My first visit and enjoyed a great SPA treatment. Special mention Mr Will who have done the treatment for me with great and utter care, commendable communication on the process and helped me to come out of the pain. My boyfriend and I came into the store on Friday and I was keen to pick up something nice for his mum. I saw the new “build a gift” feature and asked a very warm shop assistance to give me some more info! She was fab - shout out to Autumn! I could not have asked for more help or advice, she helped me build a really lovely personal gift. Anyone who is helped by Autumn is very lucky, I believe her assistance to be second to none. I always love coming into lush but this was so great that I wanted to write a review.

I had a great experience today. A wonderful member of staff called Ed guided me to some fantastic products and was most delightful to spend time with. Normally I avoid eye contact and keep to myself (a little anxious), but Ed approached me in such a calm and kind manner that I instantly felt at ease. I mentioned things my children liked and he knew exactly which products would suit. I left with 2 gift boxes, which ended up being perfect! What a great store with a fab team.

I came to the Bath Lush Spa today for the synaesthesia treatment. My spa therapist was Will and he’s hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had. The consultation through to the end of the treatment he really took care of me and gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. I hope I get to have him again as he was simply amazing. I’m always amazed at the product knowledge and experience of the staff at the Bath Spa and I’ll keep coming back as I’ve never once had a bad experience. Thank you so much.

I recently went to a recruiting night at Lush Bath Spa and it was such a fulfilling experience! Every member of the team was so welcoming and friendly as well as all the other applicants. The night was full of fun activities as well as personal development. I’m so grateful for the opportunity and the chance to meet so many amazing people! I enjoyed getting the chance to put myself in a Lush employee’s shoes. I loved how we were able to give each other feedback during the activities and help each other as a team it would of been super helpful to get more feedback from the Lush employees overseeing us but understandably they were busy running the activities and taking notes. Overall a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed the whole evening!

I can honestly say that this Lush location practices the best hospitality that I have ever seen from a Lush store! The employees were quick to help with what I was looking for and offered opinions that felt personal to each of them. The employee called Ed was just lovely to be around. Ed was perfectly enthusiastic and took the time to get to know me whilst I browsed the store, I truly enjoyed the company. It was very refreshing to have met Ed, someone who values good customer service and a positive work environment. Ed made my day ❤️

Had such a wonderful time today, Ed was wonderful and helped us get everything we needed and more. He really made our day! Really savvy on all the products and knew his stuff. He went above and beyond the usual expectations and it was all clearly from the heart. Love the store layout, it’s bright and inviting and fun to be in!

Grace & Nana-Iøu were amazing in the Bath store. I came in with my daughter to find out more about bubble bars and they gave a great demonstration and then helped to keep my daughter happy playing with bubbles etc while the other chatted to me about my needs and helped with skin irritation issues we have with our kids. Just brilliant staff members. Thank you for such an enjoyable visit.

Just had a Hard Days Night treatment with the lovely Jordan! It was exactly what I needed, and I've come away feeling so refreshed and renewed! Jordan made me feel really comfortable and it was a joy to experience such an amazing treatment. Had the BEST massage experience with Will. A choice of massage bars and even tea with a biscuit afterwards . I had the “Good hour” treatment which is themed around the sea and marine activities. I had this as a gift but will definitely be going back . I feel so relaxed now. Thank you!

Went for the Good Hour spa treatment in the Bath store, where I was looked after by Autumn. The experience was amazing and by far the best massage I’ve ever had! The setting was beautiful and there were so many well thought out details to the treatment which made it feel very personal and bespoke to you. Autumn was wonderful, very gentle and reassuring, and comes with the highest possible recommendation! Will definitely be visiting again :)

I had a validation facial with Jordan and it was amazing. The attention to detail (the venue, products, room temperature, music) was incredible and I came out feeling relaxed and glowing just as specified at the beginning of consultation. There was a small mix up with my booking but Will and Jordan sorted it out and provided a great service. Can’t recommend it more. Thank you Lush team.

I have just walked out from having the ‘Good Hour’ treatment with Amy and it was absolutely fantastic. I didn’t realise that there were themes that the treats meant was based on and it was a lovely, fun surprise. Amy made me incredibly comfortable and looked after me brilliantly. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I booked in for the comforter massage at the Bath Lush Spa after a friend purchased a voucher for my birthday. Milly helped me book in a day that worked for me- she was so friendly and accommodating! Sophie was my masseuse and she was wonderful too, guiding me through the experience and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. I cannot recommend this spa enough, it really was a stand out experience. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family!

