Extremely racist - managers & staff do not stand up for people of colour workers when a racist customer is verbally abusing a person of colour staff member & instead ignore the comments and serve the customer with a white staff member rather than refusing service. Do not recommend - go Amazon for your costumes instead - probably cheaper on Amazon anyway.

Bought a Halloween costume, for my son. I asked him to get ready for the party , he'd been invited too . Only to find half a costume in the bag ! Tryed calling the shop with but no answer . Sent an email. Got a short replay . No apology. Just can you come too the shop and see if we have another 1 .

Great place to shop and excellent choice of goids

If you want fancy dress in Plymouth this is the place to go, it has a huge selection. Can be a bit on the high price side for some things but it's fine for special occasions. They also do balloons and party items, worth a visit if you need inspiration. The staff are helpful as well.

Loads of choices for ever imaginable occasion

Shop was large and full of products, however I made my purchase and few moments later spotted an item that I asked if I could swap with one I had already bought 60 seconds earlier. I was told that I couldn't have a refund (it was only about £3 price different) instead they would give me a voucher as a refund .... I had just bought all I needed so a voucher was useless to me. Sadly it ruined my experience of the shop.

Brought a costume for the mrs for Halloween and told them I was very unsure about the size and was not told I could not return the item to get a refund! To then go back to find out they will only do store credit, it was an hour or two after buying it ..unopened, just because I brought the wrong size I was only offered store credit which is awful! I’d be more understanding if I brought it back a couple days after but an hour or two apart…… And £40 is a lot to lose so honestly wouldn’t go back because of that experience

Website heavily out of date, costumes were a lot more than advertised due to this and products were not very good for the price. Good for Halloween maybe but for anyone serious about cosplaying, I would recommend going elsewhere.
