I’m not the person who leave reviews but because of the experience I had with ProAcu clinic, I decided to write one. I suffered from back pain for 2 months and I visit 2 different private clinics, one in Victoria and one close my area without success. A family member found this clinic and booked an appointment for me. I went there and from the beginning I went Annie and Dr Ding knew what problem I had. I booked 13 sessions (3 out of 10 free) for cupping, acupuncture and massage. I can say with confidence that they made me walk back normal and keeping my postures straight. They are the best as a professional and as a person too. The hygiene is in very high standards also. In two occasions Annie and Dr Ding paid parking ticket for my car because I was unable.(of course I appreciate it and never taken advantage of their kindness) If you go anywhere they will not say Hi to you, let alone to pay the parking ticket. I will visit them again if I will need their help. I highly recommend anyone if they have any health problem which can be treated by them.

Amazing place, the treatment is top quality, highly recommended! I went to see Dr Ding with severe period pain and static migraine. After six sessions I am feeling much, much better, the period pain is gone and the migraine way better then before, the healing is still in progress. Dr Ding and Annie are very professional and friendly. Very interesting sessions, thorough preliminary questions and care taken throughout procedure. Clean and relaxing environment. Thank you very much for the treatment, cannot wait for my next session.

I would highly recommend Pro Acu Clinic. I was slightly apprehensive with electro impulse acupuncture before, but having had 5 sessions of Acupuncture and massage treatments combined for my back I can really feel the difference! Annie is always very welcoming, dr. Ding is calm and calms my nerves (I'm not big fan of needles) and Rajaa is simply miracle worker!

Dr Ding is a very good Chinese doctor. I have a very bad stomach problem which my GP does not helped that much. When I walked in I had no idea of what treatment I need. Dr Ding gave me a very good consultation in detail. He then advised to to have acupuncture treatment and take herbal medicine at the same time. I was advised that I may not feel a difference within the first week, but i actually felt a difference just after one day of taking the herbal medicine, though it does not taste nice. I am still taking the herbal medicine and I felt so much better. I highly recommend Dr Ding at ProAcu Clinic.

You've got to go! These people are so nice and have really helped with my endless issues. The massage is amazing too. Highly recommended and don't think you'd regret it at all.

I’ve just had my first experience of acupuncture followed by a massage and feeling so much better already. Suffering with carpal tunnel syndrome in arm and shoulder problems and will be back again very soon. Thank you team

Highly recommend! I would highly recommend the Proacu Clinic for fertility acupuncture - I had 4 sessions with Dr Ding and was pregnant after having difficulties with long cycles and unpredictable periods. Dr Ding is an expert in Chinese medicine and can figure out what is going on inside of you simply by checking your tongue and pulse. He gave me advice on easy lifestyle changes that made a big difference in getting pregnant quickly and having a healthy pregnancy. Annie is also very helpful and patient and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Proacu Clinic. The treatment rooms are comfortable and they put lovely diffusers and relaxing music on so you can really switch off during your treatments! Enjoy your time at Proacu clinic!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! The acupuncture and massage have really helped with sleep and digestive issues and muscle pain. Dr Ding, Annie and Alex are so kind and professional and genuinely care. They always do their very best to help. You simply couldn't ask for more.The clinic is always super clean and warm. Thank you for being so wonderful, I am truly grateful. Thank you for taking such good care of my elderly parents too.

Having accupuncture for many years for back pain and sciatica pain In the past after one treatment felt better and after 2-3 treatments pain was 80% better.But after Proacu treatment pain got worse I have to see a back specialist.The place is clean and staff are good and helpful.

Highly recommend ProAcu Clinic for Sports Massage. Both therapists I have received treatment from have been excellent and really helped in reduce my muscle pain.

Pro acu and Mr. Ding's acupuncture and Ta Nui massage literally changed my life. The biggest improvement for me thanks to acupuncture to be able to breathe again! Yes, because my sinuses were totally blocked + rhinitis + allergies etc. And this from the first treatment! One minute after he put a few needles on my face, I literally felt my nose opening! I could not believe it! The second major improvement is sleep quality/stress/anxiety: I used to wake up a lot at night, have a light sleep. This is over: I sleep deeply, like a baby as I never slept ever before!!! And the feeling of being rested when you wake up...was a discovery for me. I definitely highly recommend this place.

Can’t recommend enough, I’ve had 2 sessions now but bought a course of 10. The friendliest, most professional staff, super clean clinic too. Can notice my pain slowly getting better, very happy and highly recommend!

Doctor Ding and Annie always greet you with a warm smile. During appointments Dr Ding does not rush you when you are speaking with him, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens, asks the right questions and is honest. He is good at building trust with his patients. He always takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand. The entire staff and atmosphere is wonderful and hygiene level is superb. I've been going to ProAcu clinic for over a year. Annie has been so welcoming and professional whenever I visit and book my sessions. The acupuncture and cupping by Dr Ding is incredible. He takes his time to understand the pain and takes care when administering both treatments. The massage was excellent and the pressure was good at undoing my knots. I'd highly recommend this treatment and their clinic - despite a few brusies from cupping (which is perfectly normal and doesn't hurt) my back was releved of tension and pain. They also do an amazing package where you can purchase a block of sessions and have a year to use them - this can be used by yourself AND friends and family - perfect Christmas present!

Have been going to dr Yi for morw than 3 years. He is excellent at acupuncture and always help me with whatever issue I have. Alex, one of the masseur is wonderful! Excellent strenght and amazing vibes. They are always my-go to-for massages. They have excellent packages with massage and acupuncture!

The team at ProAcu are amazing! I have been suffering with a left ear problem for a year and after much frustration with no resolutions, I started to look into alternative treatments. From the moment I had my first consultation I felt like I could trust Dr Ding and the team had my best interests in mind. They were very honest about how they felt the acupuncture would help my ear. After six sessions my ear problems have significantly reduced and I have seen difference in my overall health with other problems that have been treated. The team at ProAcu Clinic are AMAZING. I had some neck pain that I couldn't bear anymore, and came in off the street with the intention of booking an appointment for the future. Annie and Dr Ding have been amazing for all my various treatments - shoulder injuries, migraines, pregnancy health and did wonders for my husband's back pain and sciatica.
