Great service for bespoke jewellery.I was surprised when they advised they would send a representative to meet with me, good meeting and they seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. They also produced a sample of the ring with glass stones in silver of the ring for me to try before going ahead to make my ring which was in Platinum with diamonds and sapphires. Great service, I would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to have bespoke jewellery made. I'll definitely use them again for any new jewlery I intend to have made.

After losing a beautiful necklace, you think you just cannot replace it. When LMG got involved they helped me enormously, a young lady came to our house the week before Christmas and we discussed jewellery in detail, she understood the way I was feeling and she stated you can never replace something so sentimental. So she asked me if I wanted a ring a bracelet or another necklace? After a lot of thought I decided I would have another necklace, but got something completely different, she drew it measured, and priced it up. When she was leaving she said it’s up to 6 to 10 weeks because of the time of year, and if when the necklace comes and it’s not what you want, you can send it back and get something else? Oh my god where or who else but LMG would say that? Was so afraid when the parcel came, after 5 weeks, I could not open it, let my husband open it first, I knew by his face it was gorgeous, he just handed me the box and my goodness I’m in love with it so I just want to say a massive THANK YOU ALL I’m so chuffed with my necklace, I would buy from you anytime.

I have recently had the Green tourmaline replaced into my engagement ring, and I could not have been more pleased with the result. You have managed to restore the ring to what it looked like originally, so I am delighted to be wearing it again. This is the second time my stone was lost, and the last time the repair was not done very well. All the dealingsI have had with LMG have been very professional, the personnel I have spoken to were really helpful and took time to assure me that they would take care of my ring, and if at anytime I was dissatisfied I would have been able to return the ring for further work. Initially I was very unimpressed with the service I received at LMG. However I was eventually put in touch with Sam Taylor who took care of me from then to finish and she was fantastic, she gave me great honest advice and went completely above and beyond to make sure I had the most perfect stone to replace my lost engagement ring. Sam is an asset to this business and without her I do not know how I would of got through the process. I am so happy with my ring its beautiful and exceeds all my expectations and hopes.

The shank on my 30 year old diamond engagement ring had become misshapen and I initially took it to a well known high street jewellers who advised a cost in region of £850+ to repair as settings also needed replacing.. My insurers asked me to send to LMG. The communication throughout was excellent and the cost was more than 60% cheaper than High Street quote! I've just received the ring back today and I'm delighted - feels like I have a new ring - highly recommend this company!

When my diamond earrings went missing, I wasn't originally planning on claiming against the insurance because they'd been made out of a ring that belonged to my grandmother and I didn't think they could be replaced. When I did decide to claim, I was very surprised to get a home visit and such a detailed explanation of the difference in various stones - cut and brilliance and so on. Fortunately I had good photographs of the originals and the earrings were replaced with ones that were made to look identical. I am very pleased with the result and with the service I received.

LMG sourced a replacement diamond and repaired my much loved eternity ring. They have done an absolutely amazing job. I honestly cannot thank LMG’s highly skilled team enough. I ordered a pair of earrings to match a beautiful ring that LMG made for me a number of years ago. Based on a photograph of my ring, LMG were able to recreate a perfect match. The communication with them was excellent during the whole process and I am delighted with my pair of earrings.

Was sceptical when ring was sent off. Didn't think they would match missing diamond with the other two but it came back good as new and I am more than pleased. Service was very professional and informative. The whole insurance process ran smoothly, efficiently and the customer contact was excellent.

Thank you to all at LMG who I had the pleasure of dealing with since unfortunately losing my beloved Tiffany eternity ring recently. Within a couple of days of pursuing a claim with my home insurance provider, I had a call from LMG arranging an appointment for a home visit the next week with a representative to either choose or have a bespoke piece created. I loved my Tiffany eternity ring and wanted as near to the design as possible, there wasn’t anything readily available which I felt I wanted but LMG were able to get a near perfect replica of my original eternity ring designed and created within a month of my home visit. I thought communication was friendly and efficient. My item was under valued on my insurance policy so they waived my excess which was very kind and really appreciated. Yes, it’s not a Tiffany ring but it’s the design I loved so much and they did so well being able to created that for me. Thank you again.

When I needed to speak with a representative they were always incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. The ring measuring process was easy, as was on-line ordering of the ring that I required. Additionally, delivery was quick and I now have a ring which looks great and fits perfectly.

This was absolutely a 5* service. I lost my diamond bracelet and a replacement was made for me which I received within 4 weeks of reporting its loss. The replacement is identical to my lost one. All the staff who I dealt with as part of my claim were prompt efficient and extremely helpful.

Recently had my engagement ring fixed by LMG Jewellery and the result was amazing it looks brand new and so shiny and they quoted 4-6 weeks for the work and I had my ring back within 2 and a half weeks. Communication fantastic, and the quality of the repair is exceptional. Highly recommend using LMG again in the future.

The experience I had was exemplary. The replacement rings arrived safe and exactly as required. fitted perfectly as if they had always been there. I was concerned that the signet ring engraving was not going to be as good, but they excelled themselves. thank you. and they arrived four days before the 10th anniversary of my husbands passing. which made them feel even more precious now .

2 years ago, they sold me a rolex for £5.5k and when I took it for a service, it was actually a fake despite being verified as genuine by themselves. I'm surprised to see how many good reviews they are getting when they are possibly selling fake products back to people. Take care when using them as they will supply genuine boxes and papers for items to certify them when they are actually fake items. Possible con artists.
