Customer service is outstanding! Gaz (manager) is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fair - he offered to price-match a deck my son had seen online and gave great advice with customising the set-up. Oscar (assistant) was also extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the store is a fair distance away from us, this will now be our go-to skate shop for sure. Highly recommend this independent store 🤩

Amazing service! My teenage son is just starting out and every time we go in they are really helpful. This time his board was broken and we came out with instructions on how to fix, a free second-hand deck to 'make-do for a while because he's growing' and guidance on what to save up for next. Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Can't ask for more :-)

It’s rare that an online purchase feels personable but that’s exactly what happened when I shopped at Decimal. Checkout was smooth and communication was excellent.
