Absolutely fantastic service and coms. Bought a limited edition print which came framed and looks fantastic but I have to say it was the service that was outstanding....disorganised as ever for her birthday I contacted Russell and he got it to me at short notice. Phone calls, emails, you'd have thought I'd spent a million pounds not a couple of hundred! Some of the best service I have experienced in a long time. My wife is already picking out another print to go with it and I will definitely be buying from My Perfect Art.

I placed my order after 10pm on a Sunday evening and was surprised to receive email correspondence an hour later giving me details on when my item would be shipped, courier details and when I would receive my delivery. My wife fell in love with Doug Hyde’s “Summer’s Here” whilst on a cruise recently. It wasn’t the right time or place for us to buy, but once we got home we went looking for it online. My Perfect Art were offering the best price so we quickly placed an order. The website was well presented and easy to use. Despite this, I somehow ordered the wrong framing choice which I only spotted a few days later when rereading the invoice. A quick phone call to Rus and the issue was sorted very easily, and the order rectified without fuss. When the parcel arrived I was blown away by the quality of the packaging and the care that had been put into protecting the artwork. It almost had its own bullet proof vest. I would certainly use My Perfect Art again in the future and would recommend them if you are looking to buy some great art online.

My wife saw a limited edition ‘Proposal at Hotel du Vin’ by Fabian Perez the ship’s gallery on our recent cruise and loved it. This is the 3rd time I've used My Perfect Art to buy some of Keith Proctor's artwork, Sweet Memories being the latest. In all dealings with My Perfect Art, the service I've received has been 1st class. Communication from Rus seemed more like dealing with a friend rather than a supplier. His friendly manner and his knowledge shine through. The artwork itself has always turned up with packing that looks like it could take on the most heavy-handed of delivery drivers I can highly recommend using My Perfect Art, not only because of the great personal service, but their prices seem to beat any of their competitors. Russell is so helpful. After I ordered my sculpture from My Perfect Galery over the Christmas week I was expecting to wait about for information and delivery detail but no, was contacted within hours. Then had emails about delivery with insights into the artist Rebecca Lardner. Had information later about the day of delivery. Was notified on the day with time slot. My Sculpture arrived in mint condition with packaging that you could have used to protect a meerkat from a pack of lions whilst travelling across South Africa. So even all of the intricate formations on the Sculpture were in perfect condition -brilliant Buts that's not all, Russell phoned a few days later to check if everything arrived safely and did I have any problems -I didn't but had a pleasant chat about future items that I may be interested in. What can I say regarding Russell at My Perfect Art ? Just the most amazing customer service from start to finish. Russell not only listened to my requirements, he delivered exactly what I wanted without any fuss or delay. I was not sure if he would be able to source the painting I wanted, but sure enough he came back to me the following day to confirm that he had, indeed, found me a copy ! Other suppliers/Art shops were all unable to source a copy so Russell was my last hope ! Not only did he deliver, quickly and efficiently, but I was also very impressed with his ability to source such a rare painting so quickly. Russell also keeps you fully up to date at all times and keeps to his word, so if he says he will ring/mail you by a certain time, he does just that. All delivered with great customer service making you feel special and very well looked after ...... Originally ordered just the one Doug Hyde (Beside the Seaside) which when it arrived had been damaged in transit despite substantial packaging and fragile tape on parcel. Emailed the gallery and arrangements were made straight away for collection and replacement. I felt a very personal touch and because of this I also ordered a second Doug Hyde (Doggie Paddle), arrangements were made for these to be delivered together when I returned from working away from home and they were both delivered as arranged. I couldn't ask for better customer service as I always think if there's a problem it's how it is dealt with and I certainly couldn't fault it. I will definitely use again for future purchases

Superb service from Russell and team during those difficult lockdown months. I had been looking to complete my Nigel Hemming collection for several years - I had the kingfisher and barn owl but was desperately seeking the pheasant and mallard - and this particular series of bird paintings seemed harder and harder to find.
