I went to see Ricky for an initial consultation after booking the appointment online only the day before. I was really impressed. On arrival, the receptionist was lovely and my treatment with Ricky was excellent; he talked through my injury and gave me treatment then and there as well as some fantastic advice and homework exercises! I would have no hesitation recommending Fay Pedler clinic 😊 Thank you for a great service.

Fay Pedler is just the place you need when suffering from an injury. In my case back strains. Receptionists friendly on phone and in person try to get you seen as quickly as possible. I been treated by Ricky who is great at talking it all through with you as he works on the problem. He is great and gives time and attention as needed as well as being friendly and sharing a story. I've not had treatment by any other staff but others I have met have all been super nice. Very professional service.

Highly recommend this Clinic, used it ten years ago with a shoulder problem and first class treatment and service then. Returned there a couple of weeks ago with a really painful neck - had two physio appointments with Harry who was amazing and sorted the problem for me. First class treatment and friendly staff once again. Will definitely return if I have any further problems.

After following a recommendation for some help with dodgy knees I finally got around to booking an appointment. I saw Claire who undertook a through and diligent assessment and recommended initial strengthening training and a program of exercise to get me back up to speed. Claire and her colleague Ricky were very helpful during my consultation, and I will definitely be returning for followup up treatment.

Great advice from knowledgeable staff. Harry is my physio and has busted a few myths in my head, using the latest research. He has taken the time to shown me where to find this online from RELIABLE sources and guided me to a different way of executing some of my exercises. He has been great! 👍😁👍

I was referred to the Fay Pedlar Clinic by my Occupational Health Department for a frozen shoulder. I went with incredibly low expectations as everything I understood was that I just had to wait for it to run its course and there wasn't much anyone could do to improve it. Claire however has worked miracles... it wasn't fun, I'll be honest... but the reduction in my day to day pain levels and the dramatic increase in my range was worth every buttock-clenching minute. Claire was also very easy to talk to with a great sense of humour which also helped! Couldn't recommend the clinic (the staff on reception are very friendly, efficient and helpful) or Claire enough. Thank you so much.

The whole experience at Fay Pedler is a joy, from the team that welcome you into the clinic, to the superb treatment the physios provide. Ricky solved - in just three treatments - a back issue I had been struggling with for years. Great value too. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had Harry treat an ankle I had for 4 months. Through, treatment my ankle is miles better and I can get around to doing more things I've missed. Harry is great, I highly recommend him and the Fay Pedler Clinic. Thanks!

Firstly I'd like to say how lovely Anita and Annie are on reception. The first impression upon entering an establishment is very important when you are in pain and a little apprehensive. These two ladies make you feel welcome and at home which is priceless!. Secondly a big thanks to Harry who was very informative, professional and kind and has improved my feet immensely. I would recommend him to anybody for treatment.

Following severed tendon in foot and operation I needed lots of physio. I was in a wheelchair and cast for some weeks. Rick got me walking again with a regime of exercises. I still attend the clinic for occasional physio on the foot and 2 years on from accident continue with Rick’s menu of exercise. I certainly would be worse off without physio, thanks Rick😇 JS

I have used this clinic for over 20 years. The therapists have always been professional and pleasant. Advice, guidance and excellent treatment for all the problems I have put in front of them. Brilliant staff in reception, always trying to get you seen as soon as is possible. I fully recommend them.

Having used this practice off and on for many years I never cease to be amazed at the knowledge of the practitioners . Great people on reception as well. Four sessions of treatment after the NHS were “ baffled “ has vastly improved my condition. Did I say I would recommend them!

Everyone there is so friendly, professional and helpful from the receptionists when you walk in and onwards. Duncan was fantastic and helped promote recovery of my broken foot and treated plantar fasciitis in the other one. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly reccomend them.

Receptionists are so kind and helpful, they knew I was in pain and got me an appointment quickly. Catherine Faulconer was brilliant quickly assessed what was wrong and sorted the problem. They don’t expect you to come back week after week. Highly recommend them

I have had 3 physio sessions with Claire, who is lovely. She is very supportive and encouraging and has really helped with my problem. I am 100% better than before I saw her. After having had back pain for a number of years, I decided to visit the Fay Pedler Clinic. I was assessed thoroughly and an MRI scan was suggested which showed a problem with my spine. Alex was absolutely brilliant and worked out a plan to manage the pain with manipulation, massage and exercises. His care has been excellent and the pain has decreased substantially; I am often pain free with no need for painkillers. I cannot praise Alex highly enough, his care, knowledge and expertise are amazing and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Berenice

I was referred here after being knocked down by a car and damaging my arm. I was treated by Catherine who was extremely professional throughout, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and expertise. She listened carefully and spent a good time understanding the issue. What I liked was that she explained what she was finding and how the body worked. This helped me to help myself, especially when doing the exercises she provided. She took time to measure my range of movements before treatment so that we could measure progress. Catherine, and Lottie (who did some really effective work on my shoulder) both made me feel relaxed and I felt a high level of confidence in their ability. This was very different from previous physio experiences I have had elsewhere. I feel real progress has been made.

From the minute you walk through the door of Fay Pedler you are instantly greeted with lovely and awesome people. I have Claire as my physio. She is incredible!!! Claire is not only a fantastic physio but she is such a great listener. Thank you for everything the team does!!! I’ve been seeing Sam since 9 July for a long term back pain and mobility issue. Although there have been ‘ups and downs’ with my symptoms, Sam has been very patient and understanding, whilst keeping positive and supportive. I think I have finally turned a corner and can’t thank Sam for everything she has done and continues to do for me. The atmosphere at the practice is very friendly and the support staff are always very welcoming and helpful.

The clinic has been more then accommodating to my needs after discussion of my issues. I can’t recommend Ricky enough he has been brilliant as well as compassionate each and everytime listening attentively to the issues I’ve had with my neck and my shoulders, and though I have a way to go with my muscular issues they have helped me make great progress. I have had 3 sessions with Ricky so far and he has reduced my back pain considerably. I have sufferer for months and only wish I'd gone to Ricky sooner. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and helpful, the reception area and treatment rooms are always spotlessly clean. Costs are reasonable and getting an appointment is never a problem. All round excellent service.

This is the second time I have used Fay Pedler Physiotherapy after getting injured. I saw Claire about a difficult and stubborn shoulder issue. She was very thorough and worked hard to find the solution to an unusual presentation, drawing on what was clearly a wealth of experience. The staff are always extremely helpful and more than happy to change appointments and work to find the best time and date possible. The practice has a very personal feel and I highly recommended them.

I can’t thank Bernice enough for the treatment she gave me. I had a trapped nerve in my neck that had been causing a considerable amount of pain. I had been doing exercises which my GP had recommended but it was only after Bernice gave me treatment that the pain started to diminish. Now after 2 sessions I am off of all of the painkillers that I was taking which were a cocktail of different medication.Bernice took the time to really listen to all my symptoms and I never felt rushed. Thank you Bernice and thank you to the friendly staff.