I am a diehard Lushie haha. I had a fantastic tailor made massage with Will. He had a lovely soothing voice, and talked me through all the options and the reason for using each one. Will made me feel totally comfortable and at ease throughout the whole thing and I loved it! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Had an amazing experience at the Lush Spa today :) I had the good hour massage with Will and it was incredible! He really listened to what I wanted to achieve during my treatment and made sure to pay attention to detail during the whole experience! Was looking to treat myself to a night in and a very warm and welcoming staff member called Autumn (?) was able to help me find a bath bomb that was suited to my scent preference - not too overwhelming or fruity! I'm a newbie when it comes to skin care but she was able to help me identify a face mask perfect for my skin and was able to adjust her suggestions rapidly based on what I liked or didn't like from each option. Excellent customer service and would buy both products again :)

Heidi made our toddlers day with her fantastic demonstrations and letting her get really stuck in. We then went to purchase a bath bomb and my daughter was surprised by a pay it forward gift. Her customer service is fantastic and our little one can't wait to return again. Big thank you :)

We visited Lush Spa Bath today and met a lovely lady called Heidi. She was great with my son and showed him some of their bathbombs, shower jelly and bath playdough. He loved playing with them and they smelled amazing! He picked a treat for himself and his friend, plus he got an extra gift from Heidi and he was so happy 😊 He hasn't stopped asking when we will be going back!

I had the Comforter treatment as a birthday present - it was lovely. The spa in Lush Bath is gorgeous, just like an English country house. There are loads of Lush products which you can try out and even a Dyson hairdryer! Jordan was my therapist and he was great - he talked me through the products that would be used and the experience was so relaxing! Loved the chocolate body scrub and rose oil massage. Would recommend!

The Fresh Facial at the Bath Spa was perfection, the best facial I’ve ever had! Jordan was so lovely - kind, welcoming, and an excellent therapist. We had so much fun choosing products. I was quite frazzled after several weeks spent travelling, but left on cloud 9. Everyone commented on how much I was glowing and how soft my skin is. The spa itself feels calm and friendly. There were many inclusive and thoughtful touches throughout, from asking pronouns, the provision of sanitary products in the bathroom, and treatment tables wide enough for a plus sized person. I feel like anyone could go there and have a wonderful, uplifting experience. Thank you, Jordan!

Very relaxing, beautiful space. Loved the talk through before hand and the choice of products. Loved the sea shanty theme and music, it set the scene and worked surprisingly well. I thought the debrief from my therapist was excellent and she was extremely approachable and professional. Many thanks, I would thoroughly recommend.

Today I treated myself to a synthesesia massage in Bath, while on a mini break for my 50th birthday, the experience was out of this world! I loved how the treatment worked on all the senses and that the salon resembled a witches kitchen full of magic potions 🥰 The therapist (cant recall her name) was skilled and confident and her massage flowed with elegant choreography. While there I met a member of staff having a treatment himself, afterward he showed me the massage bars used and helped me choose gifts. All in all I had a special morning and an energised, happy rest of the day. Thanks Lush.

I’ve just had the comforter treatment at Bath Spa with Daisy, and it was such an incredible treatment. From the setting of the room, to the soundtrack Lush have really thought of everything! Daisy was so lovely and I had such an incredible experience, I would 100% recommend. Would definitely book again! Thank you do such an amazing time!

Absolutely delightful facial. I had one here a few years back and it was as good as I remember it. Lots of kindness, patience and consideration goes into the consultation beforehand which is great, especially for someone who doesn't do this very often. The therapist was lovely, made me feel relaxed and at ease from the start. I will be coming again.

My husband and I had a double Good Hour to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary! It was so nice to be able to have a treatment together. We had our treatments with Daisy & Amy who were absolutely incredible. Thank you both so much, we now feel both relaxed & invigorated! The attention to detail was wonderful. We would highly recommend visiting Lush Bath Spa for a treatment, you won't regret it! We can't wait to book in for another :D

Summayah, was so helpful in finding everything we needed. She did the best sample masks on our hands. She was so genuine and helpful. We wouldn’t have had any idea what to buy without her. SHE IS SO LUSH. We were at the bath store. She needs a raise for sure.

Really impressed with my ‘good hour’ massage today with Gemma in the Bath branch. It was lovely having a discussion and choice on what product was used, the lounge area was a great place for this and it was nice to start the treatment with a drink before. The massage itself was very good she really worked at the tension I had built up across my body for well over an hour. The music and bath bomb aroma gave a special touch to the experience. It was also lovely seeing such a tidy bathroom with a shower and extras included encase you wanted a clean after. Finished with a tea, biscuit and bath bomb to go. 5 star service! Would highly recommend

I wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars! I got the Synaesthesia experience at the Bath Lush location and it was an absolute treat! The whole experience was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. The music, the lights, the massage, the scents were amazing. I was quite emotional at times because it was so stunning. Would recommend to anyone and I will be coming back to try the other spa treatments. I never leave reviews but this was such an amazing experience that I thought I should. Thank you Autumn for making my experience so magical and perfect!
