I visited Alex today after suffering from lower neck pains for the past few weeks. He was very thorough and professional whilst also being friendly and welcoming. After diagnosing my issues he fully explained what they were and advised me what I could do to improve things. The session was not painful at all and I feel very positive about getting back to normal now!
