kitchen fitting service. It's not just run of the mill stuff, some of it is unique. You really are spoilt for choice here! The staff are all friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Ian. He helped us immensely when choosing our super king size bed, informing us that we could have the base arranged in quarters so we could fit it up the stairs to our loft room.....well done and thank you Ian!!

Great choice of high end furniture speedy delivery to match . Had a issue with the sofa but WOW how quickly it was resolved unbelievable service puts other business's to shame will definitely be purchasing from yourself again Top service from delivery guys to the guy who resolved issue to the lady at the claims department thank you so much

Had a wonderful customer service experience tonight at Bradbeers in Hedge End! I only entered to check if they had some beds I might like, bear in mind I am Italian and used to a different style! So a lovely person approached me (find out later his name is Ian) and asked if I needed any help, I replied yes actually, I am looking for abed that has legs high enough to allow me to hoover underneath! He was so understanding of my request, usually I get we don’t do them! But he explained that this is a request and a style coming from Europe more and more and it will probably take 5 years for the style here to change! He also asked if I had seen anything abroad I liked and perhaps they could try and get, in fact I showed him a bed I saw in italy which model is not sold here in the UK! Then we entered a wonderful conversation about Italian leather and he kindly wanted to show me his fav sofas that came from italy and were beautifully designed and in leather! Then he spent some time on the internet for me advising me on names of uk beds manufacturer’s rather than retailers as I was so confused as if you try to buy a bed you can easily find the same bed picture on 5-6 websites with sometimes 300 pound difference and you think ‘what’s the catch’! Also having understood my need he tried to advise me on what to search and I was like oh yeah of course! I felt he was there really to help me rather than pushing a hard sale on me! Thanks to him I have an Amazing view of Bradbeers and hence leaving a review! Oh I forgot, I was also looking for flooring so he took me to see his colleague on the ‘floor department’ which also was very knowledgeable and I learnt a few things from! Overall a great 5 stars experience!

A couple of times a year I go into Bradbeers Hedge End to get gift cards for family members who love shopping at Bradbeers Romsey. It's not particularly convenient for me to get to Romsey and there appears to be no online facility to purchase gift cards. Every time I go into Bradbeers Hedge End to ask for gift cards there's always a problem, no one knows how to do them and it takes ages for someone to get them from the safe. I also feel like I am inconveniencing the staff by asking in the first place. Today I went in and they said they couldn't get them out of the safe. I guess I'm not the target audience anyway (not wealthy enough?) so my small purchases a couple of times a year will be no loss but I'm not going to bother the staff again by asking for gift cards. Perhaps Bradbeers shouldn't advertise them on the website though if it puts the staff out to get them. In the future I'll get presents for my relatives from shops where I don't feel I'm inconveniencing the staff and where obtaining a gift card doesn't seem to have the level of complexity of performing open heart surgery whilst blindfolded.

Was served by Mike Kruppa, excellent, polite service and was also very knowledgeable about products we were looking for. On the ground floor no one offered any assistance and we nearly walked out but going upstairs made a huge difference. Thank you Mikeoffered assistance assistance

Some feedback to the manager. Just left the Hedge End branch and not at all impressed with the lack of customer service we experienced. My wife and I were the only customers there and were looking for a new sofa and dining furniture. The staff were sat around a central desk laughing and chatting, and while they kept looking at us, no attempt was made to offer assistance. As a store manager myself, I was disappointed to see this and would not allow any of my team members to behave like this. It only takes a second to greet customers and offer assistance if needed. If anything, we felt a bit uncomfortable and like we’d been judged by them not to be serious customers, so we left.

Quality Furniture & Absolute Top Quality Customer Service from James at Bradbeers Furniture Store Hedge End. He went above and beyond to help us, sorting out a brilliant deal on a Sofa & Armchair & arranging ultra quick delivery seeing as we were let down by Oak Furniture Land and currently sitting on deckchairs! I would highly recommend you pay a visit to Bradbeers, ask for James, BEFORE you agree to buy from one of the lesser Furniture Stores that are always on the TV with fake sales & poor quality Sofas. You will NOT regret it. Many thanks James, we really appreciate your help & looking forward to our new Suite arriving in four days!

Great showroom and no pressure walking around. Really enjoy shopping here over the years. Only reason not 5 stars is lack of product knowledge on German wardrobes we purchased that felt like pulling teeth.

Great customer service, never hassled and left to your own devices unless you want or need help, Great products, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in this world. We have had no issues with them to date and long may it last although I’m not sure the bank manager would agree…. 3 separate purchases / orders this year and I suspect more to come … thanks for doing what other stores can’t.

Went in last week just for a mooch. Spoke with Denise who was absolutely fabulous. Great product knowledge, affable, amenable, friendly and a great ‘can do’ demeanour. Went back today to purchase as after going to every other furniture store locally to compare, Bradbeers came out the best. I will always start there for any furniture purchases in future.

Outstanding customer service with a personal touch, which is a rarity in this digital age! We’ve just moved to the area and our house needs new flooring throughout and we’re having a furniture refresh at the same time. We’ve visited Bradbeers a few times since last Autumn earmarking all the items we were interested in from carpets to dining room and bedroom furniture as well as new sofas. As an independent retailer, they have a diverse and inspiring range of furniture all under one roof. So Bradbeers had absolutely everything we were looking for and we placed a large order today. Luke, the Manager, together with Kevin from the flooring department and Derek from the furniture department could not have been more helpful or supportive. They really appreciated our business and looked after us exceptionally well. It’s been a joy to deal with them and I’m sure the delivery and fitting process will be equally good. It’s been such a refreshing purchasing experience and I cannot recommend Bradbeers highly enough.

We went into this store and was left to our own devices, after a good look around the store we bumped into the owner/manager who was amazing. He gave us all the details we required and nothing was too much trouble. They are also very competitive on price and we will definitely be purchasing what we enquired about tomorrow 😊

Quality beds and furniture , very helpful and polite staffs.

Came in to buy a sofa set, spoke to very friendly staff while at store. When home called back as we had forgotten the take the price of one of the bits of furniture. Spoke to two very unhelpful members of staff who kept transferring me around rather than answer a very simple question. Ended up buying from Furniture World for £600 less than Bradbeers sale price

Fantastic! I always presumed Bradbeers would have been too expensive for my budget, but they actually compare well to the national chains but with way better quality and service. From ordering my sofa (sales staff were helpful but not pushy), the staff on the end of the phone (helpful and friendly) to the delivery drivers (friendly, kind and bothered about setting my sofa up perfectly). Thank you! I’ll be back.

1st class service. Visited looking for a suite for my mother. After some very uninterested staff on the ground floor {almost walked away to another store} went up stairs.1st class service from salesperson "Denise" helpful good understanding of my needs and great product knowledge. Ordered on the spot. After wait for construction phone call to say suite ready for delivery - arranged and delivered on time. Delivery smooth from great team. Would fully recommend "Bradbeers".

Needed a new bed for granddaughter after a failed attempt elsewhere. Found the one she liked, after trying out for her comfort ideal ;-) ordered and hope delivery is quick and a success this time. Bradbeers service in store was friendly and helpful so fingers crossed for success :-)
