My friend worked here in good team work and most supervisors managers are good! Quite efficient on job allocation but unfortunately here will be closed due to the rental contract.

Whilst some of the delivery people are wonderful and do go above and beyond there is a least one driver who never follows instruction leaves parcels where anyone can see and take them. If you order something valuable I would not order it if this depot is going to deliver it. I live in a flat with an unsupervised main door which is why drivers should be delivering to the individual flats. I and quite a few of my neighbours are experiencing the same problem and this issue has been raised many times but the company fail badly.

Shocking delivery, terrible attitude of the delivery driver. Can’t complain direct to Amazon as they don’t want to know. Caught delivery driver on camera chucking our parcel at the front door, no knock , no photo of delivery just left on the floor with no one in. Had to chance it was still there when I got home 4 hours later. No way to treat peoples property

Tracked parcel which was 3 stops away (vehicle in next street up road) then said I was next. Vehicle didn't even come down my road, which there was no reason for this ie no roadworks etc and then immediately said delivery attempted.....LIES - CCTV to prove this. Says on tracking that unable to gain access to front door..... It's a house with no gates etc - very easy to gain access to knock door. Also sign stating that if no reply to leave parcel with house number ..... I think driver needs to be questioned as I think they just couldn't be bothered. Told will try again tomorrow - not good enough as have waited in for this which on prime is for delivery TODAY as this is needed TODAY!!!!!!

Some drivers are great but others refuse to deliver parcels to my flat (after I ask them politely each time) and leave them in the communal hall. I am awaiting a hip replacement and have to walk up and down the stairs. Thre is no way to contact the depot.

Waste of space! In 3 nights ive waited 11 hour to tip there and been tipped in 34 minutes for the 3 night.. seems the pm team don't want to work as they left a double decker on the bay for an hour and 30 minutes so it was left to the night team...

Bought Garmin watch as free same day delivery by 10pm 'guaranteed' with Prime, waited in all day....no watch and no updates whatsoever. Contacted the web service only to be told it will arrive 3 days later!!! THANKS FOR WASTING HALF THE WEEKEND

I sat all day at home waiting for the delivery of my item. Driver had my contact number as well to notify when the item will be delivered. Around 3.45 I received message that attempts have been made to deliver my item but no one was in. Please can you employ more reliable drivers who actually do they work?

Delivery driver absolutely rude swearing in Romanian language caught on camera left my parcel in the rain not even knocked the door just left, on the way out kicked the gate and leave it open... 😔

Leaves on doorstep , leaves gate open,,,,,,had so many items go missing because of this ,,they don’t even try to put in a safe place,,,,,,,,AMAZON YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY STAFF
